I was visiting from Atlanta, Georgia and my tire went out on me just outside of Goldsboro NC. It was a Sunday and most stores were closed, so I had my car towed here and called first thing next Morning. I called and was told my tire wasnt in stock, so they assisted me in ordering one and told me it would be there in the Afternoon (between 2-3). I was working remotely and needed to go to the library up the road to work and the President of the Company gave me a ride to the local library as well as picking me up once my car was ready. The service was done wayyy ahead of time and checked out with my car around 2 PM. The Customer service was excellent, service was fast, and the environment was welcoming. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Especially being nice and not taking advantage of someone who is from out of town. They had me back driving and made it back to Atlanta, Georgia safely.

I was in there last week with my 2014 Subaru WRX. They didnt have any tires in stock in my size, but were able to get a great tire at a great price in just a few hours! I dropped the car off at 12:30, and they had all four tires, an alignment, and a state inspection done by 2:00. I most certainly will be returning there for future needs.

Great customer service as usual at Goldsboro Tire! They worked me in on a busy Friday to evaluate the check engine light that came on the night before while I was driving home from being out of town. Gave me a ride back home while they checked the car. Even though nothing was found on the diagnostic computer scan, they put engine cleaner in, balanced and rotated my tires, and noticed it was close to needing an oil change and took care of that. High quality, honest, comprehensive service! Highly recommend Goldsboro Tire!

I have now been here 11 times since I moved to Goldsboro and every single time has been on time, courteous, and transparent in their work. Cant say enough about their professionalism and their communication skills. Top notch!

First of all they had 6 NEW tires delivered to this place from wherever, to be installed on my motorhome. 3 of the 6 tires were over a year old, the other 3 were mfg in 2020. This was 4 days before the scheduled tire change. They told me there were no replacements for the 3 OLD ones. I had to have them installed so I accepted them. Job gets done Im on my way. 245 miles later we arrived at our destination to find out the right rear wheel cover is missing 2 lug nuts that hold the wheel cover on. Thank God we arrived safe, considering missing 2 lug nuts on that wheel. There you have it. Am I satisfied with this company with the whole ordeal, I believe you know the answer to that. Never again will I be using the company again

I was on my way out of town for a weekend trip, but my low tire pressure light came on as I was leaving, so I went to Goldsboro Tire Pros to have the tires aired up (they do it free!). In the process of putting air in the tires, they found a screw. They got my car into the shop right away, fixed the tire, and I was on my way again for a nominal cost. I cant tell you how relieved and thankful I was that they could repair my tire, that they did it so quickly, and that I didnt have to buy any new tires! Everyone was friendly, professional and very efficient. I will definitely be going back to Goldsboro Tire Pros for all my tire needs!

While I did not purchase goods or services through Goldsboro Tire Pros, I received some sage advice from their service staff. In short, the technician advised me to keep the tires oriented as they are now and not rotate them until a new set is put on. The fact that they took the honest route instead of trying to sell me something I didnt need is GREATLY appreciated, and I would gladly do business here when the time comes for car tire related services.

Goldsboro Tire Pros has been hooking me up for years. Theyre fast and professional and have never done a poor job for me. They arent there to jerk you around and weasel extra money out of you like so many other car shops out there. Every time I go in there they listen extremely well and use my lacking knowledge to get to the root of the problem the first time. And it is always cheaper than I expect it to be. I had an old junker a few years ago that kept losing pressure in all four tires. I went it to get them replaced and I was out if there in 20 minutes because they discovered that it was only losing pressure because my rims were rusty. Rather than sell me the tires for hundreds of dollars, they removed the corrosion and charged a $15 servicing fee. I was blown away and decided that day I would go to nobody else. Now Im moving cross country and Im sad I cant take them with me. Thank you Goldsboro Tire Pros for your professionalism and the pride you put into your work.

Eric was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I just got stationed here from New York, for the airforce and we needed an emergency tire fix due to a nail puncture. We had went to a gas station to put a plug in for the time being. Eric helped us get the donut tire on free of charge, and taught us a little bit about how to tell if a tire can be saved or not. We ordered a new tire with him and he notified us that it was in within 24 hours! Eric went above and beyond to help us and make us feel at home in this new town. He was super friendly and always had a smile on his face. He definitely secured a customer for as long as we are stationed here!

The counter service person was very knowledgeable and friendly. I dropped off two lawn tractor tires to be tubed at 11AM. One set of rubes were in stock the other needed to be picked up. They were for my daughters tractor and her husband was deployed. We needed to return to New Bern this evening so we needed the repairs done quickly. They completed the repairs by 1:30PM and called me to let me know they were ready. They called again at 2:30PM to let me know. We drove over from Clayton to pick them up 3:30PM. The coiter person even carried them out to my car. Goldsboro Tire met all expectations and completed the task set before them. Thank you.

When I got my tires put on the service was excellent everyone was professional and kind and they did things in a very timely manner. I had also had a broken lug which they replaced at no charge to me. They informed me about my free tire rotation every 5000 miles I went to the Shop yesterday to have my tires rotated they did an excellent job I think I was there 15 minutes everything was extremely professional. they had my truck pointed toward the road when they were finished I was in an out quicker than any business I’ve ever been to.
