First time at this location. I shopped the clearance rack for acrylics and they had what I needed. Even the clearance section was neat. Nice store!

This was my first visit to this location, the store was clean, uncluttered and they had a good variety of merchandise. I will definitely shop here again.

Had an excellent experience without any hassles getting in and out with a few craft supplies. There was plenty of space for me to meander about as my girlfriend shopped and took her time to browse different craft ideas.

Big store with lots of selection to choose from for all your design and artsy needs. Big open space for plenty of room to browse and shop. Employees were very friendly but very few at time of visit that if one had a question the register person had to leave register to help customer out causing a wait at checkout.. perhaps could of just been the timing i shopped. Overall good store and well kept up.

One simply cannot go into a Michaels and be sad....unless you work there😏. That being said, everything I needed was in stock and easy to find and the staff was friendly. I love Michaels and I cannot lie.

Very poor customer service from Cashier, Shaylen. Refused to honor price that was listed on the shelf for 2 separate items (when it was many of the same item and even after I, the customer, had to go take a picture of the both of the items as she acted as she did not have the time nor patience to do so or even call someone else to check it. Finally another cashier did go look at the two items, and she went and looked at it and then removed the tag and said it was no longer on clearance and it was gonna be full price. So - I told her that it was false advertisement of a price, and she said that they did not have to honor it b/c it was not on clearance any longer. So only AFTER I had to ask to speak to a manager and show him the pics and then the girl says she took the tag off the shelf. So thankfully James, the manager, said he was gonna make it right and honor the prices that it stated. However both of the cashiers were not friendly and need to have some training in customer service. SO disappointed in the trip to this Michaels.

They start telling you the store is closing 30 minutes before its time? They should be thankful for the business during these challenging times.

Great name but didnt have what I needed

They had everything my wife was looking for and more....5 stars all the way!! They have a wide variety of name brand card stock tools and materials as well as everything else for crafting.

Didnt find item looking for, as out of stock. Went next item up in level offered. Checkout was fast as all registers open.

They have absolutely no candle making goods. I asked the young lady was the area being reset, as I work retail also. She mumbled a few words, made no sense. And I asked when it would be stocked and again some mumbling and I just walked out. I like michaels but had to go to hobby lobby. They where well stocked and overstock edHope michaels can get it together they had no wicks, weights, scents, molds, or colorings.

Not enough staffing but the staff there are very kind.

Micheals usually has different things available depending on the location, I usually find everything I need for my wife when I go here.

One of my favorite places to shop. Theres always someone there to help you find what youre looking for. Online coupons are very easy to use from my android phone. Very neat and clean. Grateful for restrooms since I stay a while when I go.

Its more than ok if you want to find stuff for crafts. They have a lot of variety, and they cover basically any art and craft technique.If you are an amateur is perfect to see all the possibilities and maybe have some suggestions.Employees are very very nice and extremely helpful. I have always found a very good costumer service.If you are a professional artist, though, you could find difficulties.They often have only the basic items, you wont find the best quality for professional art supplies.Also, IMPORTANT, prices are way higher than they should, but I still gave 4 stars because on their website you can find discounts up to 75% off everyday on 1 item per day.So its worth it if you cant wait to find a best price or you need something quickly and you cant wait the shipping time buying it online.My advice is to always use the coupons because I have noticed that most of the items can be bought on Amazon for 1/2 or 1/3 of the price.

Michaels has a great selection of supplies for various needs. Their prices seem a bit more expensive than necessary and slightly more than Hobby Lobby for some things. The store could be laid out a bit better and they seem kind of understaffed. However, their selection is nice and their employees are helpful and kind. I never have a bad experience with their employees when I come in to shop.

Love, love, love that I found this Michaels in Goldsboro! Came in for some craft items that I needed and found three Christmas presents that I could mark off my list! They have unique educational toys for all age groups!

I come Goldsboro of often and that was my first time going to the store I did see a man and a toddler in the store with no mask on it should not be no one that store with out a mask I am just saying

The store is clean and very organized. It is stock ok. I went a week before Christmas so, I expected some items to be missing. I used coupons from my phone and the cashier used a coupon. The cashier was very nice and patient with my daughter as she counted her money to give to her. I had a good experience when when we went there.

Oh baby! Love love their selection of diamond art. I happened upon this particular store while actually looking for a different craft store. The prices are competitive and friendly staff. Its a distance drive from my house but worth it.

I love Michaels! Very clean store and well put together. I found exactly what I was looking for except for the letterpress drawer but the lady was nice to look up the item number for me on the website so that I could order it and have it sent to my house or sent the store for free. Very helpful.

The staff here was very nice and quite helpful. They answered my questions and gave me helpful suggestions regarding my projects. Additionally, several employees came up and opened new registers when the line got too long!

This store is always neat and organized. They have alot of nice craft items that I cant get anywhere else. The staff is very helpful here as well.

Always find something i didnt know I wanted

This Michaels store is really the only one Ive ever had dealings with so for me its a 5/5. Its kept very clean, organized and very helpful staff. I enjoy the displays they have and ideas with them. They always have a sale on something and the cashiers will get you a coupon if you dont have one! They have a large selection on everything! I love going to this store!

The employees were very helpful when I couldnt find the items I was looking for. Mind you this was right after Christmas so they may have been a tad bit short on some items but they had already reordered everything and were expecting their truck the following morning. I asked two different employees for help and not only did they verbally tell me where my item was she gladly walked me to the item and showed me the different varieties of what I was needing and advised me which was the best product for what I needed. As I was leaving I realized I forgot to buy the crochet hook I needed to use with the particular yarn I had chosen. The cashier who checked me out with the yarn left her position at her register and went and got the correct needle for me. I

Sandy a Certified Custom Frame Designer and another worker (never got her name), were greatly helpful in assisting me on a couple of very large poster frames today. They gave their expertise advice, patience with serving me and saving me an extreme large amount of money. I couldnt have asked for better service! My kudos to both employees! Youre the best! Extremely organized, extremely clean. We werent in there looking so I cant give a detailed description of the place.Only negative thing is that we waited in line for quite a bit of time. I never heard the cashier call for backup and the line just continued to grow.Other than that, store itself was good and clean. Organized and easy to navigate.

Nice, clean, organized store. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I havent never shopped here and experienced a time when, if I needed help, a staff member didnt drop what they were doing to help me locate something. Goldsboro is getting a lot of different options force hobby and project stuff, but I still like shopping here. They also have a nice rewards program and treat teachers very well.

The employees are usually very helpful if you have a question. They usually have what I need to complete the craft projects I am doing. Sometimes I find ideas while Im shopping. Michaels is another store that I love to shop at for baking items, candle and soap supplies and many more. I love the different classes they offer.

A little overpriced. I got a large poster board for $3 that’s cheaper elsewhere, and I wanted a small poster board as well and the only one I found was $7.50... how does that make sense? They seem kind of understaffed but when we did finally find someone she was polite. But there’s definitely a large selection of arts and crafts!

Who does not love Michaels? The parking lot is generous here, and thats a nice plus, since every time I visit Michaels, I spend a ton of money, purchasing high quality materials for art projects. The staff has ALWAYS been helpful and courteous. Always. My artistic focus is on drawing, and their selection of papers, mat, and implements is huge. Plus, even when I needed just one Prismacolor pencil, the manager was patient, courteous, helpful and pleasant as he took the time to retrieve it for me. Additionally, their bead selection is very nice.

Ok.. they are always out of what I need

I went to check out silk flowers and to buy ribbon for making my own vases for my reception. I am recycling glass bottles and decorating them to upcycle into vases for silk flowers to go on the reception tables!! I hot glue the ribbon around the bottles. I also bought glue sticks and hot glue guns from Michaels. Plus they had a Buy One Get One sale on ceratain silk flower stems. I bought blue ones and some silver glittery ones for my arrangements. I am also making my bridesmaids bouquets from silk flowers!!

Love this place. Has all you need for crafting. We visit the local Michaels at least once every two weeks and are never disappointed.
