The signage that was up for the sports bras I was purchasing were not correct. The manager on duty, Sergio told me they were not on sale even though the signs were up. He said they were different sports bras on sale. After trying to dismiss me when I asked him to show me which ones, he finally went over to them with me. It took him quite some time to find the ones that matched the sale sign exactly because the signs made no sense and were confusing.So, he left after he finally found the ones on the sign and I stayed looking for my sizes. I took those to the cashier that was helping me & those particular sports bras didn’t come up on sale either. So frustrating. She had to call Sergio back over & he just corrected the price to match the sale sign & did not even acknowledge me or apologize for the obvious issues with their pricing/sale signs. Poor customer service from him and just plain rude. I’m pretty sure the other sports bras I tried to buy in the first place were on sale too or the price should have been honored since that’s what the sign said.

Love this store! Weve been shopping here for years. With the price of everything skyrocketing you can still get a great bargain at Pennys. And theres even a coupon you can often use on their website. I still prefer to shop in person not on line, especially for clothing and shoes. If we dont support the few stores that are left theyll all end up closing their doors like so many already have. Shop local, shop with your family, and make it fun😊

Funny how easy it is to just forget about JCPenney. But I have to say they have a great selection and with coupons and sales the prices are quite good. I went in looking for a light sweatshirt for my 89 year old Dad. The funny thing is that every time I am looking for a pull over sweatshirt all I can find are ones with zippers and vice versa. Today was no exception but I managed to find one nice hooded sweatshirt with a zipper but they didnt have his size. I did however show him how he could look online and find his size in the same sweatshirt. I do wish I was in the market of a pullover sweatshirt they really had some great ones!

We came here to pick up an order. Long story about problem with order ... So, we ended up going in the store to check out the problem. So glad we did.Nether one of us had been in a JC Penney for years and we were very pleasantly surprised. The store was very clean, pleasant and well-stocked. Good number of people there.As far as working out our issues, customer service was great and very helpful. Agree took the time to explain everything. She was great!

I went to several stores looking for diamond earrings for my wife for Christmas. Lots of those stores never asked if I needed help or greeted me or when they did help they were too busy trying to help other people at the same time, nothing wrong with that but they never checked back in with me. I went to JCPenny and Sheri J at the jewelry counter was very helpful she showed me several diamond earrings and never left me hanging or ignored me to help other customers. I was very happy with my experience with Sheri and JCPenny. Will definitely go back there.

I went shopping for dress shirts, and the section was a little neglected. The fitting room did not have an attendant, but they were clean and open. I found what I needed and the cashier was very friendly. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Not very please... After my purchase, I rushed straight home only to find the lady who checked us out, left a security tag on my clothes. I wasnt able to take them back same day as I had engagement. Long story short went back today to have it removed & the lady accused me of stealing. I threw the receipt away all I had to show proof was my recent JCP credit card activity. After a back & forth she just said ok just take the tag off... like wth I spent over $200 & Im treated like a thief cause an employee overlooked the security tag. Moral of the story is check your clothes at the check out counter. I know Ill be doing that from now on!

The manager Rachel was very rude to my daughter and her mother.. My daughter was trying to check out with my card number while I was on phone with her.. jcpennys dont have a policy inplace saying they want take form of payment over phone or wont accept numbers vs card being present of purchase. Ive done this before in other stores.. I was willing to show identification and have my daughter put last 4 of my social.. clerk checking my daughter out and says she need to ask manager.. Manger(Rachel) walks up and says its policy then walks off. Unbelievable

The most disorganized store ever!!! Everytime I come here theres a problem and issue, either using a coupon or items being priced wrong. They also took out the price scanners so you have to search for an employee with a scanner or you can download the app and take up space on your phone. They also close at 9:30pm but the website says 9pm as well as no hours listed on the door. The managers are terrible they would rather you shop else where. If it wasnt for employees like Justin and Yesenia I would avoid this place at all cost. By the way I found these nice mens converse in the womens department.

This has become my new go to retail store. I stopped throwing my money at Kohls when they stopped selling My Pillow and became too political. So now I am in love with JC Penney. They are a bit further for in person shopping, but I buy a lot online. Welcome back into my world JCP.

The young lady named Genesis was very helpful helping me find my product. She spent time with me and answered all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable. I am looking forward to working with her again to help me make a selection.

The store was clean, the bathrooms are old but clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.We were not Black Friday shopping but got some awesome deals.Only issue is the internet the middle and back of the store, I was trying to locate a coupon and had to ask to the front t of the store.

We always find what were looking for, and they have great sales and special promotions. The fitting rooms could use a fresh coat of paint and a little updating, but I was pleasantly surprised at how sincerely friendly and helpful the staff was! There were always sales associates near by on the floor to help us find our size/style, they were knowledgeable about their products and the locations of their merchandise, and they genuinely wanted to be helpful!

I like them. They have styles that are age appropriate for me. Hope they can stay in the area.

To all that read my post. Do not allow covid to run our daily lives in what we do, where we go. Go out and enjoy what you like to do. JPENNYS for example, before Ive seen a lot of ppl shop on the weekends or weekdays. This past Saturday it didnt look full. These businesses that been around for so many years need our support. And, I mean al over the USA. Of course, go out with cautious. I hate to see many locations or eateries go out of business bcs of this stupid covid. Be supportive...

Purchased a few rings for Christmas, returned in January to get them sized. I have called and have been unable to speak with someone in the jewelry department. I went to the store late February for an update since the estimated return date was February 7th. The person was very rude and didnt bother to look up the items or even look at the paperwork before saying you should have called and walked away. I get that there may be delays because of the pandemic but if customer service only applies to make a sale, I dont recommend this store

Waited more than 40min....the guy only gave me one item of 7. Then tells me to wait for cancelation email on other items. I called customer service and they said i need to get a refund from the store if items are not there which it shows they are in stock. Then he goes back to the store and brings the rest of my items!

Been going to Sara at Salon for 10 years. The best. Always does an excellent job coloring and cutting my hair. I also like to shop after my appointment. The only drawback is this store is very busy. Sometimes the line is very long but the cashiers do move it fairly quickly.

The wait in line at this store is just awful. Items are expensive enough to have a quick checkout, but it feels like shopping at Ross, except the line would probably move faster there. (25 min wait line/2 cashiers)

JCPENNEY had a sale of a lifetime. I purchased 10 face towels that was $3.00 ea. and 12 bath towels that was $6.00 ea. That wash beautiful and fluffy. It was on Sunday 11/24/19 It was early Black Friday sales. Great sales!!!

I like the fact that JCPenney has everything you need. They always have sales. Just keep up with them because sometimes the items you need arent on sale. But wait a few days and they have some very good deals. Personnel is very friendly, regardless of the long holidays hours.

The store looked a little cleaner and better organized when I was in there. A while back it looked like it was in a downhill slide... There are many clothing choices for the whole family. Also shoes and having a Sephora in the store is very helpful.

This is a very nice little JCP store. Selection of women’s clothing was very good and well-priced. There is an in-store Sephora boutique, as well, and I received a nice set of moisturizers as a gift for shopping during my birthday month! Nice!The staff were helpful and courteous and the premises were clean and modern. I will definitely return to this location. The only reason it didn’t receive 5 stars is because the checkout process was quite lengthy. The line was long (Saturday afternoon) and no additional checkers were available to manage the volume of shoppers. Will go during off-peak hours when I return.

Every time Ive been here the employees are helpful. I also went to Sephora, its always so busy but I have to say there is a girl that is very professional and super helpful. She was the only one there at the time she amazed me, she was taking care of customers on the floor and checking out. Her name is Candace. She kept her cool and was so sweet to all the customers. Definitely will be going back.

The mens fashion looks like a tornado ran through it and the employees walked around like everything was ok. Well, besides avoiding eye contact and hiding in the dressing room area. Also, theres a promotion were shoppers get 30% off, but the cashiers dont know how it works. So if you do go, please have some patience with them.

I pushed a wheelchair and hard to through at woman plus area and I looked a clearance sale women size and found a beautiful dress and sweater but there were small size and looked mixed up size, too. The rack is overwhelming and too tight, cant pull out hanger from rack. That I dont like and walked away and waste of time to find it.

I know its Black Friday, However the App does not work at all in store, all of the price checkers have been removed from the store for reasons unknown . Not even the employees working can help wth checking prices. And just because you grab 2 of anything ( Pants, shirts, etc .) From the same sale doesnt mean they are the same price !!!!!! And then it takes forever to get help correcting anything.

I absolutely LOVE this store. This store has a bunch of clothes to choose from. The employees here are very nice and helpful. I suggest you come to this store, especially with the great deal going on for the month of July. This month (July) is Black Friday month, so come here for awesome deals! Some of the jeans and suits are buy one and get one for 1 cent. Thats a pretty good deal!
