Good service thus far.

The new lady is super rude at the pharmacy department. We have been going here since I was child and never had a problem until she came here. The staff are disrespectful and dont take in consideration of people and their needs!! We are now going to another pharmacy in the area thats treating us with EXCELLENT service! Will never come here again for that. However, the retail side is usually really nice.

The pharmacist, that is an African man, is the rudest employee there! He needs to be fired for sure! I have complain about his behavior and how he treats the customers on 3 occasions and still has not changed. Ive heard him on the phone being extremely disrespectful to an elderly person and then talking bad about that person after hanging up the phone! He is incompetent as a pharmacist, not even filling out the insurance claims properly to have my medicine paid for by my insurance. I have paid out of pocket for my medicine several times because he cannot enter his personal code correctly. I have anxiety everytime I fill my RX, wondering if he is working or not! It shouldnt be this hard! Please rite aid, fire him!!!

This rite aid needs new managers. One of the manager are rude to customers and being a dick to everyone that walks in. Its like he hates himself which is not cool. His name is jerry i think. He is not good he needs to be FIRED!!!!

This store has a brand new managment team!
