Ever since this Sallys popped up next to my favorite grocery store, Ive loved shopping there! When I went in today looking for a lavender hair dye, the ladies working today were SO kind and helpful! One had short spiked blond hair and the other had shoulder length burgundy colored hair (its nice taking hair advice from ladies with wonderful hair!) I asked their advice and I felt like I was just chatting with some friends! They also let me know about some great deals going on and the return policy. Their kindness really brightened my day.

This store has made an extreme transformation with the new manager on deck. Its organized and the team members are happy and glad to help you. Big thumbs up to the new manager for taking great pride in her new store.

Probably the worst customer service I ever experienced and I am a 66 year old senior. there was a small curly hair girl that asked if I needed any help when I came in but her tone was very rude. I heard her with a worker helping a girl buy hair die and I was shocked. she should definitely be fired ASAP!! I am an older woman and have been going to sallys for many years but now Im afraid to go into the Golden location again. Very rude.

Super nice people. I dont get followed and treated like a shop lifter here like the one on Colfax. Helpful staff, great deals, great location!
