It was easy. I had printed out my receipt for my purchase and presented it to the Target Customer Service Representative and less that two minutes later the representative returned with my item. I was in and out of the store in less than five minutes.

I recommend this Target. It’s organized, has helpful employees, and everything isn’t locked up unlike most Walmart’s. Also, customers have access to sanitized carts.

This Target has been my knight in shinning armor since I moved here. Friendly staff always available to help. A perfect amount of lanes open with self check out avaliable with is rare other places. Only wish it were larger but it gets the job done.

Usually they’re really good with customer service and help when you need it. The one time I order a pickup they cancel my order saying the item was no longer there. It look me literally one minute to find it and when I went back to see if that could remove the cancelation she rudely said “no, they didn’t find and I can’t remove it” I showed her the shirt and she shrugged. And there’s no way for them to give me my money back. I have to wait until next week.

Great customer service, super clean, very professional. The shipping from online to store is very easy and fast. The best supermarket in Wayne county by far. Yes, the pricing is up there but satisfaction is off the charts. The Starbucks is great too. I go there a lot more than the one on Berkeley. It just seems better and quicker.

Its always clean and its quick and easy to find what I need and get out.

The store has what I need everytime.

I have circle rewards. I took a screenshot of the reward before I visited the store because a screenshot is quicker to pull up in checkout than risking spotty internet connection. The team member informed me that a screenshot would not work for redeeming my reward. The Food Lion MVP program automatically redeems my rewards on my next store visit, which is much easier than downloading and opening an email or app in-store.

Conveniently located, kind staff, coffee shop and eating establishments are contained within, most products one could expect from a big box store or here. While this location its clean, convenient, and properly advertised; I find it illogical to shop here considering there are a Sams and Walmart location within walking distance. Anything this Target has, can be found at the Walmart branded stores at a lower price guaranteed. However, if you have a Walmart or Sams aversion, this is an excellent substitute if price and variety arent at the top of your need to have list. This store does everything right and is very well located within the city, it doesnt get five stars because it is surrounded by competitors that do everything Target does better and cheaper.

Target receives kudos for its cleanliness during COVID-19 pandemic. It is reassuring to see a team member always cleaning the carts and self check out kiosks. I applaud the steps they have taken to insure their guests safety.

This was my very first online order to pick up in store. It was very easy. I placed my order, it was ready in just a few hours, and I was able to pick it up shortly after that. There was no wait time, and the gentleman that helped me was very nice.

I have called four times and they answer then hang up in you. I purchased a fire stick. The salesman said it was the newest version. It was not.

Love Target!! They have really improved their home furniture dept!! Redoing my master bedroom, found a great small bench with storage. Nice fabric, very well made, easy to put together!! I ordered 2 online, could only use one, easy return to local store.

I like it because its clean, organized and has more than one register open at a time. Now that theyve added self checkout, its even faster. I also feel that they offer better quality products than another store everyone flocks to. I prefer to shop here.

I love going to target but today I needed help with something and no one helped me i told a guy that was working he was with two other girls and he said that some one was going to be with me but i waited 20 minutes and no one showed up i can tell that they need more people🤦🏻‍♀️

Visited the newly renovated TARGET today. Walked in to get my dogs favorite kibble and it wasnt where it used to be, on the right, after Cosmetics. Found it, got a few other items I didnt know I needed, and headed toward the checkout. KADEIDRA (hope I got her name spelled right) beckoned me to her station and checkout went quickly. All attention was on me, my purchases, and my questions. I complimented her hairband, she was so gracious. She could be royalty for her soft spoken manner, confident smile, and efficiency. I complimented her service, to find out this is her FIRST DAY ! K, you will go far. Target, congratulations on making a great hire ! I congratulate Ks parents, too !

I always love the quality of items, I will not take that from this store. My issue comes when I spend money I definitely want a hello greeting or something to acknowledge that I am a customer. I would not complain if the lady behind me got the same stone face, no talk greeting that I got, but instead she got the best greeting like she was the owner of the store.I have NEVER had this issue at this store. Maybe good customer service training is needed for the new generation, but I know my sons never not greeted someone who came into their surroundings, so maybe it is poor home training.

I always find more than I am looking for at Target and I always leave with more than I came to get because the prices and quality of most products at Target are 100% great. This store in particular is always very clean and stocked well. This is one of the better Targets that Ive been to and shopped at.

Ease of purchase and prompt delivery.

I came in on Thursday to get a pneumonia shot. I was told in Pharmacy that it was on order and would be in the next day. They took my phone number to text me when they came in. A week later I had not heard from them. Today I went in to see if I could get a pneumonia shot. I waited a long time and finally left. If you cannot provide the service in a timely fashion then don’t offer the service. I am done with Target!

I typically enjoy my shopping trips to Target; however, tonight I received stellar customer service from a gentleman in electronics, Seidel. I have been at my wits end trying to find a charging cable for my phone that actually works and will hold up longer than a week or two. Seidel approached me and asked if there was anything he could help me with. Not only did he help me find a charging cable, but he was also able to explain to me why the ones I have purchased in the past have been crapping out on me. He was cheerful and just gave off an overall friendly vibe during the exchange. I left with an awesome charging set up, and some extra knowledge. I appreciate both.

This is your typical Target store. It is not a supercenter though. They carry the same things as other regular Target stores do. The staff is friendly, some more than others & most will help if you ask them. Target keeps things neater than other chain stores doCheck them out & see what you think

Nice place to shop, -2* only gripe was associates too busy socializing with each others on the evening shift. Floor radios be mindful of what is broadcast, maybe use a single in-ear bud.

Do you want a Nintendo Switch? I noticed after getting mine they had three left as of 7/15 about 6 pm. I was schocked. Electronics guy was very nice. No complaints about service.

Store is always clean everything is in its place. If you have any questions there is always someone available to assist you. The Starbucks on the inside is also nice to have.

I just wanted to give a big thanks to the whole target team for their quick thinking and keeping me and kids safe during the tornado warning we had this weekend.

Customer service dependability.

I visit this Target at least 4 times a week. The store is always clean and orderly. Their Starbucks is the best in Goldsboro. I gave them 4 stars because they sometimes have long checkout lines and they also have a tendency not to restock popular items in a timely manner. For instance, there was one particular food item I would purchase from them because it was cheaper. They sold out of it and it was 2 months before the item was back in stock.

Always clean and pleasant to visit. Never too crowded and the people who shop there are quite nice as well (your not getting bumped into or stepped on like most of the walmarts around here).

The Goldsboro location needs more variety, they hardly have anything when it come to holiday decor, I have to drive to other locations to get better offered varoety.The selection in Goldsboro is pathetic. Its frustrating and they dont stock well. Very bare all the time! Its frustrating.

Not very friendly when it comes to the community. I simply wanted them to set me some boxes aside until I get there (less then 5 minutes away) and they wouldnt do it. All other business including Walmart were willing to do so. I need to take my business to those companies.

Its not a bad place to go intown. The only i really dislike is the self check out.. If they have that and no one at a regular check out then they should give a discount to use it. Because all there doing is paying the employees to stand around and talk to each other. It looks to like target could spend some money on the bathroom looks like the toilet seat was painted and not repaced.

First visit to this particular store. Staff was helpful once we flagged someone down. The item we wanted was out of stock. We ordered it online and had it within 2 days!

My mom loves this store! Everything is laid out well and easy to find.

Just like any other target only this one has bathrooms only in the front of the store. The reason I bring this up is due to my daughter needing to use the restroom and saw one in the back of the store near electronics... To make a long story short those are for employees only even though you are within 5-10 ft from them. So we all but had to run to the front of the store to keep from making a Mess.
