We received and payed for the ADT equipment during covid. We never installed and decided to use a local company that can do the installation for you instead. A year later, I noticed charges coming from our bank account from ADT. When I called customer service, they said the charges came from monitoring my account. The same account that we never activated. Even though they never monitored our account, they said they are unable to refund the charges. I don’t agree with paying for a service you never received...

Dont trust your home with ADT. The system is not reliable and you will get stuck paying for nothing. After spending days trying to make it work I am without the service that I am paying for.

ADT Is very quik to respond to any questions or issues that arise.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! System never works.... you cant get through to anyone. Never use this service.

Dan, Chris, Chad are amazing!! This is my second time having my system installed by them! Both at different very tricky locations! I requested them the second time because they did such an amazing job the first time!! They answer all our questions with complete accuracy! They are always on time, clean, polite, and knowledgeable! They listen to any concerns I have and answer them!!I asked them to come back the next day because I thought our phone line wasn’t working. Chris came back right away and it turns out it was totally my fault! We moved locations and we were calling the wrong number!! I felt so stupid but Chris was very polite about it.

Chad came in and Installed ADT security in our church parsonage. He arrived on time and was very flexible. Excellent communication and even went above and beyond to make sure I understood how to use the system. I was very pleased with the service and feel very confident this was a good investment in the security of the church.

Michael Nowak was great - totally service-oriented. Wayne Wong and Darren Chow were amazing technicians! Did a superb residential installation today. They were knowledgeable, professional, instructive and very neat! You want this team for your alarm installation!

Travis installed our security system in a vacation home in Santa Ynez. He was personable and knowledgeable. He made several key recommendations. He was extremely thorough when showing us how to use the system. Thanks Travis!

I had an appt scheduled on 10/4 from 8-12 and was pleasantly surprised when the Rep they assigned (Chad) showed up at 8am sharp!Long story involving screw up on the part of Frontier who prematurely shut down my wireless BEFORE their Rep was even sent to my home. Chad explained he couldnt do his part (switch me over to wireless) until my wireless was restored.He was patient & in the end he had to go to his next appt, but was able to circle back later & complete the changes.Nice, polite, knowledgeable, extremely patient are just a few of Chads characteristics I was fortunate to observe during both service calls. Dan Burro did a great job troubleshooting a very difficult property. Smart with a great attitude!

Called for service for a malfunctioning system and got shuttled to a central call center, not the Goleta ADT office. The earliest they would respond to repair the malfunction is April 13 - 16-days after our request. This is a SECURITY SYSTEM that they wont repair for more than 2 weeks. Does anyone have recommendations for a reliable responsive home security service.
