They need some kind of change in the service department. I was told in the beginning that they only had 1 tech. I didnt have a problem with that, or being told they were two weeks out, my problem came when I wasnt called like they said they would and when I called the service department wouldnt or couldnt answer the phone. Theres a reason all their mechanics have quit. When I finally got somebody on the phone was when I was on my way up there to get my vehicle. If they hadnt taken it apart, I was going to take it else where. But they assured me they would have it done today and they did. Again my problem wasnt that it wasnt being worked on but that they failed to follow through with communications like they said they would. Until they fix whatever the reason is that caused all the mechanics to quit, Id steer clear of this place. I wont darken their door again.

I lost $500 unsuccessfully trying to buy a car here. I made an out of state offer a couple hundred dollars over Kelly Blue Books outstanding condition book value and came to an agreement with Tim the sales manager on one of their several “leftover” / untitled 2016 model year vehicles (its 2019 BTW). I agreed to pay the dealer fees, but was shocked when the paperwork came that their dealer fee was $700 AND there was a REQUIRED $500 protection package that was never mentioned prior to the paperwork… $1,200 in unexpectedly higher costs. That is by far the highest dealer fee Ive ever come across and Ive also never had a dealer REQUIRE me to buy a protection package… have you? I had Quay the sales person do a walk around and confirm in writing that there werent any scratches / dings / dents and that the mileage was 230ish original miles. I put down just over a 10% deposit and bought a one way plane ticket for about $100 and flew out to inspect and close on the car. First of all, Ive never seen a more poorly prepped car for delivery… my pictures speak for themselves. Second, the car had an additional 40 or so miles on the odometer from when I agreed to buy it… no idea how that would of happened. Lastly, I was disappointed to find that the car had previously undisclosed front end damage on the bumper and chin spoiler in several areas. They tried to rub it out and had a neighboring body shop look at it, but a service tech confirmed the damage was too deep. I sent photos to my local Dodge dealer body shop back home, and they estimated in writing that it would cost an additional $1,400 to repair the bumper and the chin spoiler. Tim the sales manager said it could be fixed locally for $100, but I dont think thats possible for a reputable job. The labor alone would be more than that for a good job… and on a car purchase from a dealer I want a good job. I asked for a lesser amount than the damage estimate… $1,000 off to at least be able to repair the bumper damage, but he refused. When you combine the unexpectedly high fees and undisclosed damage estimates from my local body shop we were approximately $2,600 above my original slightly above book value offer. I ended up deciding that the car wasnt worth the extra money nor did I trust the situation any longer. I got my deposit back, “walked away”, and spent another $400 on a last minute return plane ticket so I could get home… $500 in lost money on travel. Based on the outcome of my experience I have no idea how the owner of the dealership is still in business. I personally have never had a more disappointing car buying experience, and based on other reviews out there Im clearly not the only one. I obviously wont be back. (Side note: Id like to point out that no part of this review is “emotional” nor am I attempting to make them “look bad”... this was my EXPERIENCE.)

Better than your average car/suv/truck dealer in town and they do not push or pressure you into making decisions...I did have 1 major issue, I was told car was one price after taxes tags and fees, but after signing and getting contract, an extra 3 thousand was somehow added!

Service department was awful! Took a vehicle up there for an oil change, and they said that I would have to reschedule because the guys were going to lunch so they wouldn’t be able to fit me in.A few weeks later I called to order a new rim for my Jeep after one of mine cracked.. they tried to charge over $600 for the rim. I called another dealership and had a brand new rim ordered for $200. I can’t speak on behalf of the sales department, but I do not recommend the service department!

I worked with one other dealership and it was a nightmare. However, Classic Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat was absolutely wonderful. They were not pushy and were willing to work with my needs and desires. They went out of their way to find me the perfect vehicle at a good price and then transported it back to the dealership. Everyone was very professional and courteous to me and other staff members. I worked with Melissa and James. Both were excellent. Melissa spent the time to contact me before and after purchasing the vehicle and made sure to address any of my concerns or questions. Highly recommend!

Used this dealership for service today. It seemed as if I were bothering the customer care people in the service department at drop off and pickup. At drop off two people were wearing a mask and no one was wearing a mask at pickup. None of the salespeople or managers were wearing masks either. Seems like they could care less. I know they got a new GM since we purchased our car there. Given my experience today, I don’t know if I would purchase another car there. Disappointed in the current direction of this dealership.

The staff at Classic Chrysler were really courteous, professional, and timely. I had my car towed there when it broke down, and Michelle from the Classic staff made sure to continually keep me informed of the status of the repair. The service repair shop also managed to get my car up and running within a couple of days, with the only hold up being Parts which were hard for them to obtain. I appreciate the hard work, the communication, and the overall professionalism that the staff provided.

I was treated very well at the service counter. They treat their customers with respect and answered all my questions completely. Mechanic did an excellent job on my car. Runs so much better more pep. I am going to bring it back later for some more scheduled maintenance.

I have purchased 40 vehicles in my lifetime and this has been a very pleasurable experience. Alex Pablo was my salesperson. He is a regular guy that I found to be honest, sincere, and keeps his word. He is very easy to converse with. We did most of the buying process by email, as I am from out of state, so I was in and out quickly. He was prompt in getting back to me, answering al my questions. The GM checked with me a couple times to make sure I was happy, and the finance manager was very personable and processed the numbers and explained everything so even I could understand. There was no stress whatsoever, which is rare when buying a vehicle. I got a great car at a fair price. Alex stayed late to make sure I got on the road safely, explaining what all the buttons do, and followed my to a gas station to fill up my tank. I had fun buying my dream car and was not nervous at all. I recommend Alex and CCJRF of Goldsboro w/o hesitation.

I had to replace tires on my Dodge Avenger. The Service Advisor Jason Guthrie helped me in every way he could. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He was even able to look at my tires and advised me to get an alignment. He set me an appointment. The tires came in earlier than expected and Mr. Guthrie called and was able to get my car in sooner. The service team at classic Chrysler Jeep Dodge are awesome. I scheduled a last minute oil change and tire rotation. They were able to give me an appointment for 2:00 the next day. I got there 45 minutes early and they took me right in and I was done by 2:00. These guys are great and I highly recommend them.

I contacted Classic Dodge of Goldsboro last week to inquire about a specific truck. The gentleman that I first spoke to had to leave early for personal reasons so we never got to connect. I was contacted by the GM James Moody on Tuesday and explained to him what I was interested in and what I was trying to accomplish. The professionalism that I received from Mr. Moody was the epitome of what great customer service is all about. The truck was not on this specific lot but was at a sister store in SC. Mr. Moody made arrangements to get the truck to Goldsboro and I went to look and test drive on Thursday. Mr. Moody connected me with Casey and we finalized the deal on Saturday morning. I also worked with Tom in finance which was another great experience. The entire process that I received from Classic Dodge was outstanding. They want your business and will do everything that they can to earn it.I wanted to update my review 3 weeks after the sale. All of the above is true but buyer beware if you are told that they will do something for you. If it’s not in writing then you need to make sure that it is. I have lost all respect for the GM due to his integrity. He plainly stated to me in front of his salesman that he would write me a check for $200.00 to get the front windows tinted since he had no one that could do it. Call after call and all I am told is that the check is in the mail. I would never even attempt to do business with this dealership again.

My husband and I went with a trade, knowing the vehicle we wanted from a online search. Everyone was friendly and super helpful, especially with entertaining our very busy toddler while we went through the process. Overall the process was as smooth as it could’ve been and in the end they worked with us to give us the deal we wanted!

Paid thousands of dollars to maybe fix things and was told when my AC runs out to bring it back so they can find the leak and when I did they charged another $140!!! I had an 11:00 am appointment, for an oil change.i arrived at aprox 10:45,and checked in with Anthony, in the service dept.within 10mins., they took my 2015 set 392 challenger, into the service bay,and I waited in the service dept waiting area,for about 30 minutes.Anthony then came out and td me that I was ready to go.i actually pulled out of the pick up area at 11:44am.and that was after having a very helpful conversation with one of the guys that was working at the service counter with anthony. I went in with no appointment to get an inspection on my newly purchased 99 Wrangler and not only did they take me right away, but they spent almost an hour going over every nook and cranny of my Jeep. At one point, four guys were pointing flashlights and fingers into my engine compartment which is usually reason to worry, but it turned out okay. After all their diligence, I was informed of all the issues with my vehicle and the price breakdown should I choose to have them do the repairs. I picked up some coolant from their part shop and told there was no charge for the inspection. I couldn’t believe it. They were incredibly polite and helpful. I’ve been to several dealers for purchases and service around the country and this was hands down the best experience I’ve had yet. I’ll definitely be going back in the future for any service needs and who knows, maybe take a look at a new diesel Wrangler.
