Everyone I have worked with at Innovative has been very professional and enjoys having a good time with the work they do. Over the years I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of different vendors in the office solutions industry and Innovative is right up there at the top of the list with the best of them. I want to compliment the service I recently received. Gene Shusta (Service Representative) and the staff in the office went above and beyond the call of duty. We have been quite busy here and I did not notice if the machine might have notified me of low ink. Well, I ran completely out! I called the office to check on the status of a repair and I asked if they could assist me in getting more ink.
