Highly recommend this location!I was helped by Allan, who was awesome. Very honest about any promotions and the process needed when I went in for a phone. Great sense of humor, great interactions with other employees. Even the other employees were very attentive to other customers. They were able to check inventory quickly, explained the process, and Allan oversaw the transfer from one phone to another. Very respectful and all during covid, while adhering to safety guidelines. Great job!
I am super impressed with Jordans way of handling our entire interaction, which might have taken 30 minutes or more.My wife and I were looking at new phones and he clearly and patiently explained every simple option, provided insights and comparisons about multiple devices, and looked through every promotion available to see if there was a fit for us.We havent felt any pressure when I told Jordan that wed take more time to do some extra research and left the store impressed and feeling valued customers.Jordans co-worker that night (sorry, I can not recall his name), was also super friendly and helpful.Overall, excellent experience.-Jordan,Thank you so much for your time and attention. I came here to check on a new phone. I was helped by Zane to get a bit of information before I decided on what to do. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. I thought on it and came back the next day to get a new phone. This time I worked with Jordan. He was also awesome. Actually, it seemed like everyone who was working was awesome. I had such a great experience with everyone at this location. Highly recommend going to see them.

Needed a screen protector replaced. Since they were non in stock at any store, they did the warranty for me, had it shipped right to my house. And if I bring it in, theyll even put it on at no charge. Great customer service!!!

I came here yesterday after an employee at the MOA location made errors on our contracts which resulted in us having bills that we weren’t supposed to have. We received help from Allan who took the time to go through all our past bills to find out where the mistake was. He was very very helpful, courteous and patient and actually made us change our mind against quitting T-Mobile. Thank you so much Allan.

The staff here is great. They go the extra mile. They help you pick out the best plan and phone and explain things well. Great manager too. Also, if they dont have a phone in stock, they can grab one from another store if you dont mind the wait.

Erica the manager is unprofessional and rude! What seemed like a great switch from Verizon has been a terrible nightmare. Erica repeatedly talked over me and had the audacity to yell at me over an issue two of her employees gave me misinformation about. A quick sale with no integrity backing it. Erica was not solution minded at all. Erica proceeded to tell me I took up too much of her teams time and that she was done talking to me after just meeting ten minutes prior.Never in my life have I felt so disrespected by a company that I just dropped $1,200 on a phone for plus more.

The store employees are great. I worked with Chris to setup my phone. I knew what I wanted and had him demo it out to see if it worked.While there I looked at a nice Bluetooth speaker to go with it. Chris used his own to show me how it sounds. I checked the reviews and price online - same price and 4.5 stars.Im happy they carry good accessories and that Chris was willing to do go so far to help out. I bought my phone and plan to keep using this store

The worst customer service I ever received and as I worked in the service industry for a long time I am generally very lenient and understanding. The manager was rude and condescending and essentially told me to take my service elsewhere - which Im glad I did because the Golden Valley location misinformed me and would have led to a $300 discrepancy not in my favor. I went to the Roseville location where they were apologetic of the treatment I had received and also helped me fulfill my request and save $300+. They even provided it all in writing to make me feel assured that I was not being misled yet again.
Michael got me back in business today. Phone died and customers couldnt get a hold of me. Great service. Thanks Mike!

They display phones that they dont even carry! When asked why its on display if they no longer carry it, I was told that they havent been told to take it down yet. Why do you need to be told? If you know something needs to get done, take some initiative and get it done. Not doing so is just plain lazy.

Poor service tried to return phone within the 14 day grace period and wouldnt help me. They told me my phone wasnt having problems but prior to that I went in twice and told them my phone was having issues and they didnt believe me. I had to goto another t mobile Id never step foot in there again poor customer service and the manger was rude and mean as well as the other workers I wouldnt goto this location or recommend it to anyone
Noel is the best, go see him for all your questions. This store is generally a lot slower than the other ones which helps if you want quality service.
Helpful staff but full of misinformation. Ordered a new phone here on Saturday and I was assured repeatedly it was not on backorder only to find out Monday that it has been on backorder for days. Now I cant cancel my order until the phone arrives even though there are other stores in the area that I could buy the phone at today. Still love T-Mobile, just have a store I wont be returning to.
We walked into the store, no customers and 2 employees. We werent greeted at all just stared at. When I told him I needed to replace my phone with the warranty. He interpreted and said well I need more details. So after explaining whats wrong and what Ive tried. He rolled his eyes and starred to place the order. Never have had so much sass! Stopped in at 3pm on a Tuesday to get my unlock code to switch over my phone. I walked in and waited. No one even acknowledged my presence. I waited for ten minutes and then walked out. I will do business elsewhere.
Couldnt connect to a network. The techs in the store figured out the problem and in 15 minutes everything worked like new again.
I am very much pleased with customer service really patient and good guidence.
We used this location frequently. They tend to not be too busy and are willing to spend time answering questions in detail and searching for the information if they do not have it immediately available. The parking lot can get busy so that is probably the one disadvantage to using this location.

Nice enough people but got two different things on my order wrong last year and had bad information about what a device could do. They fixed it eventually and waived some fees for their errors, but in the end, time I wont get back.
Noel went above, and beyond with customer service today. I have phone store anxiety BUT not today! Noel was patient with my high maintenance self, and gave me every option without pressure. His side kick (not early 2000 Sidekick) Zane hooked up the Beautiful option endorsement I will be back.
