The young man who helped us, Jordan, was very helpful, knowledgeable,and personable. Even though he was at the store alone, he was attentive to us and another customer at the same time, and he kept his cool when 3 more customers entered the store. He helped my husband find a new phone and he helped my 70 year old mother upgrade her plan and phone. He spoke in a professional manner, and answered our questions clearly.
When I bought my Iphone 12 the staff was very helpful in completing hte purchase. During the process of buying the phone, they suggested that I buy a screen protector for $40 dollars and that there was unlimited free screen protector replacements. I told them that the local people only charge $10 and they insisted that the free replacements would more than offsett the huge price difference. I bought the $40 protector but when the protector cracked, I went in for my free replacement and they said it would be $8 to replace it. They agreed that they had said it would be free but said they were misinformed. Not matter how much I argued that what they did was wrong and they should stand by there promise, they would not do the free replacement.

The commitment to solve my reception problem and starting service was over the top. Both the manager and representative were patient, not pushy, and would not let me leave until i was satisfied with the new service and even set up the app on my phone. I had to drive 1 hour and 15 minutes out of the mountains to get to this store. I would gladly make it again. By the way, tho is the first review I have ever written for any product or service
Amber and Jordan at the Golden AT&T store were both wonderfully helpful when my husband and I were purchasing new iPhones. My husband had lost his phone in a lake, so was anxious to retrieve all of his lost information. They gave us their undivided attention. They had my husband up and running within an hour. They ordered the phone color I wanted, then helped me attach it to my other devices and continued to troubleshoot 2 days later to solve all my issues.A big thank you to both Amber and Jordan!
Went into the store to upgrade my phone and I had some questions about my bill. Typically I hate going into the phone store, but I had a great experience at the Golden location! Amber was very kind, and told me about the newer plans. The whole staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The store was clean and had they had phone I was interested in. I’m looking forward to my next visit!
Went to school Kole(Jordan) and hes always been a good guy, didnt change when he was trying to sell me some of the good stuff. Didnt push me into getting something outrageous but had answers for all of my Samsung wants and needs. I live 3+ hours away but as long as he still works here this will be my local store.

Been there twice when no one was there during listed store hours. Doors locked and no one will answer the phone at 4pm. Other location is 20 minutes across town. 👎

If I’m wrong but she was very kind and sweet and helped me through everything made sure I got the best deal possible and it was a really good time besides the good customer service her and her coworker were good people to talk to and had a great time while I was there thank you !!

I decided since I didnt have the full attention of the AT&T employee at the Mills store, I would try the golden store. It is not AT&T owned and I have to say the young man who helped me change my current phone over to my new phone, was kind, caring and did things like the screen lock that the other store employee never even offered to do. I will be usng this store for my phones needs from this day forward. Kudos to the young man working on Tuesday 5/11/21, I wish I could remember his name.

I purchased a prepaid sim card for an iPad in early December because I wanted to test data coverage at my home for a potential switch to AT&T. Installed to sim later that day. Had some signal, but data connection wouldnt work. I called customer service to see if there was anything they could do. They asked for my account PIN, but I never received an account PIN. Tried to text me a PIN, but the service wasnt working. Workout a PIN, there was nothing they would do. They directed me to the store. Finally was able to get back to the store (its a long drive), and they were unable to get data service to work. They installed the SIM in one of their devices and it still didnt work. The associate got on the phone with AT&T, but they were unable to find a solution. I then asked for a complete refund of service, SIM, and activation. The AT&T corporate people on the phone with the store associate were unable to access the appropriate system for a refund. The associate in the store was only able to refund ~$6 for the cost of the SIM card. The associate at the store where I purchased the service and SIM suggested I contest the purchase with my bank. Honestly? Thats how they handle customers? They sell a service, and if it doesnt work for whatever technical issue on their end, their only recourse is to have the customer reverse the charge with the bank. This store is a joke. Its not a corporate store. I highly suggest you seem a store that can actually do more than sell service and devices. Or maybe another carrier altogether.

The staff was extremely rude. We walked in to take a look at the new IPhone 11. She asked us “How May I help you” we answered “just looking every time” she asked us this 4 times in the span of 30 seconds and then proceeded to kick us out for no reason.
VERY disappointed in the customer service at this location, specifically Jacob. I have purchased numerous items from and have my companies service through AT&T...using this location the entire time. NOT anymore. I called and had a simple request, do I have insurance on my phone. I was informed I needed to come in and swipe my license to access my account. How is that even remotely possible. I want asking for any details other than insurance or Apple Care so I would know if I had to go to their store or tell my wife to buy a new phone at the Apple store which she was at during my calls to AT&T. No consideration, no help, no more service at AT&T for me. Job well done Jacob!! ANd if you look at all the 5-Star reviews it is the employees...Jacob, Stephanie (she has 2 reviews!!). Disgraceful.
Really disappointed at this AT&T store. This is the worst customer service experience Ive ever encountered (scam). Heres my case.I visited this place 2.5 weeks ago to install a family plan with my 4 other friend. We asked for the pricing and monthly fees. During our visit there (approx. 1 hr) the customer service rep (just started woking there that month) who assisted us have said that we only need to pay $40/person and that would be the bill we expected. Even after asking with the direct question how much in total per person are we expected to pay each month including all fees? He still insisted to say $40. So, we decided to go for it.Two weeks passed and the bill arrived showing more than 300 dollar for 4 lines that we have. $95 for 2 lines and 60 for the other two. I came back today (8/13) to the store and asked whats going on. His (the same guy) first reaction was oh it must be $160 for 4 lines. Right after I show him the bill, he started arguing that $300++ is the correct bill since we have two new lines that was transferred and we should be paying $60 for every month after this month. He suddenly argued that he must have told us that this is the price and not acknowledging his mistake. He doesnt seem to care about the issue and rudely ask me to just contact at&t like hes not even part of this anymore. Even if I cancel this plan, I would have lost $150 worth of money that I didnt agree to.So yeah, for future customer, avoid this store at all cost. They will try to sell you everything like a salesman with a cheap trick, the next thing you know, there would be a super expensive plan or phone to pay monthly that you never agreed to. I hope that AT&T can resolve this issue.
Although our initial visit (to sign up for a new plan, transfer my wifes phone number over from Sprint, and get new phones) was a little long (2.5 hrs) and convoluted, when I had issue with activating the SIM card on the new phone, the manager Jared was very helpful and informative and fixed my problem over the phone in a matter of minutes. Of note: this is not a Corporate AT&T location - they are an authorized retailer. Evidently there is a little bit of competition and animosity between the corporate stores and the authorized retailers, FYI.
I dont recommend this store if you can avoid it. Sure, your experience will be similar at any retailer you go to, but this store has your typical salesmen with typical old school sales techniques. Vague answers to the questions you ask. Telling you what they need to make the sale. Was quoted incorrect pricing on warrantied items and even heard them quoting the same price to other customers after finding out the correct pricing. Was told I couldnt use my trade in phone as a discount for my new phone and instead loaded me up with nearly $200 of useless accessories I didnt want. Like I said, typical salesmen here. Dont expect genuine customer service. Know what you want to buy before you go in and if they try to steer you in another direction just walk out.

He is just like a used car salesman and literally says all customers are stupid. Thats how he operates. Hell offer 20% off phone cases like its a deal, but gives that deal to every single customer. The worst experience!!! I would avoid this store, as Crawford Hamilton and Josh Hicks both sold us plans that did not save us money. We are now stuck in a cell phone plan that makes no sense for 2 years. Crawford employee ID CH143H and Josh will make promises and not deliver. AVOID at all cost.
Possibly the worst place I have ever been in. Staff gets paid to sit on their phones and maybe help. Maybe. Please by all means do not for whatever reason take the damn earbuds out of your skull to do your job.Hard to imagine this place is in business.

As youll read in other reviews. Were now stuck in a back and forth with AT&T and locked into totally hackey family plan.The staff were dishonest and the manager sold us our plan before getting fired to pad their pocket.Take the extra few minutes and go to the AT&T store in Colfax near Denver west.
