Use caution with this place. Notice most all the reviews are years old and not very new...theres a reason. Doesnt matter what time you call this place the answering machine is always on and no live person. You leave a message and get no call back. Be very weary and do your research before giving money. Lady doc seems to be more interested in taking your money than fixing the problem or offering solutions especially when you are dependent on your hearing aids. Its like she could care less. Just use caution.

Angelina is concise in explaining every thing that is going to happen when you enter the office. She makes sure that you understand about hearing loss, and about your choice of hearing aids, and how they work for you. She is professional, and caring in explaining what is going on with ones hearing. I would highly recommend her, and actually have recommended her to a friend.

Got the Lyrics and what a difference. What an ear opener. Sound is awesome. Can finally understand the grandchildren, no more subtitles and background noise in restaurants is toned down. Angelina was absolutley fantastic to work with. Had to get used to it and was a strange feeling to start with and uncomfortable for a few weeks but after over 3 weeks I dont even know they are there. It is crazy. I am reborn again and it is a new world. Can hear birds, crickets, leaves. Trust me it is worth the money and relationships.

I had a great experience in this office. Friendly and professional staff, quick and easy to set up an appointment, great follow-up. I was interested in a hearing aid that they werent familiar with so Lindsay got all of the information and a model so I could see what it would look like. She even called the rep during our appointment to answer a question. I ended up choosing a different audiologist closer to my home (since hearing aids require a lot of follow-up visits) but I would send anyone out Lindsays way, she is a pleasure!

Angelina Kinn, Au.D., really knows her stuff! Our appointments are prompt and swift, because she is able to make changes to my hearing aids based on my feedback. I enjoy working with her and with Yvonne--both are friendly as well as professional.

My experiences at HRC have been both thorough and fun - Angelina Espinosa is one of the most competent Doctors of Audiology I have met. My hearing loss began when I was in my early 30s and although I never used hearing aids (until now in my 60s) I have been evaluated for hearing aids numerous times. Each time I felt that either the technology, the price or just my feelings about the company kept me from buying hearing aids. This time, however, because of the caring and commitment shown by Ms. Espinosa I chose to purchase my hearing aids from HRC. I have been extremely happy with my selection and I strongly recommend Angelina and her HRC office to anyone considering hearing assistance.
