Jose, Robin and all the staff go the extra mile for their customers. I have been to other hearing centers and this is by far the best. I had issues getting approval for a new set of hearing aids and they dug in and kept pushing on my behalf until we were successful. They are also easy to contact and they always call you back if you leave a message. Thanks all. You are the best.
Dr. Bob and his assistant Robin were very personable and nice to work with. Dr. Bob explained each hearing test as he performed them and went over the results with me at the end of the visit. I will be returning annually for my hearing test or if I have any issues with my hearing in the future. Thank you SoundPoint Hearing Center so much for all of your help.
I called because I have a torn dome on my hearing aid and needed it replaced. I explained I was going on vacation tomorrow and asked if it could be done today. The rude receptionist said they only do appointments and are full today. I said this was an emergency and would only take a minute to replaced to dome. She again said they do not take walkins and have a full schedule today.
Warm and friendly first visit. The hearing test was thorough. Bought the hearing aids. Everything is new now, like hearing again for the first time.

I suffered a hearing loss since I was young. I finally decided to go for a hearing test at Soundpoint Hearing Center in Goodyear. I am so happy that I did. From the moment that you walk in, Robin at the front desk greets you and makes you feel welcome. Dr. Klein administered the hearing test and was extremely patient and courteous. He made sure that I was fitted with the proper hearing aids for me and gave me all different price points to choose from. Every time, they are friendly and happy to see you. Soundpoint on pebblecreek,AZ are crooks. There greedy. My husbands hearing aids broke and she said they couldnt be fixed but she can sell him new ones. They were brand new $7,000. Called starky and they were able to fix themShe didnt even try, she wanted to make money

Very friendly staff, and great, clean environment! I appreciate the audiologist and staff, they really care about their patients. The only downfall is appointments are hard to get in due to not opening on weekends. Otherwise, five stars! I really recommend this location to any friends or family members, very professional! They do follow up with patients when their needs/requests. Also, keep in mind they do not take care credit or payments.

After having hearing problems I contacted SoundPoint and after an exam was fitted with hearing aids that have greatly improved my life. The staff were very helpful and explained my options completely. Very professional and courteous help and I would highly recommend them for any of your hearing problems.
My appointment was over a year ago and the specialist that took care of me was more interested in selling service contract then the repair of my hearing aid. I came in for a simple repair of my in the ear canal hearing aid it needed the string to pull it out the doctor that repaired it told me that there was potential for something to go wrong when he was drilling but he had been doing it for 15 years and it was not likely. He replaced the string and give it back to me and charged me a few hundred dollars he did not clean replace any filters however he did make an adjustment both my hearing aids and the adjustment was way too loud and I asked him to readjust them and he hurried me along as he was going out to lunch. When I got home I looked at my hearing aid and he had drilled a hole in the corner of the battery door compartment which I thought was very odd it did not damage the hearing aid but he obviously was not very good at his job. Within two days the fishing line that he put on my hearing aid broke off and I did the repair myself and it lasted more than a year at which time I replace my hearing aids with new ones from Miracle Ear my recommendation is to stay far away from this Center
I had one of the most amazing customer service experiences of my life with this Sound Point Location, in particular, Jose Rodriguez. He truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND all expectations to help a patient in need. I highly recommend their services and will be back, for sure!!

Wasnt happy I needed hearing aids but The crew did a great job with a thorough hearing and ear exam and explainations. Had one hearing aid stop working and they repaired it on the spot and I was on my way. Highly recommended! thanks guys!

Dr. Drew Barclay, Evelyn and staff are amazing people that are humble to the last drop in their loving heart. They still understand the meaning of customer satisfaction and go beyond to fulfill your prescriptions needs. This is the only place to come for all your Hearing aid needs etc. as I do. They are highly skilled professionals to resolve any hearing need with so many diverse resources to get the job complete. Awesome is the only word that comes to mind when I think of this place and Dr. Drew completes it!!!

I’ve been searching for hearing centers and not knowing soundpoint was just a few minutes away from home,the receptionist and mr. Jose Rodriguez are very friendly,mr Rodriguez attend to more than what I came for(earmold),he was so very helpfully with alot of information and also went out of his way in contacting others,he is concern and very supportive about his clients,and wants them to hear the best!I truly recommend this place and mr. Long story short, had a very bad experience! They had me sold on a set of hearing aids. When I went to pay they said they made a mistake and my insurance was going to pay for far less. When I told them the new amount was to much for me, they gave me a cold shoulder and told me to go borrow money from friends and family. I actually had a lot of people I would of recommended to them but thats the last thing Ill do now!
Very responsive, expert help with my hearing aids. Elynn, was able to expedite the repair of one of hearings aids, and to rapidly recalibrate the pair, improving my hearing dramatically. I will go back for further service in the future.

Pushy, dont listen to your needs.. set hearing aids to what they think is the best for you. They got paid 3 times for the hearing aid that is useless to me because of the settings, by submitting the cost of the hearing aid to the insurance, then submitting the same amount for a hearing test, plus the $1800.00 they charged me would not recommend
