I purchased a car from them June 2, 2021 a (2016 Ford escape royal blue) they have had my car the whole month of June really every time I pulled off their lot my car broke down they called themselves fixing the problem and gave me two loaner cars off their lot that was also no good. Now I just got off the phone with an auto service mechanic business and they told me the CarLot sold me a lemon the engine/motor is no good it’s all bad I’m very sad in upset my own hard earn money going down the drain $1,545 I’ve also missed days of work do to me not having my car I say just throw the whole car lot away my money just gone n the car lot don’t even care

I give them a 3 out of 5 for now because Im in a great car but didnt tell me all the issues it have yet alone havent fixed any problems that actually need to be fixed for someone to only have a vehicle for not even a month yet. Amanda have been working with me so far but the car needs work on before it can even be reliable. Love the car but need work done on it that shouldnt be happening for someone that just got a 2013 vehicle. Once things get settled I will happily give them a 5 star. But for now its a 3.....

To bad I cant give 0 stars! I was happy at first. Amanda was very swift and friendly. She did everything on the phone and got it approved. We told them we would be there Monday morning. That was on Thursday... Monday morning (we were there right when they opened) we drove 2 1/2 hours to get the car with the down payment and necessary paperwork she requested only to be told by the GM that he sold it Saturday night. No apology that was heartfelt. He was rather short with an OH WELL attitude. I was steamed. He didnt care one bit. This is no way to treat people. They knew we were coming and we wasted time, fuel, and a credit pull. Way to go ruining my daughters first car buying experience!

I got a 2012 Jeep Liberty that had a check engine light showing. They said it was just because they had to jump start the car. The day I went and actually purchased the car they came in saying that the light was off but I soon realized that they had reset it and pretended like the light had went off because it was right back on three days later. Not even two weeks into having the car did it stop working and I had to get it fixed. Jason kept saying the damage wasn’t there when he sold it to me, but I know it was. I drove around for 6 months with 30 day tags. They kept sending me to mechanics but the engine light never went off. I had to get so much work done myself that didn’t even involve the check engine light. I wasted 1,500 dollars and they never cared about fixing the truck until I said I was giving it back but by that time I was just completely done with the truck. Please save your money, I know they have a business to run and bills to pay but life is already had enough without them selling bad cars to people... wasting people’s hard earned money and tarnishing their credit. Best wishes to anyone purchasing a car!

I purchased a car back in July from Dontae great car, he went above and beyond to get me what I needed, he is an absolute amazing salesman. The car has never been an issue my issue is it was a miscommunication about the tags somewhere, I’ve reached out to Lashawn several times it’s always I’m going to call you back, I have to re explain everything again. Nothing has yet to be done the holidays are upon us and I have some traveling to do and I have to rent a car in order to do so which is a bummer. I’m paying a monthly note for a car that has been parked for a while. I can’t just freely drive with an expired tag I’m not taking the risk of getting a ticket, wtbs I decided this morning it’s time to contact a lawyer. I’ve reached out to the dealership enough times and every time it’s the same response. Every form of communication I kept a log of in my phone.

I contacted the dealer yesterday about the carfax on a specific vehicle. They got it to me super quick. They contacted me this morning askingnif I was interested and I went in to look at the car. I was there maybe an hour and a half and walked away with my new car. I have bad credit and not so great history. They were able to work with what we had. The sales person was awesome..but after not even a week of having the vehicle the service engine light came on and the car started making a bad noise and took it to the shop and was told the axel was broken costing me over 600 dollars in repairs. So be warned about if you buy a vehicle from them

I have called for 2 weeks texted and emailed. I get a texted today from Jason Rodgers after I emailed called and text him. I get a reply saying closed until after Christmas. Merry Christmas. Lmao not very merry!!!

I found them on Facebook marketplace selling a ranger met with dewayne came in and was greeted with a hand shake and then he took down my info was told the truck was just got in had check engine light on I test drove it anyway but decided not to wait the few days to get it fixed then came in and found out I was approved and Im shocked i was because i totaled out my new car i got 8 months ago and it wasnt completely paid off but i showed them the letters that insurance paid a certain amount and thats how i got approved I mean I have horrible credit and they approved me so then I picked a car and they got to work on it said they will have it ready by lunch tomorrow I was like okay sure I didnt believe it got there next day was in the office which is very welcoming had nice tables chairs and Jason the manager will take care of everything for you I got a 17 Nissan Altima nice car 46k miles no problems at all it was nice than the car I bought new from dealer still had the new car smell sure my interest was super high but was also offered refinancing after so many months !! A warranty included in my monthly payment gap insurance for the entire loan length all below 400$ a month my experience was amazing with carite I wish I would have found them sooner and when I get my second Vehicle I will be coming back for sure ! So check here first before anywhere else they will work with you from the point you walk in to when you sign the papers to your car!

This place was very sketchy. I found their location through Cargurus. They advertised a 2015 Nissan Sentra S with 33,000 miles. I called and spoke with Dewayne and told him that I would stop by. He sent me pictures of the vehicle and I was excited to see the car! Finding the Carite was difficult because the address on Google, Cargurus, and even on their website says its off of Dickerson Rd but its actually off of Dickerson Pike.When I finally got to the Carwrong place, I was not greeted. Dewayne saw me come in and continued to look at his phone. Only after I spoke, was I greeted and even then I didnt feel welcomed. Dewayne then proceeded to write down my name, address, and social before showing me the car. When I asked why he needed my social, he replied with an attitude, you want a car? When I finally got the keys, it turns out the Sentra was not the same one advertised. It was actually a 2013 Nissan Sentra with 73,000 miles on it.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
