Large variety of party decorations, supplies and needs. A couple of the staff working were not the friendliest. No one was rude, they were just not attentive to all the customers. However the lady that assisted me was kind.I would recommend Party Creations for your party planning and needs.

This is your typical party type store. They have all kinds of party supplies- balloons, tablecloths, napkins, cups, party hats, etc. They have items for birthdays, anniversaries, births and other types of special occasions. The also have garden flags, gift wrapping paper, etc. Some items can be personalized. The staff was nice and helpful to those who needed assistance. Check them out for your special occasion needs. You might get some additional ideas about your theme.

The older lady with the dark hair is rude and doesn’t know how to provide customer service.I would not recommend this establishment. Limited selection and a lot of things are out of stock. You will get so much more for your money ordering from Amazon.

Rated high because of the very wonderful and kind people that work here but took one star off because the available inventory was minimal due to the restraints of store size. Felt mostly geared towards kids birthday parties, which is understandable, but just something to be aware of before you head in.

Very friendly, not many options for baby shower decorations but still a good place to go.

They always have what I need!

Wonderful people!! I highly recommend this store. They helped me with everything I needed and were extremely patient and helpful even though they were about to close for the day. They made great suggestions yet were not at all pushy. They were just what I needed and I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Some folks you just cant make friends with.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. My 2 children and I just literally walked in looking for Paw Patrol rings for cupcakes for my son’s 2 year birthday party tomorrow. We walked in and the woman that was working at the counter never looked up to acknowledge us at all. I walked around the entire store. I passed right by her. She never said I’ll be with you in a minute NEVER said a word to us. I guess we weren’t important enough for her to acknowledge us because we were BLACK!! I’ll never step foot in there again you can bet that!!!

In response to Shannon Townsend: you are in Goldsboro! I promise that your race had absolutely nothing to do with your experience. I have only been in here once, but my experience was as I would expect it to be. I dont believe that I was asked to be helped either, but thats fine with me, plus they were busy.

I was able to find the exact colors for my party and was able to come back and pick up my balloons while I finished shopping. I will definitely return. The prices are not Walmart or Party City but this is a smaller business so a tad higher priced.

Excellent customer service, fabulous selections from which to choose. Every color of flatware, plates, cups, napkins, etc for any party.

2017-10-27 stopped in to blow up some balloons, very friendly personnel and they blew up our balloons which we purchased from another store (Party City in Virginia); this store has plenty of balloons and other party items/products, I recommend these people
