Very accommodating. Replaced a bumper and repainted the top of the car - did a great job. Vicki and Steve are very knowledgeable and efficient. They replaced stripes on the hood at no cost. Only disappointing thing was there was a small scratch on the drivers door they were going to touch up - must have forgot, but I am sure if we brought it back they would do that with no problems. Good place, great quality.

Highly recommend! Just brought my car into get the paint fixed after someone went around keying cars in my apartment complex. They were very friendly, professional, and did an amazing job fixing the scratches on my car! They only had my car for a few days, but it was worth the wait! The paint looks great and I couldn’t be happier.

My car was rear ended. After the repair was “done “ there is a gap where they bumper wasn’t able to be attached completely, we were told it was put back with one bolt and we were told it was going to be totaled at one point, then why wasn’t it ?!! if it couldn’t be repaired back to what it was before the accident that isn’t fair on my end. Also there were still scratches on the back end. To make matters worse I picked it up a few days ago and today IT WILL not start. From what I am told from others is that batteries are unhooked on a car before repairs are done to ground it. I’m wondering if it wasn’t connected back fully /correct before I picked up my car. Why would it run a few days and now not start. I am beyond frustrated as I start a new position this week after finishing chemo and this is disappointing and highly inconvenient. I need this to be corrected and the right thing to be done here.

They made it work for me in my current situation though it was hard on them they did the best job to the best of their ability. I would definitly recommend them over any dealership body shop as their price would have been 3-4 times more than Plan B. I love and appreciate their professionalism and excellent work. Will definitly recommend to friends and family in the area. 10/10

Steve and his crew are great. I have used them for several paint and body jobs. Their work is high caliber, done right the first time and fairly priced. I just recently discovered that my company car needed to be buffed to remove a nasty industrial paint overspray that I picked up somewhere on the road. To make matters worse, I only had a week before that car had to be turned in. Steve saved the day working the job into his busy schedule and he got the car looking better than new. I brought my Toyota Highlander in to have the hood repainted due to numerous stone chips. During the process, they found previous repairs from an accident had not been done properly so they corrected issues which allowed proper alignment of the front bumper, fenders, and trim.I would definitely recommend them for auto body repairs.

I was involved in a car accident a couple weeks after moving to Nashville. Not knowing anything about the area I googled and found this place. While my insurance was giving a hard time, the owner and his assistant were very kind and pleasant. They make you feel as if are part of the family. My vehicle had so much damage and they made sure to leave it like new. They did a better job than the body shop at Nissan. This place is about 40 mins from me and I would definitely use them again. There is nothing like feeling like part of the family when you car is at the doctor. I loved everything about them.

I decided to do some work on my car and replace the header panel. My cars a weird golden tan brown color. Most places would do a color match to the factory color on the door but they came out and color matched it with a really cool machine and even mixed up a test batch before I left to make sure it was just right. The color match is beyond my expectations and done to perfection, and the service was amazing. Such a friendly professional place!

I recked my car, I took my car here and they took their sweet time to fix my car, they even also broke something on my car in the process of fixing my car . They argued with everyone and didn’t agree with anyone unless it was their way . It took them about a month to fix my car and it wasn’t that damaged for it to take that long . I would drive down to plan B and see my car not even touched for a few good weeks . And when I went to go pick up my car once it was finally done, they were rude and talked about how they were amazing and never let their customers down . But here is a news flash they let me down . I will never go back to them if I ever reck my car again .

My fiancé and I were recently in Columbia, TN visiting family. On our way back to MI where we live, we were hit by a turkey vulture which completely destroyed our windshield and dented part of the body where the windshield meets the car. We had the car towed to Plan B and Steve provided an awesome service for us. Right off the bat he warned us about potential issues with the insurance company. He even made phone calls to our insurance himself to make sure things were flowing properly. He sent us updates and, since we were stranded in TN, put up with our constant phone calls asking about our car. He knew we were stranded and wanted to get us back on the road as quickly as possible and that really showed when he put 2 of his guys on our car at once. He was very professional and insisted on going the extra step to be sure the car was not online fixed quickly but fixed well with our safety in mind. We really wish we had a shop like this near us in Michigan!We highly recommend Plan B Autobody. Wed take both our cars to Steve again, no questions asked.

Plan B has been more than helpful to me while dealing with my two vehicles that have been totaled out. They gave me good advice and knowledge when it came to what I needed to do about then. If it wasn’t for Steve, I would have to owe a lot more than what it was worth. I highly suggest taking your vehicle here for body work or to get fair prices on what the damages are worth.

The repairs were done great, however when they cleaned my headlights they messed up the bumper below both lights. I took it back up there and he (Steve) tried to say that the clear coat was just wearing off. I find it very odd that’s the ONLY place it looks like that is under both headlights where they cleaned them, which was appreciated however I never asked them to do so. I also know for a fact that it was not like that before I dropped my car off! So up until that and other than that the experience with them was pretty good however when you do mess up, you should take ownership and make it right!

I really thank Steve at plan b. I bought a 2002 pristine Chevrolet Silverado with only 62,000 miles and 4 months later wham, i got sandwiched front and rear. I was sick. Insurance company said it was totalled. Steve knew the value of this truck. He worked with my insurance company representing me on uniqueness and value of this old truck. The work was perfect. I am so happy with my experience. The truck looks and is a new 16 year old. I hate it happened but thankful for the awesome service on the truck and backing me up.

I have a 1973 Buick Electra 225, which my parents bought new, that I had done an amateur restoration on. Everything looked OK with the exception of some body work and the paint job. I went to Plan B to get an estimate. Steve was very knowledgeable, professional, and confident in the way he spoke to me about the work. The crew there did an excellent job on finishing the body work, correcting things I had done wrong. The only way to describe their paint job is WOW. My only recommendation for Body work in Middle Tennessee! Unfortunately I hadnt had the best of luck with vehicles. Working with Plan B has been the only piece of the process that brought me peace. They handle the majority of the issues with the insurance, advocate for you with the adjuster to get you the most money. With my last car it was totaled out and they still put just as much effort into making sure I got the maximum back even though totaling it meant they were out of a job. You just dont find that kind of customer service these days. They work with integrity and produce nothing but quality. The major accident they did repair for both my car and my mothers, you could not even tell any damage ever occurred.If youre looking for a body shop and stumbled on their listing, use them. I promise you are in the right hands

Ok review number 2. Steve and his guys put a Foose spoiler on my 2020 Mustang and it looks great! Steve is a busy guy, but he got me taken care of, and Ms. Vickey in the office is a pleasure.I looked for over a year trying to find someone to paint my 92 F 150 to no avail, no one wants to paint an entire vehicle anymore. By chance I found Steve and Plan B on the internet. Steve was very pleasant and straight forward when I met him and I decided to have him paint my truck. I am not disappointed, Plan B did a wonderful job on my truck and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They dont just paint like some places do, they stripped my truck down to include removing the bed and then painted it with high quality paint to include the door jambs. Then reassembled it to a like new appearance. Again, Steve is easy to deal with and his shop does top notch work.
