I live in VA and my sister lives in TN. I found this florist online - because i like to support local business. When making an order online for the occasion - i pushed “thinking of you” because my sister had just had a miscarriage. The card that was sent was a Happy Birthday card - the worst card possible. I called to let them know of the mistake and never heard back from the business. As time has gone on - i get more upset about this!! loosing a baby well into the pregnancy and receiving a card that says “Happy Birthday “ is just terrible…. It was an over sight - but not one that should not happen when this is a professional business delivering for all kinds of occasions.The flowers were beautiful… and for $100 they should be.

Really wish I had taken the time to read previous reviews! Ordered new baby floral arrangement and balloon. The arrangement, while nice, was nothing like the picture advertised and was sent with a Happy Birthday balloon?! While technically not inaccurate, it was embarrassing. I really thought the message welcoming their new baby girl would make the occasion obvious 🤷‍♀️

This is the first review Ive ever left online. The people at Nashville Florist went above and beyond to rectify a recent failed delivery attempt. Not only did they refund my money, which I was more than pleased with, but they delivered a beautiful arrangement a few days later, much to my surprise and to the delight of my fiancée. Absolutely terrible experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone. This shop lacks communication skills and professionalism.Attempted to order a bouquet of flowers and balloons for my mother’s birthday two days early. I am out of state, but I was told my order couldn’t be delivered the day after my mother’s birthday because it was out of their delivery area. How can you call yourself a “Nashville” florist and not be able to deliver in the city you work in? I wasn’t contacted at all by the shop on my mother’s birthday that the order wouldn’t be delivered, yet my card was still somehow charged?Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I was out of town, called and they had a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered for my daughter birthday same day. Driver she was super sweet and waited on my daughter to get back to the house so she could hand deliver for me.

Flowers were absolutely beautiful and delivered with in a couple of hours. I will definitely be referring this florist to family and friends.

This is one of the best flower shops I have been too! I was in desperate need of flowers. The workers there are so nice, they helped me picked out flowers and made the arrangement beautiful! Lets just say that they will always be my go to florist! My love just loved her flowers she received! Im 100% satisfied with the arrangement they made and delivered. I must say that everyone needs to use this shop! They are the best at what they do!

The delivery address was 5 mins away from the business and we are on day 4 waiting for a same day delivery.I ordered a floral arrangement for my mother-in law to be delivered same day. I was worried it was to close to cut off to place an online order for same day so I called the florist and placed the order over the phone. I was assured the arrangement would go out that day. My mother in law lives 1.3 miles away (4 min drive). We ordered a live arrangement that was already together per the florist. She did not get the flowers the day she was supposed to. After 3 days of calling the florist I was finally told that they did not go out because of Tornado warnings. No one called. When I asked why I wasnt called or given that information I was told I am not sure maam, I was out making deliveries. His statement completely went against what he had just told me. I get things happen, but this has by far been the worst experience. We are still waiting for the flowers to be delivered today. Day 4. No apologies, no discount, nothing from the florist. But they had no problem charging my card immediately..

Called in order multiple days in advance and I have been trying for 6 hours to get someone to answer the phone to find out where my order is and the business is only 3 miles from my house was told they would be here before noon then was told before 6pm this is the worst company I have ever delt with

Oh we had too substitute so much that it looks nothing like the picture. We expect you to accept that and its totally reasonable that we dont send you a text or call to let you know that we will substitute everything.

Ive been to different flower shops and they are all different in their own ways. But this flower shop was the best choice Ive made. They have helped me in so many ways. They came up with a different creative design for my bouquet and it was just beautiful! I love the positive vibe I get when I am in that flower shop. I look for different flower shops to do my wedding. I went went Nashville florist and I was so thrilled and satisfied with them. They did such an amazing job. I had no idea what I wanted and they were able to help me though the process. When I saw the flowers for the first time I was so happy about how they turned out. So I know Valentines Day can be very busy for a florist. But I just want to say that I loved how the arrangement look when I received it. I have such a wonderful man in my life! Terrible experience. My husband ordered a bouquet of flowers and paid on the phone. He was told that they closed at 4:00. He arrived at 3:40 and the door was locked and no one answered the phone. A delivery person arrived and finally the lady came out. When he showed her the email he received from the shop, she said that she didnt have the order. Three times he had to show her the email. She finally ran back in and threw an arrangement together. The flowers were pretty but you could see there was no order to the arrangement. I definiteley will not recommend this florist shop.

So I am getting married soon! And Ive been looking around for a florist! I have met some but they didnt really have a good vibe or werent what I was looking for. Until I showed up to Nashville Florist. They were so very positive and cheerful people. I knew that this would be the florist I would pick. They have helped me so much in picking out different flowers and styles I should go with! I know for sure that my wedding will look absolutely amazing! I am the owner of another florist and I called Nashville Florist to send a gift basket to one of my employees children, who had an organ transplant. The staff of Nashville Florist really took great care to make sure they knew what to send and they did a fantastic job!! Id give no stars if this comment screen would let me. Flowers ordered to cheer a friend recovering from surgery never arrived at her home, although Nashville Florist claimed that the delivery had been made. A follow-up call from me secured a promise of delivering a replacement more than a week later. Three more days now have gone by, and still no flowers have been delivered. Another phone call produced a promise to deliver them tomorrow, a full 2 weeks after the initial order was placed! Ill believe THAT when I see it... Of course after this experience, Ill never order from Nashville Florist again.

My son that’s in the military sent me flowers for Mother’s Day. I received the flowers Thursday before Mother’s Day, which was fine, but a couple of the roses were already wilted and by Mother’s Day all the roses were wilted. I changed the water as soon as I received the arrangement hoping this would bring them back to life, but no luck. I didn’t tell my son this because there was nothing he could do about it and I’m writing this just to let you know to please check your flowers before they go out the door .

I ordered flowers to be delivered on my wife’s birthday (over a week ahead of time). They were not delivered on her birthday and we did not hear from the shop until until days later. When they finally delivered, the arrangement was sub par.

Ordered same day delivery flowers on a Saturday. Flowers never showed up. No one called to inform me of the status and had to call three times in order to receive confirmation of any sort of refund.

Most incompetent people I have dealt with in a long time! I called to place an order and the first question I asked is are you available to make a delivery today? They said yes so I proceeded with the order, I placed the order at 9:00 a.m. it still hadnt arrived by 3:00 p.m. I called them twice both times they just put me through to the owner which never picked up I left a message that was never responded to. And the flowers never showed up! I called the next morning to find out what happened they took forever to find the order, and had no reason why they didnt get delivered. The flowers were for me and my wifes first anniversary, it sure would have been nice if they would have done what they said they were going to.

Order flowers first thing in the morning to be delivered same day. The was confirmed in the online order. The order was never delivered. I then called the following day (today) and was told that what I ordered was not delivered and they did not have what I ordered. They never called or notified me in any way. They offered to deliver something else; however, I chose this company for the specific item ordered.

I have never written a review on Google but after the positive experience with Tracy and Nashville Florist & Home Decor, I felt compelled to share. I placed an order for flowers to be sent for a special occasion. I was ensured that they would be delivered by 3:00 that day. Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication and the flowers were not delivered that day. I called the following morning and expressed my concern and frustration. Tracy (the owner) handled the situation very professionally and exemplified great customer service as we talked through what had happened. She rectified the situation, made me whole, and as a courtesy offered to send flowers to the intended individual that day. I would certainly recommend this business and will be using them again in the future.

This one gets no Stars!We ordered a plant on 4/10/2020 for a coworker who lost her husband. Was told it would deliver same day. Did not deliver. Called Monday, 4/13 to check. Left 3 messages. Even talked to order dept. Shop never responded. Finally owner called 4/14/2020 and said hed start making and deliver today. What??? No offer of apology or an explanation as to what happened. When told Ive received no apology, he just said OK. So unprofessional and didnt care. I cancelled order and will do business elsewhere. In these times where small businesses need all they can get, you would think he would have acted like he cared!!! I wish I could give -0- stars...

Received a beautiful hydrangea arrangement from my sister in law, but unfortunately half of the bouquet died within 2 days. I contacted Nashville florist to let them know and, without hesitation, they kindly offered to send me a new (and bigger!) arrangement to replace them. Excellent customer service, thank you!

It was a bad service . flowers did not deliver to my friend and it was her birthday. I really embarrassed with here. and the person who is delivery was very rude and she did not complete her work very well . My family organizes an annual Ballroom/Latin Dance Competition and we asked for several large stage pieces and table arrangements with a modern/summer look and they delivered!! The first thing you saw in the ballroom was the bright orange, white and yellow flowers at the stage. Beautiful work! Ill try to add a pic, look for the red carpet.

I want to thank you for single handedly ruining the only Mother’s Day gift I had planned for my Mom.I ordered early enough to guarantee delivery on the Saturday before or Sunday of Mother’s Day. Instead, you attempted to deliver an incomplete and poorly made arrangement on the Monday following Mother’s Day that was full of dead or dying flowers and cheap substitutions, like stock, in place of the flowers that were supposed to be part of the arrangement (like lilacs and sterling roses). In rejecting the delivery, my Mom (who, along with my father and I, previously worked in the floral industry) said the only beautiful thing about the arrangement was the container. You also neglected to include the balloons that I paid for.To top it off, your driver actually told my Mom that she could have delivered the arrangement on Saturday, as I had specifically requested, but instead she was kept busy delivering to “higher value”areas like Brentwood.I am embarrassed and mortified that you actually received my business, a mistake I will be sure to never repeat. Shame on you.

My husband was out of town for Valentines and ordered online. The order was sent to Nashville Florist. I received the flowers they were crammed into a vase that was too small and babies breath was all on one side. Co workers helped me rearrange and place in a vase we found at work. I did call and ask why they would send me something that looked this bad. Was told the company had sent the small vase and they would check on it and call back. Never received a call back and i also sent message through email with no response. Maybe the Nashville Florist takes pride in its work if you order from them but it is obvious outside order get the worst service. I was so embarrassed by the arrangement I took them home and wont leave them on my desk. By the way my husband spent over $100.00 on the arrangement. The only reason i am giving one star is because i had to.

This was the only florist taking orders on Valentines day with the addition of, orders must be placed by 2pm. I placed my order at 8:30am and it never arrived. I sent an email, which was never responded to and eventually had to call inorder to get a refund. Its unfortunate that my Valentine never received their gift. We were both very disappointed.

I cannot tell you how much we love Nashville Florist ! From happy to sad occasions - they are our go-to florist. The arrangements are always innovative - not the standard setup, and will work with you to achieve the result you are looking for. Tracy and the rest of the staff are willing to help you with not only flower arrangements - but with gift baskets/hostess gifts,etc. Maybe you can find a cheaper florist - but the quality of the flowers and the customer service are worth any extra pennies - I cannot recommend them enough!

Horrible. Bought 24 roses got 18. Then they wanted to take my 18 flowers from me and give me 12. So in what universe does that equal 24? ? Ruined my Valentines Day.

I was SO disappointed!!! I live out of state and called with plenty of time to have flowers delivered to my three daughters who attend college in Nashville. The girl I spoke to was very nice and assured me they would send out a unique and COLORFUL bouquet (reds yellows pink etc) complete with Gerbera daisies, my girls favorite! I had a lot of confidence after my call. Flowers arrived on time and fresh BUT were NOT at all what I wanted! There were three white Stargazers with a few pastel pink and purple filler flowers thats it!! NO Gerbera daisies, no bright color and certainly not unique!!! Looked like something for grandma! I give them 2 stars for being on time and flowers were fresh...but not getting what I ordered...will go elsewhere next time!

These guys have been around for over 20 years now serving the greater Nashville area as its premier florist and have the best prices in town. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for the best deals in town for flowers.

My fiancé ordered what I thought would be a lovely arrangement for me on Valentines Day from Nashville Florist based on their 4.7 star rating but what I received are dead and broken flowers in arrangement with more greenery than the dead flowers. So disheartening considering his love was not interpretated with this arrangement. He was thinking he was going to receive a thank you, I love them call but instead all He heard was a disappoint fiancé crying because her arrangement sent to her job was some dead & broken flowers. I have the pictures I sent as evidence to show him, whom ever was responsible for making this arrangement should be ashamed . He will be seeking compensation.

I ordered a very special arrangement for a funeral and paid $275. It looked nothing like the picture and they used wilted flowers and lots of ribbon for filler. To make it worse the owner was very unconcerned and was rude.

I ordered a $200 arrangement through FTD for my aunts funeral from a picture off the FTD website. It was assigned to this shop. The order was to be delivered TWO days after I placed the order.When I got to the funeral home, I could not see anything like my yellow arrangement. I called FTD and verified that it had been delivered. The funeral home did find the arrangement, but NONE of the colors and types of flowers matched the picture AT ALL. The amount of flowers looked like a $12 arrangement from KROGER.Went I called the shop, they said that they were authorized by FTD to change to other flowers or any other changes if they did not have what was ordered in their stock. In two days, they could not get yellow roses and lilies??? That was the only thing they said.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

My sister sent us an expensive arrangement from this shop for our anniversary. They looked nice enough but smelt very odd. I called and left a message that i was concerned about this issue and that i have a small child and no one responded to me until days after. I ended up tossing the flowers out that same day!
