Hard to really write the place because I found out they didnt perform the service that I needed. I have the batteries but they were stuck in the flashlight and they dont do removal. The place was not busy when I went in there I believe it was about 3 p.m. on a Wednesday. It can be a little difficult leaving their parking lot depending on which direction youre going because traffic is always pretty heavy right there going both directions. The store looked well-stocked and neatly arranged. I do believe if I needed some type of battery they would have had it. But I found out I can get the little round flat batteries like the 3032 and similar at the dollar store, 4 batteries for a dollar and they work great.

Customer service was great and did their best to make sure I received the right product for my vehicle.

My key fob starting having issues, I thought I needed a new battery. They replaced the battery and then tested it. The fob was the issue, not the battery. They didnt charge me. Great Customer Service

I scheduled an appointment online to get my cellphone battery replaced. I arrived and am told they dont even know about my appointment. Then they tell me they dont even service my phone, they only do iPhones and apparently theyll start doing Samsung phones next month (I have a Pixel). Why is it even an option on their website? Why was I able to schedule an appointment on their website? Why did nobody try to reach out to me to let me know, Hey, your service appointment cant be performed at this location.Im only doing 2 stars because the woman I spoke with was pleasant and she did suggest a place I could go to that was down the road (CPR Cell Phone Repair). But she told me they were closed today (they were not) and the cost is going to be more than double because their policy is they have to replace my screen as well as the battery. Im waiting for CPR Cell Phone Repair to get the screen and battery. Its worth it as my screen needed replacing anyway, even though it might be better to just get a new phone since mine is 4 and a half years old, I wanted to keep using my existing device.EDIT: Contacted the store manager about my experience, we spoke about the issues that occurred and due to his candor with how my situation fell through the cracks and how my phone has since been serviced and is working good as new again, Ive decided to bring my review score to a 4/5.

Went there a few months ago to have a battery replaced but in doing so my camera and flashlight stopped working not long after. Being told that it may have been cause by the replacement of the battery by a cellular store a few months after.I returned back here later to have it analyzed by clerks. But not the same ones as previous visit ...After being told how much it will cost I said well if you can fix it go ahead. My sister and I was told we could wait or leave and give a number for them to call when ready. Long story shorter... we never got the call and it was nearly closing time. We rushed back and the other clerk that I had spoken with had left. Leaving this short rather plain man with glasses whom by the way wasn’t nice to me nor my sister when we first entered the store. He give me the run around with his snappy mouth. The phone was not fixed I was told how much it would cost once again and I asked him why ..he said because it would cost x amount of money . But the cost didn’t matter I told him that’s why I left it there this long of a time . While my sis and I went shopping in the mall taking a chance with the public. I told him the other man said would fix it.. He then replied well he’s left and that was his and your conversation. Not his....Well snappy mouth made me mad and I just told him what i felt about him the whole thing!! They messed my phone up and wouldn’t take the responsibility to fix it. I didn’t realize that it was their doing until I took it to the nearest cellphone center. It’s still not usable now.

Do NOT let Craig work on your phone! I took my perfectly working iPhone with poor battery performance in to have the battery replaced. While working on my phone he bent a pin so now my speaker and camera aren’t working. After asking why replacing the battery would cause this to happen the store clerk refused to say why it was happening and that everything had been checked and looked like it should have been fine. After calling back later I was told that a pin had been bent while servicing my phone which caused the problems to happen. I understand accidents happen but don’t lie to my face.

This was the only store that I could find that had AAAA batteries in stock in the store. All the other stores I checked were online only.

Turns out they replace cracked glass on smart phones and other electronics. I was able to get my iPhone 6 screen replaced today in about 30 minutes and for under $100. Their employees were also very friendly.I highly recommend this business.

I purchased my husband a gshock watch that hes worn for just over a year. The battery died; carried it to this place and the person who changed the battery didnt put the plate back on it tight enough. My husband has showered and swam with this watch the whole time hes had it. Due to the negligence of the back not being placed on properly, water formed inside. Batteries plus attempted to fix this by placing THE WRONG GASKET inside the watch (admitted by the company). Again, it filled with water and stopped working, carried it back to batteries plus.... they fixed it again, but advised my husband not to swim or shower with it! What!? This is a 100.00 watch bought specifically for the purpose of being able to use in water. Needless to say.....before my husband even got home with it.... it has quit working... again! DO NOT GO HERE! IF THEY BREAK IT... YOURE STUCK! 100.00 to purchase a new watch AND a charge for a battery....that we cant use! Horrible service. And no attempts to even reimburse the battery charge or offer to replace the watch!

Went in to to get some additional information on a specific brand of battery. I know and understand batteries from my previous job, but I was treated like I was an idiot. The gentleman was not only unintelligent about batteries but he also made a snide racist comment and again was unprofessional in how he spoke to me. We have been there before looking for a specific product and was met with the same individual spouting nonsense about the differences between brands calling some of them junk despite having them for sale in his store. The best part is that these brands he labels as junk have received rave reviews from individuals with much higher IQs and experience then this employee has ever seemed to exhibit from our experience. So if you dont know much about batteries I suggest you find someone else to ask or you will be seriously led astray.
