The young girl at the cash register as you walk in was looking down at her cell phone and didnt make eye contact. She spoke very low. I did not hear her. She did not make you feel like a value customer. So I went somewhere else and made my purchase. The white young girl was very polite and went over and beyond trying to locate a shoe at another store, while the other girl was still looking down at her cell phone (the African American young girl.) She should be aware and looking out over the store and not on her cell phone. Bad retail experience...

A single parents best choice....the BOGO selection is huge and also applies to CLEARANCE items as well. I got 4 pair of Nikes for 84.00...now thats a WOW!!

You can get in and out reasonably fast. It is in the mall. They have lots of varieties of shoes. I changed my mind 3 times before buying some ascics.

First time ever in this store & this was my last time. Not from here at all came up for my birthday weekend & wanted to do some retail therapy. I walked in the store and as soon as I started looking around I noticed that I was being followed by a worker in the store(she didnt even try to hide it honestly). I spoke to David(according to his tag he was the store manager) & I told him that I didnt appreciate her following me like I was a criminal. The way he looked at me said it all. I watched how she was just concerned with people of color, she didnt follow anyone else when they walked in the store.

Favorite place to buy shoes the buy one and take 50% off on the second pair of shoes is the best. Im alawys satisfied with the selection, quality, and price of the shoes. Great and helpful staff too. Great selection of converses too. The online store is great too.
