My wife and I went into your store about 2-3 weeks ago with our dachshund puppy and we were met with open arms. You stood and talked with me as my wife shopped and we shared stories about our dachshunds. We have always enjoyed your store and have never had any problems with you or what we purchase. Last week I ordered some miss mustard seed milk paint and extra bond. After I placed my order, I realized I need much more milk paint for my project. I contacted the store shortly after placing the order and they were able to change my order and get me a larger size. The shipping was fast too! I will definitely buy from this store again!

I was excited to receive my Magnolia Home library desk until I saw 30% of the wood backing had been broken during shipping. I called Carolina Pine Country Store within 3 business days expecting help but was met with apathy. The store owner Kathy later emailed to explain that I should EXPECT damage when ordering items online from her store. Also she said that if I file a dispute she will “do as I must to both protect my employees and my company against your false allegations...”. After Kathy’s threat, she has since gone silent :-(

I recently purchased a Magnolia furniture piece from Carolina Pine. I was nervous placing a big order from so far away without seeing the item in person. Bought a very anticipated office item and was very happy with the quality of the oversized drafting desk along with the design and spot-on specifications and colors. There were a couple typos on the assembly instructions, but just really easy/quick adjustments were needed. The LTL driver was very friendly and was very helpful. There were a couple small dings on the outer box but the packaging was so substantial it didnt matter. Very happy with Carolina Pine Country Store and will absolutely buy more in the future.

I bought several large furniture items from the Magnolia Home line and was so happy with the service. Although a couple items were damaged in transit, they replaced those items free of charge, and Kathy was great to work with. The items were shipped halfway across the country for a decent price as well! I would highly recommend ordering from them.

The team at this store is amazing, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile for customers. Not only do they strive to find the best products that you are looking for (the owner went to great lengths to find the diffusers my wife loves). They kept me in the loop of my order, what to expect upon delivery via email (i.e. if the package was damaged, items missing, etc. which I thought was great!) and made sure to follow-up with me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I have never had such wonderful customer service from any business as I had with Carolina Pine Country Store! Kathy, the owner and Kim, her associate helped me with the purchase of the bed of my dreams! They were the only business that would ship out of state. My entire family searched online to find this Magnolia Homes bed, but either it wasn’t in stock, or nobody would ship! Honestly, I was about to give up...Kathy was more than willing to place my order and guaranteed delivery by mid-August.....By mid-August my dream bed arrived! Because of a delivery issue, I turned to Kathy and she was quick to respond immediately to resolve my issues. Not only did she resolve my situation, she has continued to follow-up with me to make sure I am completely satisfied, which I AM! I am beyond thrilled and incredibly happy with my new bed! I love the store and what it offers but I dont feel the fuzzies from the staff. The owner is not really friendly to me. I can only speak for myself and my husband. But we still go and support when we need something like chalk paint.

What a cute store. Kathy was so helpful with all of my Annie Sloan questions. She carries all the colors and supplies. I was surprise to find out that she ships the paint all over the United States. I can share ideas and paint with my family out of state.

This store has AMAZING customer service. The BEST associates that are super helpful! I bought a Joanna Gaines Belgian table from Pier 1, and WAY OVER PAID. I wish I knew other retailers sold her collection before purchasing. Carolina Pine has hands down the BEST prices on Joanna Gaines Furniture. Plus they have VERY reasonable shipping costs. I ended up purchasing the 6 matching chairs NOT from Pier 1, but from Carolina Pine. The chairs were $100 less per chair! Each retailer can charge what they want, and look no further because Carolina Pine has THE BEST PRICES PERIOD! A+ Service! Would shop again even though I dont live in North Carolina!

Cannot provide enough good feedback on this store. This store has the kind of customer service that only existed 50 years ago. It is so nice and rare to find a place that does the right thing.We ordered a Magnolia Homes kitchen island (far better deal than anywhere else, plus we didnt have to pay tax). The island was shipped to us and was unfortunately damaged during shipping. The shipping company refused to reimburse us for the island. Kathy, the owner, went above and beyond to get us a new island-in perfect condition. There was never any arguing or pushing that had to happen. She just did the right thing and stood by her product and her company.We will definitely use Carolina Pine Country Store for all future Magnolia Homes purchases.

They sent the wrong color shades, I said I was not returning them but was disappointed in the service, I received an extremely snide e-mail saying that If I had asked kindly they would have corrected the problem and to have a nice day. WHAT??? I sent a 3 sentence e- mail. Basically, You sent the wrong color, I won’t be Returning them, and I am disappointed in your service. I wasn’t even asking them to replace them, just expected an apology. I did my part and paid up front for this order. THEY were responsible for sending me the wrong color. Buy at your own risk and hope you don’t have a problem.

A great little gem that Goldsboro has always needed. Upon arrival you will feel very welcomed. Carolina Pine and Country has GREAT gifts for every age! I particularly love the aromatic scents of the 1803 Candle carried in the store. I would recommend this little gem for everyone to stop in and take a gander!

This is a delightful shopping experience. No doubt youll come away with plenty of things you didnt even know you needed. They have amazing and unique food items, antiques, country items, and theres always someone friendly to help you find what your looking for...........once it was even a micro pot belly pig named AnnaBell. This is a destination well worth the trip!

Im actually in Arizona. Some time ago I purchased a Magnolia Home dresser from a local store. Recently my resourceful toddler figured out how to remove one of the lower drawer handles. I have not been able to find it since. The local store I purchased this dresser from was of no help in locating a replacement handle.I looked online for another company that sold the same dresser. I came across Carolina Pine. I first spoke with Bre and explained my situation. She then put me on the phone with the owner, Kathy. Kathy didnt hesitate at all to help and I live over 2000 miles from their store and have never shopped there or even heard of it until I started looking for that handle.She gave me back to Bre and said they would track one down from the manufacturer. And... they were not going to charge me for this handle even though I insisted on paying for it!The exceptional customer service and friendliness I experienced with Carolona Pine is amazing. And Im not even a customer! Bre even called me a week later just to keep me updated. This is going above and beyond.I would highly recommend visiting this store if you live near or are visiting the area. They took my money for an “order” of a Joaan Gaines couch in October and I still do not have my couch- April. They sent one, it had broken leg, they did not follow up so 6 weeks later I called to complain--they RESENT the couch with a broken leg!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
