I was looking for a specific truck and had been contacted by several other dealers with these trucks, but when I went to see them, they were not in the condition that they were reported to be in. I was then contacted by Ricardo from Rodeo Ford with the truck I was looking for. When my wife and I arrived the truck was up front and ready for a test drive. We were given the keys a told to go drive anywhere, without the salesman, not done at the other dealerships. Although this truck ended up not being what we wanted after all. Ricardo pointed out another truck make that had all the bells and whistles and was less expensive. My wife and I loved this truck. AMANDA AMANDA AMANDA!! I can not say enough about how she went above and beyond. Took my car in to be serviced under extended warranty and it was obvious she knew her business. She was very informative of every step, gave updates and options and cared about the inconvenience of not having my family vehicle. Im sure she did everything in her ability to make my service appointment as fast and as thorough as possible. I live in north Glendale and she was the only ford center that could take my car for diagnosis by appointment. Every other location needed to keep my car for 10 day average minimum just for diagnosis. At rodeo I got diagnosis, service repair, ordered parts and oil change in 7 days. Id like to rant more but I think Ive made it clear, that AMANDA in the service department and Rodeo ford have made me very very happy! Never ordered a new vehicle in my life, I believed it was from a by gone era, but I was walked thru the process and the order was placed. I had to replace my engine A/C compresser in August 2020, and I took my car to Rodeo Ford, Goodyear. I was charged $2100. for the work they did to my car. They replaced my A/C compresser, and the drive belt. Do not take your car to these thieves. I made a quick glance at my paper bill, and there was a little more service than stated above. An oil change, a radiator flush and a refill, and a third brake light replacement. The total bill was $1962. on my paper bill. But I remember paying with a certified check made out to Rodeo Ford for over $2100.

Now we all know the car buying process can be extremely stressful. Car dealerships have built a negative reputation for taking advantage of customers and capitalizing on there negligence. On my sons 18th birthday we decided to test drive at Rodeo Ford. We were greeted by Francisco Moreno who took care of us the entire time. It was priced about $3000 less than others without all the goodies! He was able to get financed at a low rate which was a miracle since he just turned 18 that day! After months of planning on buying a new car I finally went through with my decisión. Francisco got me into a car that suits me and I recommend him 100%. I am satisfied with my car and I would like to thank FRANCISCO & KENN with getting me through the process smoothly.

The service department and all their managers are crooks!! If I heard it once Ive heard it twice people say never take your car to the dealership for some is a dealership for servicing. But I figured taking your car to a place where they sell your car then people would know how to fix your car. How wrong I was!! My car overheated one night driving back from Maricopa so I had it tow to Rodeo Ford. After keeping my car for over a week they they hit me with a $5000 bill. Of course that price included everything under the sun from breakpads to spark plugs to new windshield wipers so I asked them how much to just fix what caused my car to overheat? That turned out to be about $1500. After paying the 1500 I drove out of their parking lot down to the light and I notice my air condition was blowing strong but extremely hot. I turned around took it back and told them Hey my air is blowing very hot. They kept my car for another 5 days and then told me that I needed a new compressor. They quoted $2800. None of these fees were presented on the original quote for $5000 or the 1500 I just paid. I ended up taking it to a small mechanic shop only for them to call me and say the compressor was disconnected and I needed freon. $370 and an oil change later my car is good as new.

I brought my car in for the works package. Armando was very good at taking care of me. When my service was over he tried to help me to connect up my Bluetooth with my phone. He spent about 20 minutes and unfortunately was unable to do so or but was very kind and diligent to help me.
