Great experience 👍🏻 I scheduled an appointment to get a TB Test at MinuteClinic, once I arrived the front receptionist was very helpful and guided me to the check-in machine. Not even 5 minutes in the waiting area and I was called back. The worker doing the test was very friendly, considerate, and held a good conversation with me. Very fast and to the point.

Don’t come here, pharmacist is filling prescriptions without a mask. How do I know that my sons meds aren’t contaminated now. We are in the middle of a pandemic. How are we to trust CVS that our meds aren’t going to hurt us because they are not following CDC guidelines.

Just had the worst experience with this store I have had at almost any place. I ordered pictures and went to the store 90 min later to pick up. They tell me that half my pictures printed and the other half did not. Jerry says he will go check the printer only to find out its out of paper on both sides. I wait and he calls up a manager Nina. Him and Nina proceed to both go on registers and check out customers for 10 min while I stand there. After 10 min I say something about how I ordered over an hour ago and now sitting here waiting and Nina was very rude saying she does not have a crystal ball and did not know. They replace the paper and then proceed to print my order 3 more times while I stand there and it turns out the same. 45min after arriving I tell them to stop printing it and I will go somewhere else but I want the pictures they have of mine as I dont want them just hanging on to my pictures. Nina then starts laying out all my pictures on the counter with a line of people behind me. I tell her to stop and she says they cant give me the pictures they printed 3 times!! They refuse to give me my pictures after making me wait for 45 min. for an order that was now placed over 2 hours prior.

This Pharmacy is a joke. They tell you it’s going to be 25min (after it’s already been called in) and i ended up waiting more than 2 1/2 hours and I still didn’t get my medication because I could not wait with how I was feeling. If i could give them no stars i would.

Worst pharmacy ever. Every prescription is a fight to get filled within 24 hours. They have been in process of filling my medication for chemo since Tuesday. Its Saturday and the pharmacist said they need more time to fill because they are backed up. That is always the excuse or how they are short staffed. Ready to leave CVS all together at this point.

I just had the best pharmacy experience ever this morning! IRENE was awesome and went above and beyond for my husband and I today. She got us info on how to contact the workmans comp case worker that we needed and a coupon for cheaper scripts. Definitely an exemplary employee and cares about customers. Thank you Irene!

Worst location Ive ever encountered. They never have your prescriptions ready. Every time Ive ever had a script called in, its never ready when I arrive no matter how long its been... Im not talking hours either. 2 days, 3 days, doesnt matter. Every time without fail you WILL wait in line for 15 to 20 minutes only to find out that you have to wait another 30 minutes or so for your script to be filled.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My baby is very sick, dropped prescriptions at 6pm being told they would be ready at 9pm. Get there at 9.20 well, 10pm and was still waiting because nothing is ready. Didnt get to leave until 10:35. Not first time either.. It is a fail everytime, I guess will have to make the drive next time, because definitely not coming back.

If at first you dont succeed, LOWER your expectations is what CVSs motto should be. This location is ALWAYS understaffed in the pharmacy. If I want bad service Im going to pay less for prescriptions at Walmart. This is the last month, Im changing pharmacies! Im done with you CVS, this is horrible. Remodel or not, the only way to force a big company to not be horrible is to NOT give them your business.

Your pharmacy turn around is probably the worst I’ve seen. My daughter is going through chemo treatments and the last time her oncologist sent prescriptions it took 3 days to fill them. When she called to ask if they were ready the person said, “Do you really need it today?”So very rude !

If I could give them zero stars I would. The doctor called in my daughters prescription a 7am and it was not done until the next day at 1pm. Ridiculous! To top it off, when I was given the prescription it wasnt even mixed. I had to go back and tell to do their job. What kind of people work there that can do their job right. I will never go back. Only reason I went in the first place is my new job gave me a CVS prescription card, but it will not get used again. Please hire someone who knows what they are doing.

For some reason, I don’t learn my lesson! I had gone to this pharmacy so long ago for the convenience. First time, bad experience, but I decided to give the benefit of the doubt. Second and third times were no different. I went to another pharmacy. It’s bewn a few years, I thought, surely things have changed. Nope. I called to see if the pharmacy had received my prescription that was sent electronically by my provider. I didn’t even finish my sentence when whom ever the male was that was working around 830pm on Wednesday July 11, cut me off and asked for my DOB. I ignored him and finished my sentence, to which he again interrupted me as I finished. There were other things that were asked and everything seemed to bother the poor guy... fact of the matter, the employee was rude. I understand he may be unhappy in his current career choice, but at the end of the day, he made the choice. No need to take it out on the customer. I will once again, be filling my Rx elsewhere.. I know CVS couldnt, probably, care any less for one less customer. But alas! I will quote the famous saying, “I will be taking my busy somewhere else!” ...again..

Worst service ever. Waited at drive thru pickup for 20 minutes and got no service. Went inside and was helped within minutes. Spoke to PJ who had a horrible attitude and zero customer service skills and said the drive thru should be closed because they were short staffed.

I dropped of my prescription and I was informed that it was going to take 3 days to get the meds. I was okay with that since it was a large quantity. After 3 days, I picked up the prescription and the PHARMACIST changed my prescription quantity WITHOUT first notifying me or my Doctor. Now, I am two months short of my prescription. Yes. I understand that perhaps my medicine requires to be supplied in smaller quantities. However, I dont understand how the PHARMACIST is making a decision that should be first approved by my Doctor. For example, if I take a prescription with quantity of 30 and I ask the pharmacist to give me quantity of 60, he/she would never do that because I need to first get authorization from the doctor. So, how were they able to supply me with only a months supply without first asking me or the doctor for approval is beyond my understanding. I was not given a response and was told to speak to Ross (?). The Pharmacist Manager. Im very disturbed by how the handled the situation. They basically changed my Doctors written prescription to meet their supply.

Horrible experience, my night was ruined thanks to CVS. I dropped off some meds for my daughter and returned an hour later just as I was instructed by the pharmacy tech. I then waited over an additional hour and half in the drive thru. (I’ve had problems in the past with this location giving me my meds on time) After I reached the window, they couldn’t find my meds. After 20 minutes I was informed that someone else picked up my meds. I pulled over and went inside, the tech did not know what to do. This thing went on for another 20 minutes. The store manager was involved and I was given a bottle of antibiotics to get my daughter started. I was told I would be contacted in the morning when this get all sorted out. Obviously that didn’t happen and I had to escalate this to corporate. Now I’m playing the waiting game yet again.

This is the worst pharmacy EVER. They are slow, rude, always minimumb15 minute wait. Tgey LIE. I would not waste 10 seconds of my life here. They literally have no patient concern whatsoever. I gave had more than one bad experience at this pharmacy. I tried to give then multiple opportunities, because anyone can have a bad day. However, they have had a bad day, a bad week, a bad year (cue the theme song from Friends). They suck on so many levels, they should be Vegas hookers. Sorry. Sometimes the truth hurts.

The pharmacy here is horrible! I would give this place zero stars if I could. I had my daughters prescription sent here (her appointment was early in the AM) came at night to pick it up and it wasn’t ready. I waited in line for 45 mins just for them to tell me to come back in 45 mins because it wasn’t ready. So I came back the next day in the early morning, NOT READY STILL!

UPDATE 1/3/2020PLEASE ANSWER YOUR PHONES! This is the 4th time I have had to DRIVE IN to check the status of my sons prescription when this could have easily been done over the phone. Cannot speak to a live person and its really having a physical effect on my family. Last month, my son needed his Adderall which he has been on for over a year and it took 2 DAYS AFTER HIS LAST DOSE TO FINALLY get a hold of someone... NOW... it has taken a DAY to get his sleeping medication, and Im STILL WAITING to be serviced on and Im at the drive-thru Window.This is UNACCEPTABLE customer service!I am ALWAYS ON YOUR SIDE CVS when people ask for a preferred pharmacy, DEFEND YOU IN LINE when customers are making negative remarks, and HAVE NEVER SHOWN DISCOMFORT when waiting to be serviced upon. Cmon CVS! I LOVE this location and staff...GET IT TOGETHER GUYS!!!(UPDATE OVER)******************The BEST pharmacy EVER! I have found my new location where I will be filling ALL of my families medications! This is BY FAR THE BEST PHARMACY I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with and had no idea that was even possible! Thank you CVS for everything! The cost, the customer service (Pharmacist AND Technician were so kind and attentive) and most of all, saving me from getting sick.(MY DUMB LUCK STORY)I DO NOT have insurance and have been paying over $180 a month for my prescription with some of the rudest pharmacies I have ever encountered. However, on a holiday where I thought I would have to wait until the next day to fill my script and get sick, by a stroke of luck, I have found a pharmacy with a FRIENDLY staff, the cost is better than expected (saved me $150) and had it filled in 15 minutes! Truly a blessing in disguise!

Worst CVS ever! Always understaffed causing the employees to be extremely rude when under stress. They always have one cashier at the front checking out. Pharmacy as well they hardly ever have any techs the lines are always long. Taking my a prescriptions and money elsewhere.

The some of the pharmacist are not very kind. They seem to rather talk among themselves before attending to what theyre hired to do. Thats serve the consumer.Im having to come back to CVS due to Medicare plan forcing the change in my pharmacy from Walgreens where Im completely satisfied so with much sadness Im forced to return.To be fare Im trying to stay open to since my being away that things have improved and better staff is on board that like there job. I all so dont like the pharmaceuticals that CVS has bc Ive found that Im least satisfied with the name brands as to the ones Walgreens uses.

Congratulations for having the dirtiest CVS I have been in. Employees are rude, dont even acknowledge you when you come into the store. Never asked if I needed any assistance. The pharmacy is definitely not the best, seems like they are unhappy with there jobs. It shows in their customer service. I think the manager needs to step it up, and be more involved with the store. I will drive the extra 5 miles to go to Walgreens, and be treated like customers should be!!

I went thru the CVS drive thru to inquire about the insurances they currently accepted. I spoke to Chris, who assured me not only did they accept mine, but that they could have my current meds transfered ASAP from the Safeways Id been using. I gave him all the necessary info and he assured me hed call me the minute it was done, which would be @ 6pm. Needless 2 say not only did I NOT get a call, but when I called the next day at 3pm, it STILL wasnt done & the Pharmacist was quite rude. Tho I wish that was the end of things, it wasnt. I had told them on the phone I was a recent amputee in a wheelchair so I needed it 2 be ready b4 I got a ride there, sadly it wasnt. When I got there, it hadnt even been run thru insurance not was it ready. What shouldve taken 10min, took 30! Will NOT go there ever again.

This pharmacy is a joke! The only reason Ive been there 3 times is because is open 24 hours and walgreens was closed at that time! The 3 times Ive been there they DO NOT have the medication that I needed in stock! What kind of pharmacy is this? When I asked how come they didnt have it, the lady was very rude. Needless to say I would never go back there! I found a 24 hrs walgreens near by where they always greet the consumers and treat them with respect!!

Ive been to this store several times. Each time I am obligatorily greeted as I enter then ignored. The staff is cold and when asked for help seem only annoyed. The store while okay for stock and price is seriously lacking in customer service.

Okay...I have experienced the worst customer service ever from the pharmacy tech and the pharmacist. The tech told me it was going to take 30 mins for my sons medication so I told him we will be back, when we came back we went through the drive thru and the pharmacy tech asked if I wanted a consult and I said, yes. I waited 20 to 30 mins in the drive thru for the pharmacist and not once did the pharmacy tech came by the window to apologize that it was taking her long 😠 so this unprofessional pharmacist comes up with a attitude and tells me the directions and asked do you have any questions? and I said, yes then she sighs and looks at me with a bad attitude, like I was taking up her time. Your in a profession where its your job to help people!!! Ive have came more then several times and every person that works at this CVS are unprofessional and have Bad customer service!!!! I would not give this a 1 star at all!!!( The pharmacy tech had the worst attitude ever and was not helpful!)

The lady at the drive through was completely rude! I could tell she was in a hurry but when she said my medicine was not done before even checking. That made me very upset, and then she asked if I could go to the back of the line and wait again, that it may be ready when I got back to the counter. I refused until she checked so finally she did, and OMGSH it was ready!!! She then with an attitude gave it to me and told me there was a co-pay. My insurance has never had a co-pay so I asked for what, and she said I dont know call your insurance. Really? Uhh, its your job!! Then she closed the window. It was 5 different pills, which I have NEVER taken before! And she didnt even offer a Consultation!! I went to walgreens, where they happily explained everything to me. When I called CVS to tell the manager what happened later that day, he didnt even care. He said yeah she gets like that! THEN SHE SHOULDNT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! By far the worst experience ever!!!

If I could give half a star I would. I just called this location to see if they were hiring and the first man that I spoke with was very kind and transferred me to the front of the store. However, the woman that took my call did not try to answer my questions in the fullest and basically hung up on me when I asked for clarification. I am glad I had this experience though to know I will never be visiting or calling this location again.
