We started shopping here when Payless Shoes went out of business. This is the most convenient shoe store near us. They sell name brand shoes and socks at reasonable prices. The service is fantastic too.

Its a good place to shop for shoes. But make sure you check out the clearance section as well. I wear a 5-6 and always find something in that area. Lots of families were buying their kids shies here the same day I went. Nice, friendly employees.

Back to school shopping was great. They had some very nice quality shoes for great prices. We made out with 6 pairs of shoes and 3 bundles of socks for a steal.

Nice selection needed a quick pair of dress shoes, lady helped me quick without asking. Ill come back to check out the athletic section

Will not be returning! Good store with great shoes but the managers are very unprofessional. Enrique stood up front for my entire visit on his phone. I asked for help and he called for somebody else to help me.It seemed like he cares more about what was on his phone than anything in the store.The associate that came to help was very rude and in a rush to get away, they hardly answered my question before disappearing on me.

As a man of average shoe size (10.5) I often find a shoe I really like but my size is sold out. Fortunately, Shoe Carnival online can find what I want and ships fast. They also run a buy one get one half off deal quite frequently which I very much enjoy.

Love how my online order won’t go through but you guys have no problem processing payments and taking it 3 times from me. All because my shipping and billing address are different. i’ve never had this be an issue before with any online order ever. Now i get to dispute over $250 of fraudulent charges.

Nice staff, but out of the three shoes I wanted, not one in my size, very disappointed.

I inadvertently duplicated an order and was informed that they could not cancel it because it was already processed and it was too late to cancel. Note: I contacted customer service 4 mins after I placed the order. I was informed I could send back the second order but I would have to pay for shipping. Clearly the order was not processed as my Paypal account still listed the charges as pending. I would not recommend ordering online from this site.

Store not open on time, due to no staff

I placed an order for a pair of shoes last night and immediately realized I made a mistake on sizing. I requested the order be cancelled immediately and I was told it was “too early” to cancel and to try back in the morning. First thing this morning I contacted customer service and asked for the order to be canceled and was told I’m now too late. Super disappointed that a simple process is so difficult. I now will have to wait for the shoes to arrive and send them back in order to get a refund. I’ve also worked in this industry before and know just how simple it is to cancel an order, and it’s frustrating companies make people jump through hoops.

They have no shoes over a size 12👎🏽and employees arent much help

Very pricey for me. However I bought New Balance because my foot doctor recommended it to me and I am very happy with how comfortable they are.

They refused to give me my return in cash even though I had the receipt and there store policy on the receipt states cash returns with receipt. I shop somewhere else from now on.

Called ahead to ask if they carried womens size 11 & 12 in store. Was assured they did, in every beans they carried. Made the 30 minute drive. THEY DONT. Straight up lie. The ONLY size 11s they had were returns from online in the clearance section. Not a single pair of 12s to be found.

It was good except very few shoes in womens 11D. Staff very accommodating.

Well I did love there store til I just drove 15 miles to get here b4 8:00pm well I get here and they closed early why would you do that ?accommodate your customers and Stay open regular hours and clean after you close oh well your loss. Im going to famous footwear now

Good sales, BUT workers will take clearly worn and used shoes as a return and place them back on the shelf. Upon checking out today the clerk was using double gloves and chemicals to clean very used shoes, I asked why and they said to resale them. Gross.

I stopped in to take advantage of their BOGO sales ended up spending half of what I had originally budgeted! Super good deals great way to start out the back to school shopping! Highly impressed with the accuracy of all of the ads that I found online where the same in the store. Store was very clean and organized. Also the staff was helpful and more than willing to help us find the right shoe size.

Dont really find too many shoes I like there. Found one today and of course didnt have my size. But wife found a pair for a good price she is really happy with.

Found a great pair of dress shoes for a wonderful price. The employees are super nice and even gave us a coupon when we were there. My dress shoe is also really comfortable and its for a wedding so not only am I happy but excited I got a cute pair of shoes for such a good price.

It was ok at first until they blocked my account, the reason they said was because I was shipping shoes to other places when in fact I have a huge family and number of friends in other states And was sending them birthday gifts,they did not want to help me they beat around the bush made me wait hours on hold then ignore emails and also don’t respond and not respond in a timely manner aswell, I don’t understand,treating a valued customer this way is wrong plus the money of the transactions they’ve cancelled hasn’t been dropped or refunded so then call the bank and it’s just a huge hassle!dont waste your time with the website or store if your shipping gifts somewhere else because even though you spend money to get the free shipping you will probably get your account put on hold too.

Surprised at the amount of selection they had for all ages and sizes. I brought my grandmother in here searching for shoes for a special event, and she was able to find several pairs that she liked. She did however wish that they carried more of the larger sizes 10s and 11s. But overall we were pleased with our experience.

I have been shopping at Shoe Carnival for many many years. I absolutely find lots of things that I love there. I am a shoe person. So if you buy a lot of shoes its a good idea to shop there because you can get a lot for your money. I love the shoes and I love the prices. Everytime I get an email I have to look because I always see something else I need

I have a very hard time finding shoes that fit because of my very odd shaped feet, yet somehow I managed not to find not just one, but TWO pairs of shoes. These shoes were not only comfortable for me, but I also didnt have to sacrifice style for them, and Ive never been happier with a purchase for my feet.

I was specifically looking for dressy shoes to go with a formal dress for a wedding. They didnt have what I needed but looking around they do have cute shoes, affordable prices, and a good selection of sandals, sneakers, and casual shoes. Their staff was very friendly and tried to help the best they could. I will definitely be back when I go shopping for those type of shoes.

Decent selections but way over priced on most kids shoes. $70 for children’s Nikes?? 70 bucks lol Went in and bought two pair of kids shoes consisting of a converse all-star low top size 8 and a size two regular Nike, buy one get one 50%, still spent $80. Way overpriced. Mid top adult converse all star on their ‘clearance’ rack at $55 LOL .. I happened to be wearing the exact same shoe but got mine at Kohl’s for $25 three weeks prior... trying too hard to be footlocker

However the customer service is...... well let me paint a picture, imagine being in a corn maze trying to find help... but the corn maze is actually closed and its night time, think of a cemetery at night, geez they are probably looking at the video footage of me laughing like that old man holding a dollar on the fishing pole for geico.... all most got it .... finding help was like trying to find my contact at an open bar ..... will not go back ...
