Another wonderful purchase from the Team at Black Friday! My wife and I bought an electric cooktop several months ago and were super happy with the staff and pricing. Today, our new refrigerator from Black Friday was delivered and the guys brought it in and ensured it was completely unpacked and installed before they left. They even hooked up the water dispenser, ice maker, popped in the related water filter, and removed all of the extensive packaging. I then asked the delivery guys if they could drop the old fridge at another building here on the property (as they left) and they were more than happy to help. Such great folks all around - COULD NOT BE HAPPIER - buy with confidence!!

Located in Goodlettsville, TN. Crooks!! SCAMMERS!! Bear with me, heres the whole scenario.They clean up and sell USED, name-brand appliances under the guise of open-box/scratch and dent. They told me this in person today. Theyre definition of open - box is customer returns, (even if its been in a home for a while), but returned to the place of purchase, where they, Black Friday Every Day, purchases return items in bulk. They do not check used on any item. (see attached refrigerator tag photo). They then clean them up/repair them and put on the showroom floor.There is no used box checked on the door tag of any refrigerator in the store, only open-box.Jamal (the owner) uses, NEW, NEW, NEW, when selling. We have new, Open- box/scratch and dent items only. Manufacturers Warranty.There was no power /lights to any fridge while looking at the Black Friday Everyday showroom inventory. I purchase the new fridge and had it delivered and set up the next day. They leave, and Im glad to have a new fridge.I then notice a water drip from the dispenser. I look up the dispenser to see dirt and Coke stains up the ice shutes (see attached Pic). I then completely dismantle all inside shelves/trim only to find food stains /dirt under the trim where a basic cleaning would not suffice (see pics). This dirt/grime in not from only a few weeks in a home. It takes much longer to acquire that much.I go to Black Friday to address the situation, how I was sold a USED fridge as a new open-box one. Jamal (the owner) then blamed me for not seeing the coke/food stains in the refrigerator on their showroom floor before I purchased it.If its new(like he likes to keep saying), I would not be looking for coke /food stains that were missed, or the fact it was manufactured almost 3 years ago. He then offers to come clean the refrigerator to appease me.These people are scammers and need to be out of business. This isnt about the money at all, its about being lied to and scammed. The items are misrepresented completely. My photos and reviews have been viewed over 457k times on google. I am honest and fair in all my reviews, so u can find confidence in my account of the situation, in hopes I can prevent someone from purchasing from Black Friday Everyday in Goodlettsville, TN. I also have video proof as to this chain of events and what was said. These are actual photos of my new fridge the day I received it. The photo details and time stamps back up all evidence in this matter that within 30 minutes of being delivered, the issue was discovered. Looking up other reviews of this business, I see they like to blame the consumer instead of taking ownership of their scam.

Amazing quality new appliances for almost half the price. Huge selection. Extremely satisfied. Will be back for a stove soon.

We had to leave all of the appliances when we sold our home. After purchasing a log cabin, with the original appliances, we are slowly replacing them. We purchased a new KitchenAid cooktop at an amazing price. We have not had any issues (9 months in) and the staff has always been fantastic. We were unable to buy the built-in oven only because it is an odd size and most appliance stores dont have the size. We will purchase our refrigerator from them when the time comes.

Amazing prices. Just about everything comes with manufacturers warranty and they have a 2 month store warranty. Employee was knowledgeable and friendly. They also offer delivery. Highly recommend. :)

Bought a whirlpool side by side fridge, plugged it in, it never worked. Came back within the 90 day warranty period and they did not fix it. I now have a fridge that is worthless and I am out $752.00. Sad that people actually treat people this way. Not a way to run a business at all. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I should have known better when I was in there buying the appliance, there was a man highly upset that the washer that he had purchased had flooded his home. Enough Said.

Bought a new washer from them. One week later it broke. They had it for four days brought it back. Two days later it broke again. Now I’m calling the company to get it fixed. Black Friday said that it was similar to buying something off craigslist. I thought these were new appliances scratch and dent. I am very disappointed.
