Has always been clean and well kept. Friendly and helpful staff, which is to say Mary Rose and Michelle are gems, well and truly. Quiet neighborhood that is easily accessible. Would recommend.

Michelle is the woman who helped me get my unit! She is an absolute delight!!! Shes very helpful, clear and personable! She treated me as a friend and not just customer. Took the time to make sure that my space would fit my need. I got a 5x5, which is enough space for all my boxes before I move across country. Im so grateful for the help and the space that is cheap, so on move day, it will be an easy loading up of the vehicle. There is a a upstairs for the 5x5s, which has both an elevator and stairs for access. Also there are carts that you can utilize for moving your stuff upstairs and downstairs.Thanks Michelle for your help!

Numerous, massive spiders on ALL the doors! I checked every door and they were covered in spiders on all sides and hanging from the ceiling. I couldn’t even bring myself to the door to go in. Neither could the men I was with. I’m terrified to think about the inside and my unit. Needs immediate attention.

Mary Rose was so helpful at the New Hope location. She greeted us with a smile from the time we walked in till we left. She addressed all our concerns and questions. And this was such a close facility to our home!

Public Storage Golden Valley was really flexible and helpful throughout my moving process. Michelle was a great front desk assistant and I would definitely come back to use them. Actually, I am planning on doing so and recommending them to other people. The facilities were clean and there were never any issues with any amenities (gate, elevators).

I have been at this storage unit since I found out I had one which was probably 5 maybe six. I know I paid for it. Once my grandparents died I paid for it for a awhile and got my own and the transition was so easy! Mary Rose could have made it hard but she didnt! I stayed there for about 3 months and the rent was getting to high and I needed a non expensive one. So when we dragged everything out and tried to leave we had some trouble and was going to have to pay the whole month but after me and my husband talked to Mary Rose, she took upon it herself to help us only pay for six days and explained everything clearly. My husband was upset with her but she was so helpful and explained everything. If you try and move out make sure you talk to her and DO NOT do it online. Its a pain in the a**. Talk to MARY ROSE! Sweet and wonderful lady! Helps and works with you and what you need! Thank you Mary Rose for making it so easy!!!

I had an amazing experience at this Public Storage. One of the workers Chino did an awesome job explaining everything from how to lock the gate, to using the gate, the best ways to get my things upstairs, etc. The process was very easy. Michelle did help me originally from the beginning when I was potentially looking for a space to keep my property. She did an amazing job of showing me the space and giving me options as far as taking a look online as far as the prices were concerned. Different people, but the customer service was amazing from both parties! Definitely would recommend this storage. Employees take time to answer all your questions and are very professionals! As far as prices go, everyone is not the same depending on what you’re going to store. But I would say the prices are reasonable.

I had done quite a bit of research online and over the phone to find a good place for storage. I went to this location in Golden Valley as I live close by but I thought that walking in rather than just calling would be better. I was fortunate to be assisted by Marissa who is one of the managers there. She was most helpful and patient with me in answering all questions, showing me around the property, different options and most of all being very clear about the billing and making me take advantage of whatever offers were on the table. She even assisted me and coordinated the arrival of our PODS container to be dropped and picked up with the most willing attitude. If you go to this location either Marissa or Donette will be wonderful to deal with. They make you feel comfortable and will answer all your questions in a timely manner.Marissa has been of great help and I command her for great customer service approach. This company is lucky to have her on board.

Ive been doing customer service for at least 15 years... And Ive seen a lot of people with and without good customer service, but so far... Mary, over at this public storage has the best customer service that I have ever experienced; within my top 3 in the United states. Number one in MN, shes fast paced, easy to work with and always willing to help. Without her being up beat and positive all the time, she would still be within my top 3. Ill tell you right now, I will recruit her when I start my business for she has something that all businesses need!

I was just looking for a non musty smelling place to store some stuff for a bit. Crystal and Mariah were very helpful. I first looked at the place and asked Crystal if i could smell the spot. She let me and it smell good. after i signed up online, i was assigned a different spot then what was shown to me. i showed up again and asked Crystal if i could smell that spot too. She took it all in stride and understood where i was coming from. i was even able to move rooms (not because of smell, just a closer location). Easy access and still smelling like wood in there.

I would like to thank Mary Rose,for her patience and excellent customer service. I was having a difficult time due to some personal losses and she made me feel comfortable and guided me to the right choice. I will be a customer for life simply from an act of kindness and understanding.As a business owner I know employees such as Mary are hard to find.
