I had been dealing with this facility off and on since 2017. Recently I moved to a larger storage and upon locking up after a recent visit to the unit I noticed damage to the mechanism that holds the lock. I immediately went to the front desk with pictures of the damage and was told not to worry about it and after a back and forth discussion was finally told that the mechanism would be replaced. Didnt happen. And when I went back to inquire about it Again was told well its been busy maybe I can get to it Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday and treated like I was a nuisance, Wow. The manager stated that this was damage caused by him cutting off a lock and acted as if it wasnt a big deal. I packed up and moved my things the following day to brand new facility same size unit, same security and $35 dollars a month cheaper. And in response to the standard response that this post receive from ample storage...... Oh well😕

Ample storage, for me has offered a safe and clean environment. When retrieving or putting items at the unit; the facility has both air conditioned and heated units of all sizes. The staff appreciates your business ans is very cordial. Try Ample Storage, pay on time and youll be glad that you did!

I rented a trailer and the woman that was working was amazing and super friendly. Ill definitely be using yall again if needed in the future!

Super clean and very inviting facility. The two employees that I interacted with were phenomenal. Went above and beyond to make this experience as easy as possible, would definitely recommend a raise for them if they treated every customer as they did me. Having uhaul rentals on site was huge plus as well, literally a one stop shop for my moving and storing needs. Highly recommended to anyone.

Ive rented a couple of units from Ample Storage in Goldsboro for a couple years now. I wouldnt think of trusting anyone else with my personal property! Ive used both climate controlled and standard units and never had a problem! The staff are great and make the process of renting units easy.

Kathlynn was simply amazing and shows a true desire to help people during the stressful times of moving. I was needing to get a storage unit for packing my house, and was not sure what size to rent. She patiently took her time and made sure I was getting a unit that adequately met my needs ratger than just selling me a bigger unit than I would need at a higher money rate. She also listened to my desires in the rental process and made sure to accomodate my request . If you are looking for storage in the Goldsboto area, there is no storage that compares. Great customer service, nice newer units, and reasonable prices; what more could you ask for. Highly recommend!

Overall this place is Amazing!!! Office staff is perfect but once the key pad was removed and I was unsure about how to get out, I went to the storage/apartment where some older man lives and I inquired about how to get out. When he can to the door he says, WHAT!!! That just threw me all off but I was raised not to disrespect my elders but Im not to happy with that part. A simple yes how can I help you would have been short yet polite. I own my own business so people are everything to me. First impressions are everything to me. Food for thought, Do Not knock on that storage door/apartment!

There rental on the trucks are misleading and will get your bank account if you wreck any of them. They dont what for your insurance to pay its right then for them. Watch OUT
