I bought a fuel ex. I had an issue with the rear shock. That have gone up and beyond to fix my issue. This store has green so great to work with. Wish all bike shops were like this one!

Friendly staff!! I recently took my Team bike for a tune up, upon arrival the staff checked me in and did a quick bike check, they gave me an estimate cost for the tune up parts and the time it would take. They got it done the same day and I just decided to pick it up the following day.When I pick it up it was was the same level of care we received the previous time. Now for the not so great.. their show room is bare, not many choices to pick from in bikes or accessories. I asked about that and they said that the supply and demand is high, but I have a hard time believing that they can get bikes in... In conclusion, I will continue to brink my bikes there for service since they are friendly and affordable!👍

My bike recently experienced a flat. My husband brought in my bike to be repaired. While looking at the bike the technician noticed there was a puncture in my front tire and the tires themselves had issues. They were able to get the parts needed for my bike in less than 24 hours while doing quality work in the repairs. I highly recommend this location.

Shem was great, installed a dropper seat post on my bike and was very quick and professional about it. I will definitely be bringing my bikes here.

Stopped in to talk to someone about the Project One build I had just completed on their website.Finally was able to locate an associate who proceeded to tell me to go back home and finalize everything there. 😕I explained that I was as far as I could go…..he again said to go back on line and if I couldn’t complete the process to come back in.I left wondering what the hell just happened.Oh well, I am happy as hell with my Specialized Roubaix Expert.

I stopped by to get my wifes bike worked on today (Mothers Day). Mike S. was fantastic. He grabbed the bike and worked on it immediately. He true the back wheels and did some tuning and 30 minutes later I was out the door to surprise her. Extremely happy with the service and professionalism the staff provided today. Repeat customer for sure.

Spoke to a gentleman named Mike who was awesome over the phone, but when I got to the store the associate who helped me and my partner had no customer service skills. I had 2 bikes, 1 bike needed both inner tubes changed and the other needed the brakes adjusted. After he finished repairing both bikes I paid and then noticed that the bike that had the brakes adjusted tire was a little low. I asked the gentleman if he could put some air in that tire and he said yes but his body language said he really didnt want to. From my experience this is a basic service when getting a bike repaired. This location really needs to work on customer service.

Always a joy working with the guys and gals at Trek West Phoenix on both sales and service! Just got some new Shimano XT brakes installed on my Giant Trance. They also did a quick once over the bike to make sure everything was in tip top shape as part of the service.

Ive gone from New England riding to the desert so tips to transition are great. Been using trek for over 6 years. I own Specialized too but my Trek is my baby.

The personnel at the Trek Store are very professional and knowledgeable about the products. The mechanics I’ve done a good job servicing my bikes and time in a timely fashion. They are very community oriented to. They’ve worked with local middle and high schools mountain bike teams by being there to fix any problems that incur on race days.

I’ve been bringing all of my bikes here for a few years (6+). I’ve ALWAYS received an amazing service by the whole crew, from regular tune ups to wheels builds, gear issues, you name it. Very fast repairs under favorable circumstances and some have taken long enough to get my bike rolling the right way and when I’ve had warranty issues they’ve taken well care of me. We wanted to take our camping experience up a notch and after seeing a few YouTube Vids from people like Steve & Dusty Betty who we follow for RVing it was a natural to want to move into this space for our RV trips.First visit we went in with the idea that Trek was way beyond our price point, their reputation is high-end and 4-thousand dollar bikes are well outside our price range. What we found was that there were some bikes perfectly suited to our price range and a support staff (TJ) more than willing to work with us to zero in on what we were looking to do and what we needed to get us there.After 3 visits and the intention of picking up Trek Marlins we actually opted to jump up a level or two to the Trek Roscoes because we had found that there were some features at that level that would benefit what we were going to do which was overnight bike-packing and trail riding.Overall, we really enjoyed the experience and look forward to working with this team again as they warranty and support experience they offer is nothing short of excellent.

So pleased and delighted with this bike shop. Took in a Kona Hei Hei for some safety repair, unsure of what it really needed (pretty unnerving feeling). They helped me right away. They looked at the bike and talked me through the range of best-worst case scenarios. They fixed it the same day (had parts in stock!). And the best part, they called with a bill even lower than the best case scenario. They will get ALL of my future bike repair/tuning business. Im so pleased and I appreciate they are passionate about the sport and providing quality service. What a great shop. Highly recommend.

The customer service is excellent here, Even before I bought my Trek bike I would take my old used starter bike in for service and I always received great service. The staff took the time make certain I understood the repair process and what my options were. I never felt I was talked down to or ignored because I was a woman or because I was new to the sport. When I was ready for my new bike the purchase process was just as supportive, I felt like the team listened to what kind of riding i was doing and what type of ridding I wanted to work toward. I have had my new Fuel EX 8 for about 6 months and there is nothing that bike wont do, Not only has my ridding improved, mountain biking has gotten even more fun. I brought a 26” beach cruiser wheel in for a wheel bearing replacement I was told it would be cheaper to just buy a new wheel, so I did... they told me they had a replacement in stock so I bought it. Only after mounting a sprocket and trying to put the tire(which took an hour of my time) on did I realize they sold me the wrong size wheel as it was a 700cc... I disassembled the wrong wheel and took it back for them to tell me they had to order the correct wheel and it would arrive Tuesday.. so that Wednesday I called to see if it had come in... and they said it was behind schedule and would be there on Friday.. so I waited for a call saying it was in and nothing.. so that Sunday I called again to see if my wheel had arrived... and sure enough it had not... being patient because of the pandemic I accepted that it was running late... I asked how much longer and they couldn’t give me an answer other than it had arrived in phx and should be here by the end of the day or Monday... so it has now been a week and a half since they ordered it for me... and I keep getting the run around even though I could’ve ordered the same wheel on Amazon with 2 day delivery for cheaper that the 70$ I already paid the trek store... I’d much rather spend my money at a locally owned shop than Amazon but after this run around I doubt I will be shopping at this store anymore...

I had problems with my back gears. So I bought my bike in to be major tuneup and then I decided to go back and get my wives bike and so a tuneup on hers also. We were very happy with the friendly and fast service I would definitely use them again.

I ordered a custom Independent Fabrication frame from Brian and his crew, and I had them build it up for me. Brians customer service was absolutely spectacular. Brian know bikes and his customers. The staff were all excited for me to receive by custom bike. Ive been to bike shops across the country, Trek West is among the best.

Brought my bike in for a tuneup. Shem worked on it for about 30-40 minutes. When he was done told me I was good. Went to pay and told me no charge. These guys will be getting my business again.

We went in to have tires replaced on two bicycles.My husband asked if we should come back at a later date to pick them up and the guy that helped us said do you have five minutes?A team came out from the back and they had the bikes up on the rack and the tires changed in five minutes flat.All of the employees were efficient polite until an amazing job.Don’t go anywhere else to get your bike fixed!

Was feeling like my bike fit was off after visiting another shop, and a friend referred me to Glen. He was amazing - took his time, asked great questions, totally apt to make micro adjustments. They’ve got all the technology but still also check in with your feel for your bike. Highly recommend for anyone needing to get more comfortable and more aggressive positioning to go and see Glen!

Nice shop and quick fix for a couple items on my bike at a great cost!

All of them are helpful but Shem was very helpful, quick and polite! We were there for under 10 minutes and got what we needed.

Long story short, my boyfriend bought me a nice used bike. The rear tire kept going flat no matter how many patches he and I had put on. I noticed the spokes where protruding into the rim so I brought the tire into the shop and wanted a whole new set up. My salesman was great (sorry, I can’t remember his name) but in the end, they did not have the rim I needed and couldn’t it get until mid September. So for now, he put three rim strips on for me. I was super happy knowing I would be able to ride later tonight. Amazingly enough, now that the tire and bike are FINALLY ready to go, it is raining. Raining hard. Joy.

You guys were fantastic!...until we made it to the front desk. I came in to get a new tube, tire patches, spare tube, and some goo for my bike, and everything was great. You showed me how to do everything. My only issue was when we made it to the front desk and you asked me if you could help the older white guy that was waiting at the counter before you finished with me. I didn’t bring it up because it was the wrong place to create a fuss, but what makes him a priority over helping me if we were already in the process of making a transaction? I hope its not the color of his skin. Thank you. Please don’t do this to anyone else regardless of their skin, gender, beliefs etc. -local minority

Im a bike dummy, so I was a bit anxious coming in to ask questions I probably shouldve already known the answer to. Each time, someone helped me out and explained everything I didnt know. On top of that, I wasnt charged anything to fix the errors I had made. Super helpful each time and very friendly. Highly recommend!

Great bike shop...however young employee was NOT wearing a mask, as a customer, I felt extremely uncomfortable. Al customers were wearing masks. Perhaps the face wearing did not apply at the Trek store. Other than that, very well kept!

I’m new to the mechanics of a bike and not to familiar with what I needed to do to fix it, additionally the staff couldnt be better and helped pinpoint and identify the issues I was having with my bike.
