This place is the best! I drove past like 2 or 3 other HD dealerships to go to Avalanche; 22 miles from my house. My buddy said You gotta go to Avalanche and he was twisting my arm to buy a Harley, soooooo. They gave me a great deal on my trade in for starters... but,I gotta say the best part of this experience has been my sales guy Connor. He walked me through everything. Didnt really know much about Harleys other than thats what all my friends and family ride/rode, and he got me on the right bike for a guy my size. He made sure I was geared up how I wanted to be that day, made sure my heel shifter got put on, filled up my gas tank.... I think for a couple minutes he mighta been more excited than I was! And hes still with me weeks later checking in! Hope I run in to him when I get my handlebars swapped out next week!
I took the MSF Basic Riders Course here and it was an amazing experience! Tony, our instructor is very knowledgable and makes sure safety is our top priority. The course is very professional and no- nonsense while keeping a light and friendly atmosphere. The staff here is awesome! I talked with Mario and Travis who were great sales associates. The bathrooms are clean and the BBQ with bikini bike wash was fun to experience! I highly recommend this dealership as their staff is awesome, their inventory is large considering the shortage of components for new bikes as well as a large used selection. The bikes are inspected and verified to be road worthy. In the Motorclothes section, the selection of attire is huge! Jackets, boots, eye-protection and other gear is available! Both Mandy and Alex are great at helping riders find what they need!
People make all the difference and that was definitely my experience at Avalanche Harley-Davison. I cant even name all of the great people that helped with my dream Road Glide, but special shout outs to Nate, Kyle, Joe and Leslie. Nate and Kyle were with me every step of the way and made sure I had a great experience. Nate stayed nearly three hours after closing to make sure I got on the road safely. If youre thinking about a new bike, stop by and ask for one of these guys, theyll take good care of you! Thanks, guys!
The staff at Avalanche Harley-Davidson is fantastic! While washing my hands in the restroom, I accidentally dropped my diamond wedding band in the trough sink and it fell into the drain. The staff there went above and beyond to help me retrieve it, from the three helpful women who tried to get it out to the two gentlemen that went so far as to remove the sink trap. My husband and I are truly grateful and appreciative.
Casey Fleming was fantastic! He went above & beyond to help me test ride a Pan America and was totally understanding & accepting of me not feeling comfortable with being on my tip toes even with all the lowering features. I was able to go ahead and test ride one of the new sportsters (totally flat footed in my comfort zone!) and had a blast! Should I EVER want to purchase a new HD, I’m calling him (even though I live in GA!) Denver, y’all are lucky to have Avalanche HD!! Everyone I was in contact with there was also great! I’m impressed!!! Thanks!!
Nathan and Kyle were awesome, they helped me out with a sale. Highly recommend
I bought my first Harley (a Heritage Classic) from Avalanche some years ago and the experience was terrific. That was when they were located on Colfax in Lakewood. Great selection, knowledgeable sales people and good service. I went to their new Golden location the other day to find something a little lighter and easier to handle as I am getting up there in age. Nate Clark listened to what I needed and what I would like to spend, had several suggestions, provided lots of information to help me make a decision and sent me on a few test rides. No pressure which is nice. Still working on finding the right HD at the right price but I am sure we will. Avalanche has a lot to choose from and, based on my first purchase will give you a great price. Ask for Nate, he is one of the best sales persons I have worked with.
I took my bike in for a damage estimate. When I brought it in I specifically said I wanted to know the cost of fixing the bent forks the brakes and if the frame was cracked, that was it nothing else. They did a complete damage estimate for every scratch on the bike and then told me it was $280 for the time they spent looking at it. The manager said they would not release it unless I paid for $200 of it. Completely different then what I asked for. I was told it would take 3 weeks. It took 7 weeks. I was never called, even though I called 11 time in seven weeks left multiple voice-mails never got a call back. I went into the store multiple time and was told that it was being looked at everything when all I asked for was a quick diagnostic. They are thieves and if I can offer any advice DO NOT GO HERE. Run dont walk from this dealership.
This is my favorite Harley-Davidson store. We have purchased 3 motorcycles and basically a whole wardrobe and safety equipment from this location. The number one reason we keep returning is people like Denise R. Over this past year we relocated from Delaware to Colorado and it’s difficult for me to deal with people (Disabled Marine Corps Vet with PTSD). But this lady is so personal with my wife and I, that sometimes we take the 35 minute drive just to speak with her. She really cares for people, family, and customers. Our personal relationship is genuine and not just based on the purchases you make. If you do not believe me stop by and say hello to Denise and the great staff at Avalanche H-D (We are the Berry’s).
Came here to get my motorcycle appraised for a PCS move and got amazing service. Although the employees had never been asked to do this before, Jay Romero went out of his way to find out the information and send it all to me over email. He and Phil Smiths service helped protect my motorcycle in case the moving company damaged it in transit. Best Harley dealership and employees in Colorado!
Inventory is amazing. Well kept store, staff very friendly. A bit of a drive, worth the drive tho,
Casey in Sales is as down to earth as they come! Straight shooter as we all want and deserve. Extremely patient with me and was all about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend him if your accidently in the market!!
What a great place!!! Ive been a Harley lover for life but only a rider twice... that was enough to stop in to window shop today. April was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable even as a TOTAL newbie. When I do purchase it will be here for sure!
Had a great experience at Avalanche Harley Davidson. All of the staff I interacted with were great. Nate Clark was awesome, he was by my side from beginning to end and really went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Kyle and Justin were able to hash out a deal that worked for my price range and made sure I got what I wanted for the price I wanted. Gina in appareal was also great she was very accommodating. Everybody in the dealership is really laid back and very positive. There was a bit of a mix up when I went to pick the bike up but everyone made sure it was taken care of and I left happier than expected thanks to Matt and the GM Harry. Will definitely be coming back for all my needs even though the dealership is 60 miles for me.
Stopped in trying to get an idea of what model HD I wanted. Casey was an awesome sales rep! No pressure, spent a couple hours with me, and shared lots of great information! Plus it was Open House day so I got free lunch and $1 beers!
Looking for a new ride, head over to Avalanche Harley and they will treat you right. Got a great deal on my trade in and set up on a new bike the same day.thanks for the friendly service.
This is the worst dealership Ive ever dealt with. From customer service on the phone eternal hold waiting for someone to help answer simple questions. The terrible service dept. Not knowing whats going on, never getting the job done on time, or the first time. More employees standing around and looking at their phones than actually helping people. I dropped off my bike Wednesday for service, told multiple times not to worry small job no problem. Would be ready Saturday morning. Here i sit 30 minutes after service is closed still waiting.. Avoid this dealership
We were very impressed with Nate and the rest of the finance team. They stayed after hours to get us a contract and worked very hard in securing the bike we wanted even though it was in Kansas. Unfortunately things didn’t work out liked we hoped due to unforeseen circumstances but we appreciate all that Nate and the rest of team did to help us. We would recommend Avalance Harley to any of friends and to go to Nick.
Got my new street glide in February, My thanks to Ben, my salesman and to Bob in finance, and to Johnny for a great experience! I had a problem at the beginning but they were accomodating from the beginning. They made sure I was happy with my purchase. These people make sure you are taken care of! I feel like family! This is the place to buy your bike. See Ben...he is knowledgeable and will take care of you! Great experience!
It’s unfortunate to say that this is the worst customer service I have ever had. We just bought a a 2021 Road Glide Special with only 50 miles on it. Our thoughts were spend the money on a new bike, with the extended warranty and you won’t have to worry about much. We were surprised that 2 days later a red light indicator on the dashboard appeared. The most frustrating part is we had called 3 times about it, sometimes they said they would call us back and never did. We wanted to know can we still ride it, what does it mean? In the meantime now the turn signal light, and the rear marker light don’t work. The bike now only has 200 miles on it. I would love someone to return the call so we can find out why a new bike, that is less than 2 weeks old is having so many safety issues etc. And we are having such a tough with the employees returning our calls back etc. when they tell us they are going to.
By far the best experience Ive ever had dealing with buying any vehicle. Super friendly and professional! They treat you like a VIP from the moment you inquire about a bike and even after your purchase! Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to buy a motorcycle! 10/10 across-the-board.
Always my home for a purchase of parts a new bike or just a beer 🍺 🤔 or shirt 😀 great staff 👍.
Great service department. Mechanic (Casey) was very knowledgeable and highly skilled. I was traveling and he was able to troubleshoot and repair the problem quickly to get me back on the road.Thank you!
Went in on Saturday just to explore some options on possibly getting something bigger then what I currently have and what can I say I was blown away by the experience! I was greeted right away with a warm welcome! Bill was my salesman he listened to what I was wanting and made it happen. Ended up riding off just a couple hours later on my new bike! Ill tell you what Im going to be moving to Tennessee at the end of next year and with an experience like that Ill have absolutely no problem traveling back when the time comes for my next bike! Go see Bill and the crew at Avalanche Harley if you want a great experience!
I have a CVO knock wheel that they replaced front wheel bearings in 3 separate times in a 1 month period. Due to this and their waiting period Ive lost part of my summer for riding. Not to mention a few hundred dollars in taxi fair because I dont know anyone who can conveniently give me a ride to the dealer. The last time I picked it up, they said the bike was safe to ride and had been road tested. I didnt get more than 2 miles down the interstate to get home and my handle bars began shaking violently almost causing me to wreck in the middle of the interstate. Theyve done nothing to help me resolve this issue. The wheel is obviously defective and says Harley Davidson on it and they havent made any calls to try and get it warrantied for me...nothing. I almost wreck my bike and they act like its not their problem. Very disappointed in this dealer ship. They dont care about peoples safety. I dont recommend going to this dealership.
Greatest customer service Ive ever seen from a Harley Davidson dealer! Big shout out to Ben Donnelly, Jeff Jackson and the rest of the crew for making my purchase a smooth experience! They left me holding back tears of joy as I rang the bell, signifying me as a proud new Harley owner! Thanks again to everyone, You rock!!!
Thanks for Alex, she is the best .she always help me to found everything what i need in the store. She is super helpful!!!! Thank you so much Alex!!!’n
Avalanche HD is the place to go if youre looking for a Harley. Going to a big dealership can be an intimidating experience, but once I was there I felt very welcomed. The folks there are really friendly and I never once felt pressured. I was encouraged to try on as many bikes as I wanted, and if you have your endorsement, encourage to ride several bikes. They try and get you on the right bike, they dont try and force one on you. and really, once you ride a couple, the bike finds you more than you find the bike.No pressure.Amazing Inventory.Great Staff. All inclusive - sales, financing, service, parts and accessories
Being a new rider and after doing some research I went to a couple of different dealerships looking for my first Sportster. I got there for my appointment and was met by Zach Miracle. Currently being in the military it was nice to have a veteran help me out. Awesome guy and highly recommend working with him to find a perfect bike. With his help this was the first dealership that didn’t try to push or force a particular bike on me. He had me a try a couple different ones just so I can compare and contrast the different types but not once did I feel pressured away from what I wanted and that’s a big deal for me. Everyone I encountered there was great from arriving to signing. Great experience!
Great customer service! Just bought my first Motorcycle and the experience couldnt have been any better. Plus the drive out there was amazing.
We bought a 2020 Soft Tail in October and now my husband wants to trade it in on a bigger bike. So we came in there last Saturday 4/16, spoke with Nick and left him 2 phone #’s mime and my husbands to get more info such as price, trade in and availability. He NEVER called ups back, he must of lost the folded up paper he pulled out of his pocket. One would think carrying around a pocket size notebook would be the best way to be organized on customer service. So we went to Sun Harley and got a hell of a deal on a 2021 Road King. You all know that saying“You snooze you lose “ that’s just what happened
Nate and Kyle were great helping me get a good deal on a bike I wanted. Didn’t pressure me and didn’t have to wait forever on negotiation. Ended up with a 21 fat bob and couldn’t be happier. Process was quick and we were able to make a deal. I drove up from Colorado Springs and they were even able to deliver it that day after hours. Driver was really nice and bike showed up right when they said it would without any issues. Really pleased with the bike so far and looking forward to coming back up and working with them in the future.
My needs was met. The employees was very nice and helped me pick out my safety gear so that I can do my motorcycle class. Especially Mindie (I think thats how you spell her name) had helped me and gave me a great deal on my purchase. Also I checked out some of the bikes and was met by a employee. He was very helpful and knew what I was looking for in a bike. Especially I am about to buy my first bike. Overall my visit was welcoming and helpful. I am very much sure that I will buy my first bike here.
Mandy in apparel and accessories is awesome. She has helped us numerous times and she really knows her stuff. We would highly recommend visiting her if you are visiting Avalanche Harley!
Mandy is so sweet and cares about making sure her customers are well take care of. She is very knowledgeable and listens to what your needs are to help find the right gear. Thanks Mandy!
My salesperson Randy was great! Spent a great deal of his time to make sure I was happy with the bike I wanted and that I didnt feel pressured to do something I did not want to. He also made a couple follow up calls to make sure I was still happy with my purchase and see if there were any concerns I had.
First time customer, turned life long. In all my years in the industry I have never, ever witnessed an experience like you receive at Avalanche! From the greeting, to the concierge style customer liaison, the department to department hand off, the no pressure unique atmosphere is second to none. Made my wifes first Harley purchase outstanding. I wont give away the ending, youve got to buy and experience it yourself.Harry, Joe, John, Alix, Kyle and all others I spoke with that made my wife feel like a true owner, THANK YOU!
Great experience. Great people. Will refer friends and family
Wow this service department!! I was traveling threw and had a tire go out on a Sunday. They were slammed busy, and still got me in and back on the road. The staff was awesome. Thank you so much!!!
Friendliest sales experience I’ve ever had buying anything. Zach Miracle was incredibly helpful with every step in the process. Everyone was great.
Best Harley Dealership in the country! My wife and I have been tons of dealerships over the years, and when we decided it was time for a new Street Glide, we made the 90 minute drive up from Colorado Springs. They stayed an hour past closing to make sure our bike and apparel selections were perfect. It was too cold to ride home, so they delivered our new bike to us down in the Springs. We were so blown away by the experience, my wife has cancelled her Italian motorcycle order and is now in the process of buying her first Harley!
I wasted 4 hours of my time here. Took me over 3 hours just to find out the price of the motorcycle that I wanted to purchase.Very predatory sales practices, high interest rates and no transparency in regards to pricing or sales. I guess if you have lousy credit and no money to put down your content to spend hours of your time at a dealership.Im not that consumer. I have good credit and a pile of cash to put down. I was very disappointed by the runaround that they gave me. I chose to do business with another dealer in town.
Destination shopping specifically for HD tshirts with Colorado logo. Being sent as gifts to California. Very quick scenic drive up there. ( colfax all the way)Lovely, pristine shop. Very modern feel at the base of the foothills.Beautiful bikes to see. Very friendly staff. Worth the drive. Thanks Rick for your help.
Avalanche Harley is the place to go no pressure sales the most in stock bikes in their showroom. See Zach for great friendly sales he will get you on that new Harley bike or trike. Oh and the events up there are amazing I absolutely love my new Harley family.
Great place. Needed service away from home and they worked me right in.
We took family there from out of state they liked it they found some T shirts to buy
Zachary Miracle did a badass job getting my buddy on his bike last night. Had personal things to do and didn’t throw a fit or rush us. Took his time and saw it thru till the end. Thanks for all your help bud
Legit location here, come down and visit make sure you speak to Randy amd Anthony. Very professional customer service and awesome demo rides available plus a tour of the facility showing off maximum options for uoir HD Purchases. Much appreciated veteran and military support here for sure. dAPPER Racing approval five star rating.
Weirdest experience ever. We found 2 bikes we were genuinely interested in and they wouldnt give us a price. Like literally would not price the bike unless we filled out the paperwork to give them our income first. Not even a cash price. Like they wanted to price the bike based on our income.2 teenagers told us they were Bike Fitters so they didnt know anything about the bikes because there only job is to fit you to the bike. But they insisted the sales people wouldnt talk to us until we filled out the paperwork. They acted like this was regular practice. I have purchased 4 different Harleys in the last 4 years 3 from dealers and I have never been treated this disrespectfully by any of them or heard of such a dishonest practice. We went to 3 other dealerships today and while they didnt have what we were looking for they definitely priced there bikes and werent rude. These guys were down right insulting when I questioned their practice. I am so amazed at how horrible my experience was here I cant even find words. I wouldnt buy a hat from these people. They could of made 2 sales and instead insured 3 people will be buying elsewhere forever.
Great place for service or buying a new bike. Highly recommended.
They got back to me promptly after my inquiry about a bike on Cycletrader. Thats the good part. But the bike, which was in great shape and one of the few bikes on their dealer site with a published price had left the dealership. So they had another not similar bike at 3 times the price if I was interested. The first bike listing has still not been taken down on their site or Cycletrader. Clear Bait and Switch.
Contacted you about a 2019 Road Glide that was advertised on Cycle Trader.Internet Sales Manager called me and said he had many other bikes available. When I told him I only want the one advertised, he said it was only for local customers because they needed the customer to go in and fill out loan docs and sign title, etc.I told him the ad should indicate that since it is an internet ad that goes out everywhere. Secondly, I can travel if the bike is available and I already have financing set up. I just need the bike. Then he said it was already sold.I understand you cant hold onto bikes, and I also understand the high-demand/limited supply thing but if the bike gets sold, edit or remove the ad. If the item does not qualify for internet purchase, say that in the ad. Nobody likes to waste time waiting for a phone call to verify a bike is available, or chasing bikes that have already been sold. This whole experience was frustrating and definitely not cool.
A little on the high pressure side with sales. If you are like me and want to shop a little before you buy dont give them your phone number. You will get several calls. The irony is I bought a bike from them and had to have it serviced. Thats when the calls stopped. Service dept communication could definitely use some improvements. Overall I like the dealership and would buy another bike
Good inventory, cool staff. Ill go back for sure.
Ive been to tons of Harley shops traveling America so I had to check this one out. This one is super badass right outside Denver and close to Redrocks. Awesome views, professional staff, and sweet shop. I will definitely come back 🤙🏻 Rocky Mountain High 🤙🏻
Nate and team at Avalanche Harley Helped make my Dream come true of owning a new Road Glide. They went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal and was happy with everything. They even catered to my family while I was indulging in my dream. Thank you all and see you on the road.
Mandy DiManna was very helpful and a very knowledgeable motorclothes specialist. She helped me with sunglasses, shirts and helmets. She had a great attitude and answered all my questions with a smile on her face. I will definitely be back to purchase more motorcycle gear from Avalanche Harley-Davidson. Thank you!
Went in looking for my first bike in over 30 years. Dylan helped me through the entire process. Everyone wss super friendly, helpful, and they answered every question I had. The entire experience was awesome! Now the proud owner of a brand new Harley! Couldnt be happier!
The staff was friendly and helpful, I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used Harley to check out Avalanche Harley-Davidson
Absolutely worst experience ever. Charged way over MSRP Because we can. They gave me a temp permit that expired before they could be bothered to send my title over so I could register it.Arrogant and incompetent. They will milk you for every penny they can with zero regard for customer service. I would drive an extra 1000 miles to never have to go to this place again!1 star because I cant give 0.
The best place to go to demo a new seat! Jay in the parts department looked at the seat I was on, asked what the problem with it was, had an instant recommendation and let me take the demo seat to try out with no charge! The seat he recommended was perfect and fixed all the problems! Thanks for making it so easy!
Had a great Experience with Davis yesterday! My wife came in to buy me a new sportster for fathers day. He made the experience nice and smooth for her, and for me as well when she brought me in to finish the transaction. He even stayed late (missing a dinner date) with us to make sure we were taken care of. I had such a good experience that my father will be coming to purchase a trike from Missouri soon! Thanks Davis and Avalanche Harley Davidson!
I needed to purchase a helmet and felt like a fish out of water but everyone was knowledgeable and extremely kind! Mandy answered every question I had. She also went out of her way to make sure I got the best fitted helmet in time because I needed to special order the correct size. Nothing but great things to say about this staff!
Worst buying experience from any Harley Davidson dealership. Absolutely no follow through with what they promise. Staff will flat out lie to you. Harley Davidson should shut this dealership down. They failed in every aspect of sales from going over features and benefits to finance to delivery. They will promise to make it right and will not do anything to resolve the problems. Do yourself a favor and buy at a different dealership. If I could I would give them 0 stars!
Nathan and Kyle bent over backwards to get me what I came in for, were patient over three days of me being on the fence and made sure I rode out with exactly what I wanted. Hard yes on them
What a joke of a place went to get a bike was there as soon as they opened and they sold the bike out from under me while I was there waiting on final numbers and I was willing to pay any amount to hold a bike they said they couldn’t do that so I showed up as soon as they opened and they sold it while I was sitting there waiting
Mandy Dimanna was such a huge help, was very knowledgeable about clothes, sunglasses, and knew everything about helmet, she is awesome and a great asset for Avalanche Harley, my husband and I will be back on Taco Thursday to purchase our helmets, thanks Mandy 😊
Very disappointed with service personnel stating that Avalanche H-D would not service a needed repair as we are on a cross country road trip. 3-4 days until there is a service opening totally goes against the creed of taking care of the traveler first. We were greeted professionally by Mile High H-D. Choose wisely and go to Mile High H-D leaving Avalanche in your rear view mirror.
One of the worst dealers I can think of. No follow up phone calls. I live in another state and was trying to purchase a Revival. Their financing company gave me a sister dealership to work with. Avalanche after initially agreeing to the deal then refused saying they can get more money for it locally. Totally unreasonable and just greedy.
Had an awesome experience getting my first bike here. The staff are all friendly and welcoming making the process easy! If youre looking for your first ride or the next check these folks out!
I was in Avalanche Harley on 7/10/21 and had a great experience.Robert was helping me and his attitude and customer service was outstanding
Lots of shirts and a very good inventory of Harleys!
I rode away on a new Harley. Obviously I left happy
Took my motorcycle class here. Great knowledge
I recently bought a bike. I started looking here but settled on a piece a friend found for me. During my time shopping looking and buying,I began to notice how aggressive the sales staff was here...like flies. after the first visit I received 4 phone calls on consecutive days from 4 different people, 1 only being the associate that initially helped me. After I bought my bike, I wandered in to look at a coat, which I did eventually buy, the ladies were great, however as I began looking at parts, walking into the parts area, it was like pulling teeth to get notice or helped from an associate. They would have conversations with each other before even approaching or noticing me. Yesterday I called to ask about service on my bike. After this call I was done with this place, the service guy was not engaged and came across as extremely arrogant. After a call to a few friends came yto find out their experiences here as well as friends and associates of theirs was very similar. I live close to Avalanche, b ut I am service driven....I will explore other dealers and will not recommend Avalanche.
My issues are not with the sales team, I feel I got a fair deal when I purchased my new 2021 CVO. My issues, are with the poor costumer service. I have now purchase 3 bikes from Avalanche/Freedom Harley and every time swear I wont do it again. Slow learner. This will be the last time!! So, on Friday at 430 PM I pay cash for a 2021 CVO. Great sales team and I was impressed with our conversation about, if you ever have an issue, we will take good care of you. The following day, 100 miles into a ride, I lose all throttle and am stranded on the side of the road. So, I call Avalanche Harley. First 3 calls I get a voice mail. My next 4 calls I get a person and she transfers me to a full mailbox. The next 3 times I get the same person and ask Please do not transfer me to that full mailbox. She transfers me to the full mailbox. On my final call, I touch 1 instead of zero and get another person. Finally some help. She tells me we are busy and she will call back in 30 minutes. I am stranded!!! Long story short, we made a single call to Mile High Harley and got a mechanic on the first try. Unfortunately he couldnt do much for me. Finally, no idea why or how we got it running but was able to coast down to Avalanche Harley. At this point, I am just a little upset... bike issues are what they are but the service is inexcusable. We get it in, multiple, error codes, but they are working on it. I decide to go talk about this with General Manager. I feel I wrote him a $45,000 check the day before, I have to be worth a conversation and I am not an unreasonable angry costumer. My wife was happy to see me holding it together. That man would not come out of his office to talk to me. All we got was we need to keep the bike, not sure what is wrong, and an Uber ride home. Today, I am out of $45,000, I have no bike, I dont know when I will have a bike, and am extremely upset that the GM wont discuss my issues with me. Trust me when I say this is the short version of the story. I do not recommend that anyone step foot on their property. They are all about the sale and not the costumer. When I get my bike, if I get it back, Mile High Harley, Parker, has all my business.. 1 star is being generous and I cant wait to fill out the review that goes to HD. My latest update is pinched wires and a part was ordered. No bike yet....
Had everything I needed for my old school 96 dining glide Great people dedicated
Great staff and atmosphere, they make you feel welcome and i didnt feel overly pressured to make a purchase at all. all the departments staff are awesome.
Great place and people..me and my boys were treated like family..Arlan the salesman I talked with was fantastic.. the no pressure sale is what I liked most and listening to me and not trying to sell me something I didnt want like at some other shops.. definitely recommend and will do business with them again.
Everyone was wonderful to work with. They answered all my questions and gave great advise. I love my new bike thank you Tyler Dewey for all your help working with me.
Awesome selection across the board .
Had an outstanding experience buying a bike at Avalanche from start to end. Nate was awesome and spent practically the whole day from walking in the door to riding the bike home. He knows Harley Davidson bikes and can answer any question whether you are buying or just looking. Look Nate up for the best experience.
I am disappointed with the approach of the service and the service mechanics themselves. If this is to raise the name Harley Davidson, they probably wont make it too far, and it will be just for shame.
Great staff, great selection!! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I wouldnt leave empty seated. Nate and Kyle make a good team.
My bike broke a fixture a few miles away from the shop. Joe went out of his way to find the parts I needed and Tony had the bike back u p and ready to ride before I even knew what happened. Great guys and service.
Very good time, I enjoyed talking with the staffing seeing all the available inventory. Really a enjoy able time. Thanks Guys
Their website is never updated so good luck there to start. Almost every bike I as interested in was not no longer available. I’ve been trying get something going by phone as I don’t live in the Denver area to make the 2 hour drive worth it. But they are always “on the other line” or “with another customer” and never call you back. I have been working with a Jeff Colbert and I have to say over all horrible customer service!
