Very good breakfast selection. Great service.

Food was yummy, fast, and fresh. Staff was efficient. The first cup of coffee I had was cold, so I went for a different canister and it was hot. Orange juice was tasty. Wish they had the dining area open. Its 100 degrees outside and I wanted to catch up and share a meal with a family member.

My first time trying the sandwich at Einstein Bros Bagels as recommended by my colleague. The staff recommended the farmhouse sandwich and it was delicious. Will definitely try again! 👍🏻

Came Into this location to buy a dozen FRESH bagels. That was not the case. I asked the counter staff if they can heat it up for me since I’m used to the other Einstein stores giving fresh warm bagels. His response we don’t have time to warm them up. I looked around. Only 1 customer. Then asked the other employee about heating the bagels up she said they only come out warm and fresh at 5am. So much for your slogan saying hot fresh everyday.

I walked in yesterday and the line was busy, understandably, as it was close to lunch time. There were two lines with one for order here and pay here. I had a few people behind me and was standing for what felt quite a while and just expected to be acknowledged with Well be right with you or thanks for waiting something to that effect. Instead, everyone had their backs to the customers, working the entire time. I really understand they were busy but then after waiting for what seemed at this point like 10 minutes, I finally asked if I was in the correct line to order. I thought maybe I was just in the wrong line. Im not sure which lady it was but she turned around and told me in a very rude and non-courteous manner and seemed very annoyed that I even asked and said something to the effect of, I have to get this line down first and then well get to you, shouting practically, and then turned back around and ignored me. I said the hec with this and left. Work on your customer service. I went next door to Dinos after and had a fabulous lunch with great service. I wont be back to this location. I love Einstein Bagels and will just have to go to another location next time.

I really love Einsteins and the 3 star rating is for this location. One thing is very important when ordering a Bakers dozen bagels presliced...the slice. We got home and opened the box and the ratio on the cut for, did I mention 13 bagels, was so off. The top was a sliver at best. Though our 2 sandwiches were cut perfectly midline. Another thing, the bagels seemed to be smaller in diameter than they used to be (a few months ago). Ill still eat here, but a warning to you...beware the presliced dozen.

The bagel last a day and get hard super fast. Sliced bagels means sliced not crooked sliced.

Havent been to Einstein in easily 5-6 years, back in Florida. Not sure what happened but this place is nothing like it used to be. They have clearly cut back on how much they give yet are charging more. No reason it should cost $15 for 2 sandwiches. The sandwiches were legit like sliders, not a bagel. Pretty bad when you promote your brand as being bagels. The bagels didnt even holes, last I checked bagels were bigger than a Hawaiian sweet roll. Definitely wont be back.

Service was ok. I went later in the morning, so the bagel selection wasnt as big as earlier, but that is to be expected. Sandwiches were good. My experience was normal. Neither great or bad experience.

I usually get Bosa donuts but today I wanted to do something nice for my coworkers. I went around and got everyones personal order and placed it on the app. The order was waiting for me on a table when I got there.I had to place an additional order so I grabbed my order from the table and waited for my additional bagel.I noticed my box of 13 bagels did not have any cream cheese so when I was called to the counter by my order for a blueberry bagel, I questioned the cashier and he corrected me stating that when you use the app, you have to check every box for every bagel if you want cream cheese. He said there was nothing he could do.So, 13 bagels, no cream cheese....It was my quick determination is that the it does not pay to order ahead on the app.In addition to this, when I got to work, the additional blueberry bagel that I ordered and was called to the counter by ended up being this. When I started to distribute the other bagels when I got to work I was embarrassed really quick. The order was all wrong. I ended up giving the bagel I ordered to someone else and ate the mystery bagel that was in the bag. Ill stick to donuts. less embarrassment

Havent been to one in years. Food was fine. Wish they had seats now that AZ is supposed to be open i thought. But maybe Phx is different.

In Tucson this business still does not allow dine in. Since we were visitors to the area we need a place to sit and eat and use the restroom. Absurd, other places were open and we all follow the social distance rules. However, the Bengals are great!.

Today my daughter turned 20. We decided to celebrate by going to Einsteins for breakfast. Sadly their oven was broken and they had no bagels. Obviously that isnt something they can simply work around. I mentioned that it was my daughters birthday and Im assuming the manager let her pick one of their sweeter items on the house. It was truly very thoughtful and we really appreciated it. Thanks so much!

Three years ago (2017) I posted this: [Sad drink sizes and thin schmear! This medium drink was $2.09!!!]Overall this has been a great place to eat, and I love their rewards program. The drink prices are still ridiculous.Today I completed a mobile order, and really Einstein’s? So disappointed this morning! Look at this green chile bagel with jalapeño salsa schmear. Really? This is the bagel placed on a bag intended to hold one bagel, for size comparison.

Their name is very well known. Their service is the same no matter what state I go to them in its always pleasant. The facility is always clean. Yes they are practicing social distancing.

We love Einstein’s, but this location just seems to be getting worse. They always run out of specific coffees and the customer service just isn’t there. Today we placed an order on the app, we were missing a few items and the half of the things in the bag seemed to be substituted which is fine but the bag was just placed on the rack and no one seemed the need to inform us. Once double checking the receipt we realized we were missing a coffee, when going back in and informing staff they said the espresso machine was broken. Things happens and that’s understandable but even the coffees made prior to it “breaking” were disgusting. When I call the store the young lady tells me the only thing they can do is give me a credit for next time. I really wish there was another location nearby because this one is one of the worse. Even previous times going in to order the girls behind the counter just seem like they do not enjoy being there and they just want to rush everyone out of the store. Please build another location in the Goodyear/ Litchfield area!

A popular local favorite for good reason.

Friendly service, they were quick. Disappointed to see that they didnt enforce their store policy on wearing a mask. Someone pregnant was in the store, mask on, nurse was in there mask on but another with kids all not wearing one making his purchase. If they have a sign posted you have to wear one why cant the employees enforce this for the safety of EVERYONE. Wont be going back even if their bagels are good.

All registers are closed, employees are ignoring customers and you are to only use the app to order. If at first you dont succeed, lower your expectations here.

Best bagels in town

The best ever bagels around Goodyear. We frequent our favorite bagel spot. The Cinnamon Raisin is our favorite but all the others are great too. Made the way you want them. Sandwiches are superb. Go try them out you wont be disappointed.

22 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese and I requested it to not be toasted. 5 employees were working out front and so it wasn’t a staffing issue. What a waste of time.

This place has so many horrible reviews about poor customer service, wrong orders, bad attitude and I could go on. I was thinking of stopping by tomorrow early morning but I think Ill pass this location. I look at reviews before I shop, or eat somewhere these reviews told me all I need to know. Management or Corporate needs to fix this location.

Ive only been to a few Einsteins around the country and this one is somewhat the same. They have this odd set up where you place an order at one end of the counter, then walk to a different counter to pay and get a beverage. However, it seems to work for them.The staff is always really friendly here. The kinds of bagels available depends on what time you get there. They are really good though.

Went to location on dysart rd 3 people came in after me got served I mention wheres my order they gave it to me it was wrong wet back they remade it got in my car on the way home, by the way I am about 5 minutes away, checked it it was cold the bagel could not be eaten because it could not be chewed and nothing was hot or warm horrible location

My husband ordered specifically wheat bagel toasted for my sandwich; I was on phone with him while the order was taken. First a guy was taking our order, then a girl finished it. He gets home and its cold white bread, not even a bagle, not wheat or toasted. Now he has to drive all the way back. Obviously, the two employees did not listen at all. Havent been to Eisteins in a long while and we wont be going back.

Worst experience ordering online- 3x I have ordered and they get the wrong order exhausting and I can’t get a manager on the phone.

This was my very first time in here and will for sure be my last nor will I even think about recommending this specific location to anybody. Although the food was very good the customer service was trash. You should really think and consider moving the girl you have upfront in the glasses because all she’s going to do is kill the business with her very depressed mood and rude attitude.To some this review may sound ridiculous but when you’re big on customer service the slightest change can make the biggest difference.

This one has lots of space, tables and chairs. Was as fast as expected. Asked for extra cream cheese and I do believe we have a different understanding of what extra means.

There is nothing better than getting up early in the morning and walking in to be greeted by the smell of warm fresh bagels and then sit down to enjoy a nice toasted one. This place is addicting. I downloaded the app and get points to earn rewards for future visits since I am a repeat customer. The bagels are not hard like the store package bagels they are soft and they taste delicious. They have a variety of choices and the Almond Butter spread is to die for.

Lines are often long but if you order ahead its always waiting on a table on the inside and grab and go

I love their protein bagel with honey or cream cheese. Always good bagels and coffee. When I lived in Tempe I use to frequent the one off rural road. I like the big wooden table you can sit at and meet people who sit at the same table. Pretty cool social meeting you place. I would often read a book and work on my lap top in he morning times and get stuff done while eating and drinking unlimited coffee! Free refills. Good stuff!

Bagels were fresh and good. If you dont know anything about bagels, the menu is very overwhelming. I had no clue what smear was nor a few other things in the menu. Busy, but efficient.

Kind of expensive. And it was a basic breakfast. See as frugal people we know to keep ourselves out of shops like this.but I was getting my tire done there at the discount tire and really didnt have anything else near there to eat so I went there. I wasnt impressed, and I wont go back.

Love the bagels. Did have to ask the cashier to remove her gloves after she was touching money and running the register and with the same gloves she went to get my bagel out of the display.

We come here a lot on Monday mornings and the staff is always overworked. The lines are big and not enough staff. My bagels are never cut well, a lot of them are cut very poorly so I have to recut them at home which sometimes doesnt work so well. Great bagels and shmears though.

Bagels are delicious. Customer service is horrible! We went there around 9:30 Saturday and they were basically out of bagels. They said they had fresh ones that would be finishing up around 10. So, we came back at 10 and they still were out of most of the bagels. Not pleased at all. Id rather go to Frys with this kind of service

This particular location needs some work.We dont generally frequent this side of town but happened to be here one morning and decided to grab some bagels. The restaurant was very disorganized and there were more dirty tables than there were clean to choose from.The staff was very rude and very disorganized. We ordered an iced coffee and they didnt bother to hand us a cup or explain where the coffee was located at all. In fact, the cashier didnt speak to us period- not a greeting of hello, how is your morning or verification of our order.The wait for our food was excessively long for the amount of people in the restaurant. My boyfriend got his bagel and I had to wait another ten minutes for mine-meanwhile the man two people behind us in line got his bagel which was essentially the same thing I ordered!The icing on the cake though was when I got the bagel and it was cold (I ordered it toasted) and the tomatoes on top were completely green.It was a really and unfortunate experience because I have been to several other Einstein locations with no problem at all.Customer service and quality assurance are surely not their main focus at this location.

So why does a place that sells bagels have none? Before noon on a Tuesday and last week at 10:30 am, and most of the bagels are already gone. How do you make money with no bagels? The gal at the counter said if you call first, well have them ready for you.

This place was popping Saturday morning, I just got a plain bagel with plain cream cheese double toasted. Kind of hard to mess that up. It was perfect.

So we drove like 20 miles to get a Cranberry bagel, and a Naughty monkey for my daughter, they didnt have them. I guess they dont make them anymore, I know its been a while for the Cranberry bagel, but thought it was seasoned 😐

There is a great selection of bagels. Also a nice selection of schmears. The bagels had a good body to them and nice chew. If your looking for a good bagel then give them a try!

Eat here very often, good selection and speedy service. Plenty of tables and lots of parking in the strip mall. They are in a good location and the people are friendly. Always recognize me and remember what I normally order.

I love the bagels here! Always fresh and slightly chewy with some resistance upon the bite. If you have Samsung pay/Google pay ask them where they swipe the cards and hold it over the card slider. Worked for me and they didnt know about it.

Goid prices, staff willing to accommodate soecial requests. Love the lunch sandwiches and Caribou coffee.

Their bagels are always good. Be sure to call ahead if you are wanting specific bagels as several of the variations sell out quickly and it may be awhile before another batch is ready. Ex. (the chocolate chip and cinnamon sugar bagels)

Ordered a delivery for my office of bagels and coffee1. The delivery window was 7:45-8:00am I got the delivery at 8:40am2. No one contacted me to let me know they were late, I had to call two locations to find out3. They asked how many guests, I entered 13. They brought 1 plate and 1 knife ...Not happy with your service.

You better go early because they stop baking early and after 10 not much variety left
