I love my car but was very disappointed with the dealership at the end of my lease. Communication was terrible. Took a month and multiple phone calls to get a sales person to return a phone call about end of lease options. Reached out by email and still no response. The response was so minimal, I thought that the dealership had closed. Very nice when you buy the vehicle, but service after the sale was terrible.

Horrible experience, handed us a car without gas to test drive and didn’t let us actually drive on the highway. As a serious buyer they didn’t entertain us at all and didn’t even ask us to sit. Very cold and unwelcoming customer service. I walked in to buy a car and because i’m younger they didn’t take me seriously. Will spend my money elsewhere.

The sales lady we worked with for two days sells the car I was interested in and didn’t even bother to let us know when we let her know we were on our way in to purchase it...because maybe I would settle on a different one? Just a waste of time time. Bad customer service. Bait and switch? This isn’t a Chevy
