I LOVE Pier 1! Its eye candy for your home! If you love your home and you can afford it, Pier 1 has so many amazing things to make your home a show place! The staff are courteous, helpful and creative. Sometimes I go in and wander around just dreaming of what could be.

Staff was super nice and helpful. Got in and out quickly and got what we wanted. Pricier than expected though

I think next time I will order online then go in and pick up my order. Most staff were very helpful but one went to look for something I asked about and when didnt come back I found her at the register. She never said a word about not finding what I asked for, but she did carry my bags out for me. Follow up is the reason for 3 stars.

This is my second trip to buy bookcases at Pier One Imports--the first time was 20 years ago--and they are still performing well. Whats so special about a tall bookcase (5ft) that folds up easily so a lady can carry it easily--or change the location a few times? Just that! Today I am off to buy the shorter version since I have more books than space!

Why do you need a review of this store? Its closing, you have to go to Santa Barbara now.

I feel that Pier 1 Imports in Goleta has very poor customer service. Their sales associates seem too busy to put down what they are doing to help customers. Also cash isnt any good tbeir if you want to return something in good condition and in a timely manner you wont get cash cash back, they want to send a corporate check or give a gift card. Tbis is a practice that is used to keep the money in the store. Very poor customer service!!!As it stanxs right now they have my merchandise and I do not have my money

I purchased a chalk board bobble head Santa for $22.46 on Nov 25th.The item was simply put in a Pier 1 bag along with other items for the trip home. When I went to get it out of the bag the bobble head came off.As it was just sodered on it was not fixable. I returned the Pier 1 the same day hoping to exchange it for a new one. That didnt happen.I was told since it left the store undamaged no exchange or refund could be made. Very dissapointing...since that item is very susceptible to breaking unless it is packaged properly or a heads up to be careful.I left the item with the store manager so they can be reminded to be alittle more flexible in their return criteria. I now will never go back to Pier 1 for anything nor will I recommend them...Tom Conklin

Cute decoration items, reasonable prices, friendly staff.

Good stuff but I wish they took a little better care of their wall hanging inventory. A lot of it is dinged up, scratched, etc.

This store is larger than my local store, it has a great selection and the staff were very helpful. I will visit this store again when Im in the area.
