Worth the visit if youre a Kanga Care customer, because: they keep the last of the discontinued items; you can meet the owners and staff; you can grab a sticker while shopping. When facing the dead-end parking lot, go to the rightmost office. Unexpected fun for a business park :)

Easy to order, fast shipping and great quality cloth diapers. They have some of the most adorable prints and these diapers hold in some of the worst blowouts! Best newborn covers and pocket diapers...if you can/ available upgrade to the bamboo or hemp 6r soakers you will not be sorry!

This is NOT a full baby/child retail store! We saw some map labeling saying it was like Babies R Us, and it is not at all. It is a cute little place with some supply of products that help with diapers (geared toward cloth diapers) and toilet training. The guy who helped me was quite friendly. But just know it is a small, limited retail selection.

Love these diapers and this company! Their customer service is great, everyone always very friendly and helpful. Rumparooz are our favorite! With 2 kids in diapers, I love that I can adjust the size quickly and dont have to carry different sized diapers when Im out.Our family will be customers for as long as we have littles in diapers!

While the quality of their products is great dont plan on going to the physical address unless its between 10am and 2 pm Monday through Friday. Outside of that they only process online orders. Additionally if you try to go by on Fridays during those hours they may or may not be there as I found out when I tried to go by at 130pm. My recommendation even if Google and Facebook have your hours as one thing (and wont let you adjust)...adjust your voicemail to let people know the walk in hours separately...and then actually maintain them.tldr: great diapers, order online, dont try to go by the store unless you call to make sure someone is there first

This is the Kanga Care cooperate headquarters and shipping center, with a small retail showroom open limited hours. That being said, it was so much fun to see the diapers and other accessories in person before buying! These are my favorite cloth diaper brand and so far everything Ive bought has been of excellent quality. The company also provides amazing customer service! They have helped me with my wash routine and were very responsive with a warrantee issue, providing shipping for the item and a repair even though it is a retired color. You could just buy online, but with such a cute retail space and knowledgeable staff, if youre in the area, stop in and check it out.

The customer service here is fantastic. They also have a FB channel where fit specialists from KangaCare help with any diaper issues you might have...offering suggestions and wash routines. I wouldnt go with any other cloth diaper company!

Im not sure where the positive reviews are coming from. Ive called 10 times, and left messages 5 of those times. They havent answered or returned a single phone call. I feel that this company does not value customer service.
