Bruce, Gary, and the rest of the staff at Mattress Expo are extremely helpful and understanding of their customers needs. After spending all day on the phone with Sears to ultimately learn they wouldnt be delivering the mattress that I needed immediately, and wouldnt be able to for another two weeks, these gentlemen came to the rescue. Their personal approach and eagerness to help really turned my day around. You just wont find service like that at a larger department store. Five stars to Mattress Expo.

Recently purchased a Beautyrest mattress along with hardwood flooring. I was very pleased with their knowledge and service. They have entry level beds all the way up to super fancy. I selected a mid range mattress but didnt feel like they were trying to up-sell me to the top of the line. Got a good deal and was glad to support a local small business.
