The Customer service here was Horrible!!!! I called today March 22, 2021 at 12:00noon to inquire about pricing and a gentleman answered the phone. He rudely interrupted me as I was talking and told me he didn’t have time to talk because he was busy doing other work!!! That’s not the way to treat customers!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I’m taking my business elsewhere

Feel free to avoid this ghetto unprofessional establishment it needs to be shut down like the rest of this mall voting to close this place soon!!!

Waited at least 30 minutes patiently with no other customers in there. I was totally ignore by all 3 people in there while I was standing right at the desk.... I DO NOT recommend this place..... I mean is it because Im black??? Again I was totally ignored and the only customer in there.... I would NOT ever recommend this place and suggest everyone to go with another decision before choosing to come here....

I work there

Went to C&C today for the first time to get overalls airbrushed. It did take me some time cause I wanted front and back done. I left the store and called back 20 minutes later and asked if I could changed 2 words. The owner asked did I just want to come get a refund because he can see this going South.....Now, Im Confused! I will NEVER go back there cause he was rude and the prices are too high, even though I was willing to pay it. I Really Believe It Because Im Black....Cant Think of Any Other Reason! So, he Deserves No Stars!!

I went here after being given the run around by another shirt designer. They told me about C & C which was the best thing they did. When I first got there I was a little skeptical. It took a while for us to come to the place where we were in agreement on what the shirt was supposed to look like when completed. However, when I picked it up...OMG! I was extremely pleased. Sarah, the one who helped me, did an amazing job bringing my vision to life. My advice is to go in, have some patience and they will deliver.Thank you C & C team!😊😊

I went into the store on a Saturday. I was trying to get a graphic done for a shirt. We were browsing the web and the owner came out and said, We do not have time to assist you with finding a graphic. You can leave the store and not waste our time.I would not waste my time in going to this store as they do not know the meaning of customer service.

We all know this is the place to get anything custom done. Its been around for years and that within itself should tell you the kind of work they do. I have done some many things with them from shirts and hoodies to lettering a enclosed trailer. I would give them 10 stars and recommend anybody who is looking to get something unique done to challenge them as there staff there is top notch.

Every one in the store was very professional, they took care of me quickly and efficiently. They made me 25 shirts for my childs birthday party really fast, and the quality was awesome. I would go back over and over again.

They are very pricey shirts but also very personalized and good work on the design.

Called on the phone and rudest girl ever answered. I explained what I wanted and asked what she thought the turn around time may be;to get an idea of when I could get it. She then tells me she doesnt know. I assumed that was a typical question. I asked if she thought maybe a week was sufficient and she responded by saying, yeah if thats what you want me to say. How unprofessional, I was done with them at that point.

Bad experience. Called and was told to email logo that I needed on a hat on a Monday, which I did. Was told to come to store Tuesday morning. I arrived in the store at 10:01AM (They open at 10A) and waited until someone emerged from back to which she stated how did you get in here? To which I replied Through the doors and she said you came in through the doors? It seems the door had been unlocked all night and me and another customer who walked in right behind me were not too thrilled with the accusatory nature or her line of questioning. She said she needed 20 minutes to get the store open and I said all I need to do is pick up at hat and was told I could at 10AM. Shes snipped well now thats changing. I come back at 10:20 and she says its $21 or so and I pay and then she asked when do you need this? and I say well I was hoping to get it now. She says itll be tomorrow because the graphic designer is having surgery. They had my contact info and and never bothered to email and save my time by not coming in for no reason just to find out it was not going to be ready for another day. So I call later and ask for refund-guess what-shes unable to help with that and suggests I call back to talk to someone else who can authorize refunds. If you do go here, remember they open when they want and please have your credit card company dispute hotline # handy.

Shop is ok, nothing majorly unique about it at all. reminds me of a shop that was there in the 80s that airbrushed your name on stuff. whats so terrible, though, is that the owner Tim Cooley, felt the need to write a 5 star review for his very own store. Of course he didnt mention he was the owner, but we know he is. Tim Cooley do you really have that little faith in your own business that you have to resort to something as childish as that??and BTW -- that Pete Larmore doesnt have children and is dating the owners step daughter. If the work done there was so great there should be ZERO need for false reviews.
