We got 2 of the 4 screens installed as the 2 larger ones were out of stock. 3 days after the install one of the screens was not closing properly. I called immediately. Didn’t hear back, called a week later didn’t hear back, called a month later and finally got someone on the phone. They said the manager had our name on the list and was going to call us back. It is now almost 6 weeks and no one has called. The kicker is we haven’t even paid as they said to wait until all 4 out I . I don’t know if we will ever hear from them again. Worst experience ever and would not recommend them at all. It’s to bad because the screens do seem like a high quality. I am hoping this review gets us a call back.

WOW! Better than we expected!!! We just had our Phantom Legacy retractable screen door installed on our front door and we love it. We have been shopping around for a traditional screen door at national chain lumber yards, but then we came across Minnesota Screens at the Home & Garden Show. The options and quality available through Minnesota Screens was much better than traditional doors we saw in the chain stores. After comparing price and installation, we went with Minnesota Screens, not to mention that a Phantom Screen looks much better than a traditional door (like comparing apples to oranges). The entire process was flawless, prompt and very efficient, from the initial measuring to the final install. The installer was very professional and answered all our questions.We cant wait to add more Phantom Screens to our home and cabin!

Fantastic experience with Phantom Screens. Had front screen door added to home. The look, the functionality of the door exceeded my expectations. Professional installer, timely...showed up on time...new door installed in 45min.

100% unreliable. Scheduled (2) screen doors for installation on Friday, Memorial Day weekend at 2pm. Got a call Friday morning by Phantom and they asked if I was willing to reschedule the following week. I was told the installer wanted to get an early jump on the weekend, which I agreed to. Never received a call the following week so I called again to schedule the install, now for (3) doors. I was told I would get a call back but never did. Called a 3rd time and finally rescheduled the install for 2pm two days later. I left work, drove home and waited for 2 hours. Installer never showed up or called saying he was late or coming. On the way back to work I called a 4th time and said if you would like to come install my doors you can call me back and reschedule. I still have not received a call and that was 3 weeks ago. Companies like this do not deserve any business. Ridiculous.

Seth and Dan came to repair our screen door. They were prompt, professional, and friendly, and spent the time needed to do the job right. We were very impressed.
