CCC came and stretched some carpet some one else installed poorly and cleaned the carpet for a great price. They were were on time and able to be in/out of the high rise condo quickly leaving a job well done. After Colossal Carpet Care did such a great job cleaning the carpet of our previous townhouse, we had them come out to our new home to see if they could help us salvage the carpet in our basement. Kyle was very honest about what we could expect once we cleaned the carpet, and, while we knew it might not look as good as new, we were willing to see what they could do. I was having work done on my house and the workers broke a pipe. This resulted in half of the carpet in my basement being pulled up to dry out. When I needed to get the carpet restretched/reinstalled, I contacted Colossal Carpet Care.Kyle was extremely friendly and able to get me scheduled quickly. Wayne arrived to do the work. He did an excellent job. Wayne sprayed a disinfectant, had to lay some new padding, then reinstalled and cleaned the carpet. All around, excellent work. Thanks to the great job cleaning the carpet, it looks better than before the pipe broke.Ill be contacting them again soon to get the rest of the carpet in the house cleaned. Whenever I need service for my carpet, Colossal Carpet Care is the only company Ill call. Cant recommend them enough.

We had some ground water leak into our newly remodeled and carpeted basement.Some of the carpet got soaked and we had to pull alot of it up and have some drainage and new sump pump put in. Very stressful time, and company was arriving soon. After we got the concrete floor dug up and replaced, we were desperate to get the carpet repaired and get our basement back in order. Kyle to the rescue!! Our job was relatively small, and we live in the mountains, but Kyle made time to check it out right away. He said it would be a few weeks before he could get back to do the job. We mentioned we were having company soon and they were supposed to sleep in the basement. BOOM, he showed up a few days later and got the job done. Beautiful job and excellent price. His quick action gave us so much peace of mind. Now we have our new basement remodel back in order, AND a clean, organized place for our company to stay. We have hired Kyle and his team over at Colossal Carpet Care MANY times in the past couple years to clean our carpets and furniture thanks to a young child and dogs.They are by FAR the best carpet cleaning/repair company I have ever hired. Not only do they get the job done efficiently, but they guarantee results, even if they have to come out again for a stubborn stain or situation. They will also educate their customers on how to spot treat stains properly... Meaning NEVER use Resolve or any other chemical Stain remover as its only a temporary mask that makes stains reappear later, and definitely do not hire one of those CHEM-DRY companies as their product is similar, it only makes things worse later on.Thanks Kyle and Wayne for your consistent expertise and results!
