Very pleased with the service and the quality of work. Had 4 rings cleaned and serviced including a ring passed down from my grandmother. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. Also had to have 2 rings resized. The turnaround was quick. I had a watch we were not sure could be repaired and restored but the staff kept me posted on the status after sending it offsite for inspection. It could not be repaired due to the manufacturer discontinuing the parts so they returned it to me free of charge. This was my first experience ever at the Rivergate store. I wont be going anywhere else when it comes to jewelry maintenance and care. They won my trust with their professionalism and care at first contact and the wonderful end results of giving them that trust earned them my loyalty.
This is the best jewelry store on the planet. The help and care was top notch. Bi-yeary inspection went so fast and smooth. I couldnt be more happy with my experience. Ill be back!

The worst experience EVER!!!! I took a ring in to have it repaired. I have posted pics so you can see what type of ring it is and that it is not cheap. It is a one of a kind ring and made for someone and the entire design symbolized something of importance, within our relationship. Each set has five diamonds meaning5 brothers & sisters5 children we have togetherI could go into great detail about this ring as I did to the lady when I took it in for repair, but I wont. I will say that I had to have the ring resized and the band they put in was very thin and no where near the thickness of the original. I cold understand if I wanted it bigger but I went from a size 13 to a size 10 Also They decided to replace the broken diamonds with larger diamonds which made it have 1 less diamond in two different settings. When I questioned them about it they said it wasnt possible as if I didnt know the ring. The lady that I had told the story to acted like she was clueless about the history of the ring. Because this ring means so much to me I asked for the damaged diamonds and the gold that was removed but got neither. Now, here is the very sad part.... I put this ring in for repair as a surprise for my someone special, he never got to see the ring thank God it would have broken his heart just as it did mine, but they destroyed something very precious to me as the man I bough this ring for is now gone which makes this even harder to swallow, because this is something I can never replace. Not to mention over 700.00 for this they are expecting me to pay. Oh they offered to repair it but after everything they already did I was so afraid to trust them with it again. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING YOU HEAR ABOUT THIS PLACE, who makes alterations to something like that with out customers approval? They have not heard the last of me!!!!!!
I called today to inquire about a cleaning service for my Pandora bracelet. I spoke to Mr. Lance and he was very nice and gave GREAT customer service while explain how I can clean my bracelet at home with the correct products. He also invited me to bring my bracelet into Jareds for their wonderful cleaning service. Thank you so much for your Awesome customer service Mr.Lance!!!!

Christina did a fantastic job helping me figure out a Christmas gift for my wife on my first visit. I had an even better experience with my wife later on that day where the entire team treated us and our kids with love and care. We felt zero pressure, which was amazing and they spent several hours with us making our decision. Will visit again on our next occasion.

Just went in to get my ring cleaned and inspected that we bought there. Went ahead and asked to clean another ring and necklace. They did nothing except throw it in some jewelry cleaner!! So I am sure they didn’t inspect my ring. Brought it back out and it had no shine like a steamed cleaned piece of jewelry. So no more business from me!!!

My wife took her ring in for inspection and cleaning. When we got it back the main diamond was loose and could spin in its setting. We took it back for repairs and upon return a smaller diamond was missing from the band.
The products are great, the service is terrible. The people are rude and hateful. Never a good experience each time I go, and I have to go every 6 months. Debating on going to a different location because this place is terrible.
Maybe because the the day I went they were short staff. I cant say, I waited awhile before being seen and then when I did get someone she was a little to pushy of a sales rep.

Went online to purchase a necklace for my wife. This was a Christmas gift and the order didn’t go through. The amount was put on a hold from my card. Won’t be released until after Christmas. Thanks Jared your website sucks!
They took at least 20 min to even say hi to me. Refused to help me with a few watches when I know another location would have done it for me no questions asked. And looked at me like I was an idiot. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location.

My Husband & I love this Jared location. We always choose to go here for all of our jewelry needs. This may be a franchise store but we have never been treated that way. We have been able to develop a relationship with the management & staff just like a family owned business. It’s just an all around great place to do business!

No complaints about the staff in the store however the people you don’t see, the people that make the policies are incompetent and don’t use their brains. I was a customer for 4 years and had 46 consecutive on time payments. I go to the store yesterday to spend more money only to find out my account had been closed all together for a reason nobody could give me. Won’t ever be going back to Jared for anything. Guess I’ll try that annoying guy on the radio...
Fabre, Tori and Holly are AMAZING assistants at Jared of Rivergate. They welcomed me with open arms and superior service. I had a terrible experience at Jared of Cool Springs where i waited over 30min to be spoken to, was told my ring didnt come Jared (it was purchased at the Rivergate location) and didnt record my last inspection. JARED OF RIVERGATE IS THE PLACE TO GO ESPECIALLY FOR YOUNG COUPLES, WOMEN, AND PEOPLE OF COLOR. I will continue to bring service to Jared of Rivergate!!! 💍

I brought a Tag Heuer watch in for a battery replacement and was helped by Victoria and James. In addition to servicing my watch, Victoria gave a lot of good insight about Nashville and the surrounding areas (which was appreciated, considering Im an out-of-towner).The wait was just a few minutes. I left with a smile on my face.
I will not being returning to this place, the manager is awful she clearly don’t want people to come back, I had a bracelet for almost a year and nothing was wrong until I came in to buy some charms and the lady attending me broke it and told me she was going to tell the manager to give me a new one, and it also had a 1 year coverage so at the end of the day she had to give me one, and the manager said no she can’t replace it. Then I called green hills pandora and told them the situation and with no doubt no hesitation they told me to come in and they were going to give me a new one for FREE. What a horrible situation I had to go to another store to get my charm that they broke when Jared could of clearly gave me one I can’t believe it never again. Absolutely unstatisfy

Always a wait. Being that you have to come back every 6 months your kinda marrying them too! The biggest issue is their damn record keeping system forces you to keep a wedding/engagement purchase under the maiden name and future purchases are under the married name. What a pain in the butt.Still a terrible long wait on every visit.Then their jewelry check in process is still hand written. If they fixed this, they could service patrons MUCH faster. Hire a software person and fix this!Update: after 5+ years. . They fixed this...

I bought my wifes engagement and wedding ring here.I bought the protection plan and we use it every six months. We get it cleaned and resized and fixed. Always done the same day and great customer service.I bought her first ring there 7 years ago.Wedding ring 6 years ago and even upgraded her solitare on our five year anniversary.Great customer service and great selection.

The customer service was great but that is all. The management there is a huge rude nightmare. I have seen management yell, condemn, shame, condesend, ridicule, and just be mean because they can to the workers. The employees must go through hell working there. I smiled and asked the very mean managers name and she introduced herself as Tori the General manager. I felt like I had witnessed this woman star in a live production of the three faces of eve. BE WARNED!!!!

We have been going to this location for years and never a problem until now. Without going into detail because it is a long story that spans over a month of the employees at this location playing me like a ping pong ball, talking to a different person about my issue each and every time (about 8 times) I called or they called me. They lied and could never get their story straight as to where my jewelry was that I dropped off? The last guy I dealt with spoke to me very rudely and treated me as though I was the one lying. Terrible. Shop at locally these mall stores are nothing but bad stores.
How awful I was treated when I tried to return a bracelet 10 past their 30 day term after my husbands crew was let go to hire a foreign group, my mother had a stroke and we had just bought a Home.. Their manager didnt care at all nodded her head and said too bad to the other manager.. My husband is a vet and I tried and cried to tell them what happened.. That this payment is now food on my table..no one cared..so with that anyone who sees this please never buy anything from them and please support a vet who tried to do something nice for his wife and it didnt work out and Jareds didnt care and said who cares ....

If I could give a ZERO I probably would. The sales staff here was EXTREMELY rude. My boyfriend & I went in looking for a ring & the associate that helped us find a size was almost rushing us & like I was an inconvenience to her because I needed an opinion deciding which size to get. I ended up having to GO BACK to swap for a smaller size & the lady that helped me then was also rude. She seemed annoyed with me. I then learned that a friend (who had paid online & come to pick up a bracelet after he got off work) was REFUSED to enter because of how he was dressed (in jeans & a t-shirt). This store will NEVER, EVER get another cent of our money. Inexcusable for the unprofessionalism & absolute ugliness of the sales staff. Go to the Pandora store in Opry Mills or to Kay Jewelers!
It was a complete nightmare, my wife never has liked taking her engagement ring off for any reason. We were shopping in the area last Sunday and I was extremely clear on what was needed. The ring came out and she cried all day. It was supposed to be redipped in white gold, it came out as yellow gold, also got a watch battery for my Tag watch, being they are one of the only dealers close to my home, I also had them polish and clean my wedding band. Less than ONE week later a diamond fell out! Im extremely disappointed, I cant wait until they open so I can see if they will make it right. Ill keep everyone posted. :(

Horrible, horrible, horrible. They tried telling me there is nothing wrong with a diamond in my ring - which I could see it with my very own eyes. (This is not the 1st time Ive had a horrible experience with my jewelry) Ive had it with this Jareds location - Madison/Rivergate. I will be taking my business someplace else, That treats me and my jewelry with recpect!!WOW!!! They didnt change the diamond like I had asked, they just turned it - so you cant see where the etched part is - which is the side of the diamond that is wrong. I am in Aww of this.

My girlfriend and I thought we would try Jared despite reviews. We ended up having a bad experience. They completely ignored out budget. Started us off several thousands of dollars way over my stated budget. Then one of the ladies was trying to trick me into filling out a form to open an account that runs my credit and I even asked her if it runs my credit. She said no, but then I asked if there will be an inquiry, and she said well yea, but its only a soft pull. What the heck, so you are checking my credit. Will not be doing business with this place.
Service was horrible at the rivergate location. Sales person was trying to over sale items. Instead of helping customers that knew what they wanted. Didnt have enough time to set around wait. Waited 25 minutes with no help....
It takes FOREVER to have your jewelry serviced. We have been dealing with this for years!!!
