Josue was extremely knowledgeable and really helped us pick the right mattress. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to upsell us on extra items or push us out of our budget. He showed us several options at different price ranges, and explained the science and benefits behind each one. Where do I start....we have purchased from Mattress Firm many times in the past...but I have to acknowledge the wonderful experience at this particular location, especially Tamara Flores, the Sleep Expert who assisted us. My wife and I took time over 4 different visits to the store to decide on the mattress that we believed would be right for us. From our first visit to our last visit, not once were we pressured in the slightest degree by Tamara to make a decision. She allowed us to browse each and every mattress, time to lay on them all, and answered questions always with a smile! In fact, she allowed us so much time to ourselves I actually fell asleep twice just having more than adequate time to try each mattress and make a selection without a sales person talking about why I needed every mattress I laid on. In todays world not being pressured by a salesperson in a store is almost unheard of. BTW..we probably spent at least a minimum of 2 hours each time we visited and tried mattress after mattress, finally getting down to our final selection. When we finally made our decision she worked with us to make the purchase easy with the best pricing available. The mattress we purchased can be bought at stores all over Phoenix, but the service she provided is truly one of a kind! If you are looking for a mattress my wife and I strongly advise you to take the drive to this location and ask for Tamara. You will experience customer care and a friendly attitude with no pressure. Go try to find that anywhere else....its not easy to do!!! 5 stars is actually not enough!!!

Josue was fantastic in helping me pick the right bed for me. I went in with my best friends, we both are disabled veterans of the marine corps, and have back issues. Josue took the time to show us mattresses that would best allow us to get the best and most comfortable sleep. We ended up not just leaving with 1 bed for me, but a second one for my friend! He made sure to take care of us and I would recommend working with Josue if you are shopping for a new bed!

We purchased our mattress after finding it online. Well we later found that its too soft for us. One of the reasons we chose Mattress Firm is the fact that they want you to have the best mattress for your needs. They offer the option to choose another mattress after trying the initial one for up to 120 days. Unfortunately we had to use this option. So we went into to local store to try out some alternates and found the perfect mattress for us. The only thing that we didnt care for is the fact that they didnt have our new pick in stock, so we have to wait a few weeks. Not a big deal, but like everything else you want it yesterday. Other than that, everything was great. Every person we came in contact with from our initial purchase to discussing the exchange and then making our final selection. Each and every person was so nice and understanding. I personally emailed, texted and called multiple people to explore the best option for us and everyone was fantastic. We havent gotten our second mattress yet, but its expected to be here in another 10 days. I cant wait. Anyway overall its been a great experience. I thought great customer service was a thing of the past, but I was obviously wrong when it comes to Mattress Firm. Great Job Mattress Firm!!! Keep up the great work!! (Now get me my new mattress. My back is killing me!)

We are so glad that Jason was at the Dysart location when we came in, as he told us he’s normally elsewhere. We have been through 3 mattresses in 5 years, each bought through mail-order companies (2 from WayFair and 1 from Nectar). All 3 started great, but developed a definite ‘jump’ in the middle of the bed. We finally decided to try a traditional mattress rather than memory foam, and Jason was excellent at walking us through all our choices, not pushing us in to anything, and answering all our questions.

Roger Pitts is an extremely knowledgeable staffer. Helped us navigate through the types of mattresses that were good for side sleepers. Explained the pros and cons of different types of mattresses i.e foam, hybrid, standard. Roger explained the benefits of an adjustable base vs standard base. We can’t wait to get our new mattress !!

This is one of the easiest purchases that I’ve ever made. I realized when we bought a new bed that we needed a low profile box spring set. I called Mattress Firm, one call, they were able to search the inventory of all of the stores and with a little luck, were able to find what I needed even though COVID-19 had made Items scarce.Mattress firm offered to deliver the next day but I wanted to pick it up on the same day so they sent me a link so I could pay for it online and when I went to pick it up it took less than 10 minutes to get it loaded and I was off.Within 90 minutes of discovering that I needed a low profile box spring for my new king size bed, I was looking at my completely made new bed with box springs in my bedroom.With a 10 year warranty it is very unlikely that I will need anything from mattress firm for a decade but I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

If I could give this review 10 stars I would! My husband and I just moved to Phoenix and the same day we rolled in with the moving truck, we went out to buy a bed! We did not bring a bed with us (using an air mattress until we found something) so we were super motivated to fine something great... and FAST! Marchelle Was AMAZING!!!!! I never knew buying a bed could be so fun! She listened to our needs and budget and found the perfect bed for us! The process was so smooth, easy and stress free! She is so very knowledgeable and clearly loves what some does. If you need a new mattress PLEASE go see her. Another great thing is we went to the store on a Friday and our bed is being delivered on Sunday!!!! Talk about fast!!! Mattress firm has never disappointed me. The prices are good and the staff knows the products. I enjoyed my visit today with Mr. Patrick. He understood my urgency for quick delivery and never pressured me into a more expensive product.

First and foremost, we had been in the store once before, in fact 2 weeks later is when we finally made our decision but our sales lady remembered our names with no coaching! That means a ton when it comes to personalized shopping, it says she listened to us, she cared and when the time came to make the deal, we knew that we were dealing with someone that wasnt just looking for the next tick on the board. It also didnt hurt that we had sent my father in law into the store a week prior to purchase a mattress and he made a lasting impression :)Good selection at all price points, one series is still on the overly expensive side, we didnt buy that series. Personally and this has nothing on the store, its the system in general, a mattress should not cost a mortgage payment but then you only buy one about every 8 to 10 years so if you look at it from that perspective 2500 dollars / 10 years is 250 / yr and I can spend that in 2 meals at some local restaurants so I guess it all works out in the end but again, the mattress industry needs to lower the prices!Back to the store, weve shopped here before, easy to access location, get some sushi or a Jersey Mikes and then come in for a new mattress, what could be easier!Thank you for the great experience well see you again in 2028!
