I dont care if theres a so called staff shortage. I came in at 7 pm and waited 20 minutes in self checkout. You need to open both self checkouts if you have no workers. The truth is you do have workers, the managers are just too lazy and think they dont have to do cashier work. Its pathetic. I bet clicklist is still open as well, why cant any of them cashier? Regardless if both self checkouts were open it would have cut the line down tremendously. Maybe consider doing that from now on.

The good: fantastic employees. Big store, big selection, big parking lot.The bad: double check expiration dates, especially meats and produce. The self check out screws up a lot

Normally, this is a good place to shop. Right now, though, they are so short of staff that theres no one at customer service desk!

This Kroger is huge and extremely nice. Took a star because their customer service is questionable. One time had an experience at clicklist where I ended up waiting over and hour for groceries and not even so much as a sorry from the manager.

Not not use grocery pick up this is a joke!I’ve waited 40 minutes only to see them serve everybody but me communicated three separate times with somebody to make sure that they knew I was there only to continue to be ignore!!!!! Management lacks ability to do anything, they just check on it and nothing is rectified.Kroger there’s a Publics down the street they actually have a good customer service and they don’t take your time for granted.

I went to this Kroger at about 6:15 and was ready to check out at about 6:25. Arlyn told me that I would have to wait until 7 to check out at a “regular lane”. I’ve never had that issue here. You mean to tell me all of the employees in the store at the time and not one person in here can run a register? If the store opens at 6 I’m not seeing why I would have to wait until 7 to check out.

Love the remodel! Love the fresh seafood and meat department. The butchers are always very friendly and helpful. I tried their sushi for the first time last night and it was good!

Ordered food online and the lady that brought food to my vehicle had her mask on incorrectly. The mask was covering her mouth not her nose. She got in an exchange of words with me, i would not open my door until she put her mask on correctly. The girl said her mother told her she did not have to wear a mask. Why would Kroger not provide proper instructions to their employees about proper way to wear a mask? Why would Kroger not send the girl home if they do not want to wear their mask properly? What is the use of having Kroger pull my groceries if they are not working safely?

Starbucks worker was very slow. took 30 minutes for four drinks. we were driving to chicago from florida and we chose the most convenient starbucks on the way. we wanted to get back on the road asap but we wasted half an hour for the drinks. do not recommend

It was my first time at this Kroger and I really loved it. At This time of year I thought the shelves would be close to empty but I found everything that I needed for the Christmas meal.

Went there tonight 15 minutes til closing all I needed was medicine for my son they had the freaking doors locked and all they were doing was standing by self checkout talking... Pos

The Clicklist team is hands down the best! I drive from White House just to pick up here because the staff is so awesome. They always have a smile on their faces and explain everything in detail regarding my order. Keep up the fabulous work!

This store is bad! I watched today as a lady returned two Deli chickens partially raw for her elderly neighbor. A new manager Mr. Wakefield said they are perishable he would return 1 time. Yes, she had a receipt. Then she showed she gave you a wrong receipt and you said today is 2/8 which she showed you on the package. Then you say the deli chicken has 1 day shelf life. As she said they are dated good 2 and 3 days out. Maybe next time you will be hit with a lawsuit for selling raw food. Oh and I recorded it all. I will be spreading it around. Horrible nasty man

Open 24 hours. SunTrust bank open til 7 during the week. Little Clinic if your child has a sore throat. Clean store with good selection of natural foods.Oh and a gas station to boot. Im glad to have this store in my town :)

On the Kroger main website for Thanksgiving it said that they closed at 4pm. Myself and a few other people got to the store well before they closed around 3ish and they had the door blocked and said they werent letting anyone else in even after we all stated they close at 4pm. The young lady said management told her not to let anyone else into the Goodlettsville Kroger Location. This is unacceptable.

I’ve always loved this store!! Sweetest workers!! But, Leo was incredibly kind and helpful today along with the sweet woman at the self check out. I should do my grocery shopping at 5:30am more often ☺️ Thank you 🙏🏼

Can barely get through the aisles because so many people stocking them which is odd because they never seem to have what you want. Usually only 1 cashier with a very long line. Just poorly run.

Currently sitting in slot number 4 for groceries I placed 2 days ago. I have been waiting over an hour for them to bring my groceries. I have spoken to Nathaniel a store manager and all he has done was shrug his shoulders and apologize. When I asked if I should just go shop for myself he told me that would be the fastest way to get my groceries. I have been here a freaking hour... good management skills buddy. The clicklist manager, after an hour said I was just waiting on one item. This is ridiculous. Customer service is poor. Never again Kroger, never again. Will be filing a complaint with corporate as well.

Apparently the stores new closing hours is 10:00 p.m..Tonight is Thursday November the 7th, 2019 and the store is closed at 10:20 p.m..Doors are fully locked, I cant see anyone inside, theres no notice posted anywhere that they were going to close.I called twice, went through the command prompts to speak to a person inside, never received an answer.So I guess Ill shop somewhere else when I get off work from now on.Since they apparently cant keep their posted hours.

One of my favorite grocery stores to shop at. Very clean...always well stocked.... Check-out lines not too long. I would recommend having a Kroger card, it will definitely save some money and you can save up fuel points for cheaper gas!

This store is huge and stuffed with products people dont want, but theyre Always out of the popular items customers Do want, and sale items too. I always have to make a second stop at Publix to finish grocery shopping. Sadly this is one of the best Krogers north of Brentwood, but thats because all the others are 1 stars.

Good store actually had the cookies and crackers my girlfriend like that we could not find at Wal-Mart. Had everything we needed. Got some hot chicken too. Only grocery store we found close by.

This is the nicest Kroger in the immediate area. It has all the amenities that u expect plus a Starbucks and salad bar. Everyone is so nice. The only downfall is that it gets really busy all the time. I love my Kroger!

Pretty much always find what Im looking for. The Clicklist/Pickup employees are wonderful. Store manager is great--I always see him stocking shelves and hes walked out with me and put my groceries in my car twice. (Maybe he wanted to get my screaming toddlers out of the store quickly? :) Either way, Im grateful.)

They are supposed to be 24 hours. But decide to modify their hours without notice. THEIR mobile app routed me here from out of town. Drove all the way here just to find out they are closed. Smh. Way to do business.

I am so glad the man below posted about the lady returning the raw deli cooked chickens. The return clerk made a deal out of no Kroger card asking manager what to do. I do not have one either and prefer Publix but a few items are only at Krogers. The manager made exception on return for undercooked chickens with a receipt. Wow mister go back to what store you were at! The former manager would NEVER have said this to a customer nor belittled in front of others. 40% of what I buy here is expired. Shame on you new manager Mister Wakefield!

This has always been my favorite Kroger yet now I ran into about 5 people looking for this and that and things keep getting moved.Need a list like you had when you first remodeled at the door to help us locate what you move.Also sometimes I go in the late evening and not one regular Lane is open and the line on the self checkout was extremely long.I will keep shopping here but wish you could try to address these issues.Happy Holidays Everyone.

I LOVE this Kroger! It recently was remodeled into a Super Kroger and every since has been outstanding. Awesome meat, fish, and cheese selection not to mention a pretty impressive organic selection. Also save a ton using the app for Android using electronic coupons and earning points for gas purchase!

I only come to this store after 12am and in most stores that stay open 24 hours, the clerks and stockers are rude. However, this store has the most helpful workers. The produce is well stocked and fresh. The shelves are full and faced and it has everything that Im looking for. I love Kroger in general because of their 123 Rewards program but this location is by far, my favorite store

I recently moved to the area a few months ago and Kroger has been my store from day one. Ive never been to such an organized, beautiful grocery store! lol..The workers in the aisles go above and beyond to help you find what you need. They most times have everything I am looking for. Overall awesome experience!

Ive been shopping here for years, but despite having a sign to remind people that theres a pandemic going on and that theyre required to weak masks, the place is filled with plague rats that cant be bothered. UNSAFE.I will be shopping elsewhere for the duration.

I love how clean this location is and the selection is great. Nathaniel one of the managers is warm and welcoming.What I don’t like is the deli because they are not customer centric. I was there last evening and asked to sample a cheese which didn’t go over well. A woman who worked at the store had a sample of cheeses and offered them. Because one of those cheeses was a smoked Gouda which is strong, I was not able to get a good taste of the sample I requested and therefore ordered the Boars Head smoked Gouda which was not the sample given. Instead of slicing the Boars Head smoked Gouda as I requested, he sliced and gave me the Private Selection because it was the sample I tasted. I also asked to sample another cheese and he stated that other customers were waiting so I ordered the Bianco De Oro Salami sliced thin as paper which is my usual request. After that order was completed I once again asked to sample another cheese because the line was not long and he had help (another worker behind the deli counter). He stated he needed to help the next customer and could not accommodate my request. At this point, I am highly offended and stated I wanted to make a second purchase of cheese and he responded I could sample it ONLY if I was to purchase it. At this point, I walked away and did not make any additional purchases at the deli.This is the reason I 98% of the time only purchase my deli products from Publix, the customer service is on point, top notch, and they want you to sample before you buy so you’re 100% satisfied with your order, they also make recommendations based on what you order and give you samples.The service I received last evening is consistent with the service given anytime I’ve ever made or attempted to make a purchase from this Kroger’s deli. It makes me wonder why I even try to come back and shop at this deli.

The customer associate at the self checkout Lane was absolutely the best person you could ever had picked for the night shift. He was very helpful and an uplifting spirit about him. Thank you Kroger for hiring him!

This is the best Kroger Ive ever been to. The aisles get changed around more often than I like, but the store is always well stocked and has wonderful meat and produce sections.

More and more and more this place had a salad bar, a sushi bar, a gourmet olive bar and a cheese bar not to mention the deli in the hot chicken takeout. A new wine section it seemed like it had everything. But what it didnt have was people nobody was checking out anybody you had to go to the kiosk to check out. So if you like that this is a great store for you

Good place to shop for groceries, just watch the sale prices at the register. Some things are ringing up regular price! They need to stock the shelves too! Employees are nice.

Big beautiful recently remodeled store. However the shelves are never stocked, especially in the Organic section. Tried coming here different days and times during the week and its always the same. They need to either hire more employees to stock shelves or need more product, especially organic, shipped to this location. The staff are friendly and helpful but I cant give a good rating because of the stocking situation.

I will never use this Kroger location for click list again! I have given them numerous tries. They show no respect for your groceries! They just cram them in the car. My case of bottled water was set on top of my chips and all my produce was rolling around in the trunk! I have called twice and complained to the manager and nothing ever changes! Everytime there are at least a half dozen items missing and a good deal is smashed and ruined! Do not use this click list location!! They will just leave you feeling disrespected and irritated! Its not worth the convenience its designed for!!

Easy to get to from many of the local hotels, so if you are traveling it works well for food and other items. The store is clean and well-organized.

Google has this marked open 24 hours but it is not. I arrived here at 531am to do some early shopping before my very busy day . The man opened the door and said they don’t open until 6am. Please update google

3 lanes open? The rest are scan yourself! Stood in line over 15 minutes to check out! 6:35 pm on a Sunday come on Kroger corporate loosen your labor budget this is not an isolated incident its all the time. I refuse to scan my own groceries unless your going to give me 10 % off my bill.

Why would the store close one section of self checkout 45 minutes before closing on Christmas Eve? The resulting lines were ridiculously long and could have been avoided. Bad judgement call that created a negative customer experience for many. Publix will reap the rewards.

Really disappointed in this Krogers location. They have stopped carrying several of the brands or items that we usually buy. In the past two trips I have made they never have enough checkout lanes open or enough staff working. Ive had $300.00 in groceries both times and had to sack my own groceries while the checkout person didnt even attempt to help me. Conviently there is never a manager around when I ask to speak to one either.

Ive said it before. This is the biggest Kroger store Ive ever visited. It has everything and more than any of the stores around. I love going there.

Nice clean, organized store in the Goodlettsville area! Has a SunTrust bank, Starbucks and a Little Clinic inside. Also has a nice and fresh salad bar and a hot food deli that has real good food!! I gave it 4 stars because the macaroni was not cheesy and the collard greens tastes like it was fresh out the can (like water)!😲The fried chicken is delicious!!

Since the remodel this Kroger location has improved very much. It has a larger health foods section compared to other stores. Only real downside is that this store can get very busy. But they usually have enough lines open.

This is a great Kroger. Plenty of parking and a great variety once inside. I shop here often and usually have a good experience.

Its Kroger. Generally only go here to pick up an item or two on way home from work. They recently did some remodeling to this store. Looks very nice. Was confusing at first, but have gotten used to it. I think it looks better than it did before.

The staff are nice and the fresh produce is usually very well stocked. The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is the fact that it often reeks of fish. Also the parking is horrible.

Pick up a few meats that where on sale so thats always a bonus.

The store is always clean, the staff friendly, and generally the prices are good. You can find certain things like basic fresh vegetables cheaper at other stores, but sometimes the price difference doesnt making traveling to multiple stores worth it.

Its a busy location, but it is large enough to disperse the masses. This location has awesome fresh vegetables and fruits, and Cheese!

I think this Kroger has everything! Staff is friendly and helpful. Its a bit out of the way for me, but Im definitely shopping here again!

This one is better than the one on Indian Lake in Hendersonville, definitely. Their bakery is a bit too sweet and/or stale to my taste. But it seem to have many more healthier choices in organic section. Otherwise, its a Kroger like all others.

This store is sad, the employees are hard working and kind but the managers are awful! A short female manager has been making a scene every time i come into this store. Im not sure what her name is Ross or Rod or something like that but I have seen her make people working in deli cry, the vegetables storm out, where they bring your groceries quit while out in the parking lot not to mention every time i see them argue with a customer! and all this with other managers present!!!!!??????? I will never set foot in this store again until her and any one there above here is fired!!! The store should be ashamed of having such awful people run this place!Don’t believe me?Read the other comments on this hell hole.

This is the friendliest Kroger that Ive been to. All the staff that I saw here were cheerful and looked ready to help. The store is also very big and has a lot to choose from. Wish this Kroger was closer to where I live.

There is something to be said for progress. This store is A+! From the fresh sushi, to the self help scales, with a printed bar code sticker that you put on your fresh produce for faster check out, this store clean and had a fantastic selection

Awfully rude and unprofessional staff at this Kroger. They are mean and disrespectful to the shoppers, at the self scanning section they make you feel like you are trying to steal their products when youre scanning your purchase to pay. Like you wouldnt pay for it! Specifically to people of color... like dude youre are shopping at Kroger? Its ours- the white peoples!!! Arent these people delusional? Everyone here came from somewhere, its just the matter of timing.

Huge store! Shopped really late one night and even though staff was busy stocking, they were friendly and helpful. Ill go back during regular hours to check out their salad bar!

They need to start checking IDs or actual method of payment for your online shopping or else thats gonna become a huge mess. Just ask to see the debit card or their ID upon pickup. Real simple. Prevents unauthorized transactions. Luckily I got MY money back...but there is a card thief within your midst.

Mega Kroger! These places are huge! Cool feel though, I appreciate the open space. This is the place if you are looking for more obscure brands, but dont want to pay specialty store prices.

I went to this Kroger to have lunch and the salad bar was destroyed. Most items were mixed up and the greens were all gone. Highly disappointed. While this store is being renovated the cleanliness was not what I expect. I will not go back to this store.

In the past, Id always say that Kroger has a problem with the trash in the parking lot and not having shopping carts inside. Today was different, the shoppers there were on a other level. Rude times TEN. Love the store but not the customers.

The recent remodel has been a nightmare. You can never find anything you want, and everything gets moved on a daily basis. Every time and my wife want to grill out, the coolers are under maintenance or are just simply out of anything good to grill. Since the start of the remodel theres been an issue with stocking and restocking simple items and are always out of something. I shop at Kroger every night of the week and every night of the week Im disappointed. The only thing that keeps me coming back is that the prices are slightly cheaper than Publix.

I do enjoy this kroger. Employees are friendly and click list is very easy.

Clean store, friendly staff & outstanding selection

I love this Kroger. They have very helpful staff, the food from the deli is great, and the store is always clean. A few months ago, they introduced the ClickList program. Now, you can go to their website, do all of your shopping online, choose a date and pickup time, and someone will bring your groceries to your car for you. This is quite possibly the best thing Kroger has ever done. Its a great time saver.The only thing I dont like about this location is that the parking lot is still a bit small. Even after all of the renovations to the Kroger itself, the lot cant seem to hold all of the people that want to shop there. I guess its a good sign as theyre pretty busy most of the time.

Huge Kroger. Wide aisle and easy identifiable sections. One of the few Krogers that Ive seen with 2 gas stations.

Had moved coffee and Jell-O, asked a customer, where it was at now, found it and a stocker helped me, then. Cashier at self checkout scanned and bagged for me, real nice man. I am going through cancer, gald I had electric cart, hard walking now, had to leave it outside. Sorry for that, always pleasure shopping there.

3rd shift is always poorly staffed. Theres no one running the registers at all. The self service is the only thing open and theres only one employee for it and theyre hardly ever around it take forever. Thats about my only complaint. Everything else is nice about the store... especially the Starbucks.

Went to cash a check they was going to but didnt have enough in the drawer so told me sorry cant I dont have enough I asked can you call the office and get more he nope sure cant they give me so much to start sorry cant help you so I went to Walmart they cashed the check no questions and had to get money from office so Kroger just lost all my shopping and everyone that I can get though to

Asked about a product... employee could not answer... busy doing check list...I saw several employees doing check list . Waited 10 mins in line.Looked at receipt ..e coupon not used...body armour water rang up wrong...I do not like wasting time going back to customer service and waiting.

Because the last 3or4 times Ive been to this store. The stock has been very limited. Especially on normal every day items. Bread Milk butter LG eggs Paper towels. Just to name a few.

I was allowed to do Klickitat and they charged my card then called me a hour before my scheduled pickup and told they cannot fulfill my order and my money would be refunded to me in 4-7 days. Unreal why allow someone to order items and take there money.

They are stepping up their healthier foods. I love it

Dont bother going to the salad bar anytime after 2. Ive gone 4 times & have never found it stocked. 3 out of 4 items were empty & after asking 5 different employees if they were going to restock the salad bar, I never got an answer
