I have been coming here for years. I always need print work done and I have been fully satisfied with the customer care at this location. Specifically Jenny. What a great lady! She really should be my assistant lol. This company is lucky to have a employee like her. Give her a raise! Lol
Horrible customer service. Sent us bouncing back and forth between lines just so they wouldnt have to deal with us. Hire better employees
I placed an online print order, went to pick up on Sunday 7/11/21 at 2pm, stood at the counter waiting for at least five minutes. The individual behind the counter completely ignored me the entire time. Not saying, “hello”, “be right with you”, “bear with me”, “go kick rocks”. Nothing. Completely ignored while she cut paper for over five minutes-maybe even seven minutes! I finally spoke up and said “hi there, can you help me? I’m just picking up a print order I submitted and paid for days ago”. She turned to me and said “I’m working on a rush order...” and turned back around. This was some of the worst customer service I have experienced at this FedEx, even though I have used this location for over nine years, you have lost my and my companies business. There is something called professionalism, customer care, and being a decent human being. Learn these qualities. Oh and go kick rocks lady who was working 7/11 around 2pm!

Alexis and her assistant (female - couldnt see nametag) were amazing - We walked in with a large van load of medical equipment going to various cancer centers and they helped organize, box, and ship all of it, while Brandon held the fort with the other customers. Very competent and friendly staff.
I went to ship a unique package to South Africa today and had the pleasure of working with Alexis. She knows what she is doing and was really helpful to not only get everything categorized and labeled correctly, but also saved me $50 on my shipment! It was busy at this location and she still took the time to get the job done above expectations. Thank you!
I use this location regularly -- mostly for work but occasionally for personal projects and shipping. EVERYONE I have dealt with is courteous and efficient. I have interacted by both phone and email and theres always a fast response time and theyre mindful when I have a deadline. Would definitely recommend!
It would not be an exaggeration to say that this location, Pat, Jenny, and their team saved my wedding. They stayed late to print programs (that turned out beautifully) and worked quickly for an early morning, day-of order that included a poster and multiple other pieces. The quality is amazing, and so are the people. I am so grateful, and I will always use this FedEx for my printing needs. They wont let you down either!
Got my print job back and it was so blurry, it was unreadable. When I went back in to tell them I wasnt happy with it they told me it was my fault for giving them a bad file. How about instead of printing the whole order when you know it looks terrible, you just give me a call and tell me to bring in another file before I waste my $30? Awful.

We only go to this Fed X store due to It being accessible to us. But solely due to their great customer service, efficiency when we need a project done, and their friendly staff. Their store is always super clean and they go the extra mile !!!Thank you to all the staff!!
The store manager helped me. Rude not helpful and definitely didn’t want to be working. I will stick with a different location from now on.

I give this center 5 stars because I go in a lot now that Im working from home and everyone is always very happy and helpful!However, I was just helped by Alexis and she was beyond rude from the second I walked in until the moment I left. Rude tone, no eye contact, ignored simple questions I had entirely, and handed me my receipt without saying a thing lol.

They could not ship something for me, and sent me to another location by the airport. I drove all the way there- and found out that location doesnt even take packages- and they were mad they keep getting people sent to them by this store (the airport location doesnt even have a customer office).
PROFESSIONAL PRINT JOB: A very clean, neat and organized place. The service was fast, efficient and friendly and my print job turned out great!! The manager Brianna was fantastic at helping me with my print job on 1/3/19. I needed a two-sided professional invite printed on card stock. She printed two samples on two types of card stock, helped me quickly take one last look for spelling or other printing differences between the two printed samples. I highly recommend and will go there again.
Hours are falsely posted, arrived at 5:20 Saturday night and store is closed. Posted hours say 6pm, wasted my time driving here.
The employee I spoke to had no idea how to prepare documents for an international shipment. This person told me to call customer service instead of attempting to find more information. I will only use UPS now.
This office is a great resource for computing and printing needs. The staff is very skilled and friendly. I have gone to other FedEx Office shops but this is the best so far.
The morning and late night workers are always so helpful and friendly. Never too busy so it’s always easy to get in and out. Good location in golden as well.
A non-profit I work with ordered 1000 postcards from this location. I picked them up but not till later did I notice that there were only 500 post cards. I assumed that it was only half the order, and went back an hour later (after mailing the original 500) to pick up the other half. The clerk (who had given me the original order) claimed I got the total 1000 (even though the box was not big enough for 1000) and refused to do anything about the issue UNLESS I RETURNED THE ORIGINAL 500 (as if I was trying to pull some type of con)! I filed a complaint with corporate, and two days later they called to say my order was ready. However, there was never an explanation or apology. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS EXACTLY HOW TO LOSE BUSINESS. I recommend trying any other printer other than this Fed Ex location.
I came to print out a large document. They helped me choose the right product and were super nice. I’m coming back here for any more printing needs.
Rude employee working this morning. Questioned my packaging job even though I packaged thousands of packages and never had issues with damaged goods. I think she is trying to upsell their services. Never had a bad experience with FedEx until today. If youre in the area, avoid this location if possible.
Printed a few things here which got me out of a pinch when my printer was down. Alexis did a nice job!
Just dealt with a very rude lady with blonde hair. We are Amazon sellers and dropped off 4 boxes. She interrogated us like we were mailing drugs asking what exactly was in each package then shaking a fragile box right in front of us. We were in at 10:50 a.m. on 5/23/19 at the Golden location. She told us we were running off to hide something. Actually we print our own labels so we drop off to avoid lines. We mail $500 worth of packages weekly and will be taking our business to UPS due to this rude miserable lady. She told us we should pay her to package our items, but we have been doing just fine ourself for the past 3 years and thousands of packages. We have been to Fedex across the US, and this is the first rude person we have encountered. I hope she doesn’t treat all customers how she treated us. Wow!
This FedEx set rediculous rule for shipping. “You have to buy our box to ship”. What? The box I used was the one shipped by FedEx. The staff there just didn’t want to do anything to help. They just want you to purchase non necessary materials for shipping and ask you for more fees.
Dropped a big package off to be returned to a retailer yesterday. They dropped it back at my house today! First recommendation was bring it back by the store as opposed to sorry for that, we’ll get it taken care off. Sent me to an 800 number that got it scheduled to be picked up next business day. There was another package. Hope it got where it needed to go.
I give them 5 stars because they are very helpful people. Because when i went to the other office in Lakewood wadsworth on Saturday evening they didnt help me, well this one did.
Its a Kinkos....customer service is one on one and per the job. Every time I visit, I need help and I get it. I dont expect to walk right in and have first priority and Ive never waited more then say 5 min to be helped. Any one that complains about service at this small, laid back Golden small town location may be from DTC? HR? Down Town? Maybe they are expecting a Kinkos to have a Starbucks type of mentality? Hey folks....its a print, pack and ship type of store....better then the post office and no one raves about the post office. Chill out. This location is very chill and has helped me a lot. I dont write reviews, but had to chime in because come on....its a Kinkos for crying out loud! What do people expect? Hey I have an idea, they hire one personal employee for every complainer and drive every cheap service through the roof for us all! Great idea! Id rather wait my 5 min....get all the help I need, roll out of there for a few bucks and do with out the impatient ppl in my location. I like the small town feel of this store. I dont like seeing unreasonable reviews with no substance to help others out, that may be looking for real insight....
This is the worst FedEx in the Denver area. We will not take our packages here anymore. They make stupid mistakes (lost packages) and they make up ridiculous rules that make it clear they don’t want to do their jobs (I can’t send a used box?! It’s a BOX).I do not recommend this place.
The lady there wouldnt accept my package drop off because she didnt like the box. Scheduled a pickup from FedEx the next day and they said the box was perfect. Horrible customer service, dont waste your time here.

First bad review Ive written to date. This place is blowing it. We use fedex exclusively, and this location is consistently blowing it. We have had multiple packages delivered to completely incorrect addresses, not even in the state they were addressed to. This has happened more than once. Ive had them tell me to buy their boxes and rebox items due to an issue with my box, meanwhile, I drop them off at other Fedex location and the clerks tell me everything is fine with my packaging and they will get them shipped. We will continue shipping through Lakewood and Littleton locations. It is worth the drive. Littleton has the most helpful and reliable staff. As someone who ships via Fedex daily, Ive learned my lesson not to come here.
Very poor customer service. Young man behind the packing counter would not be bothered with my issue and gave a business card with an 800 number written on it. 1800gofedexI have a shipping problem and FedEx was unwilling to even begin to address it. Brown makes fedex look like brown.
