Welcoming studio with knowledgeable and insightful instructors. After moving into the area, I was looking for a studio where traditional hatha yoga was practiced and a sense of community was encouraged. Both were found here. Every time I attend I am rejuvenated.

I took their Power Hour class which was mediocre. It was less of a power yoga class and more of a gentle yoga class. However, I am giving them one star because I tried to attend another one of their classes and the instructor no-showed without posting a notification on their website or store front. Thats extremely unprofessional, in my opinion.

This is great studio. Clean, cozy and un-ostentatious. No pretentious boutique distracting you, just yoga. Great variety of teachers and styles for whatever you need.

Beautiful space for yoga with knowledgable, fun instructors. Kimball acupuncture helped heal a severely torn hamstring that threatened to end my yoga practice and horse show season (before it even started). Thanks to her care I was riding and practicing yoga in a few weeks. No drugs. And her teas are te BEST. PranaTonic is overall health and healing place of no equal.

Greg and Kimball are long time Acupuncture practitioners that have served our community for over 20 years and are dedicated to bringing their knowledge of Chinese medicine to aid and restore us back to health. They are my go-to remedy for colds, fatigue, aches and pains, pent-up blockages and overall tune-ups for seasonal disorders.
