This place is hit or miss. Quality has gone down hill quite a bit over last 6 months. I think they need to spend more time drying and curing properly.Wow what a difference in their super sour. 6 months ago it would have had a thc % in the high 20s, smelled super deliciously sour, and had been a great smoke. Today, 19%, no smell!! Average mids, way below the quality it used to be.Unfortunate. Used to be one of my favorite strains.

Most of the time, this place is great. I do feel that since arizona is a legal state now, their customer service has gone down. Not sure if they are just over whelmed with the amount of people now.

Employees are nice enough. One issue I have is when I get here the music is at club levels and cant hear them call my name. Also they are far higher priced than other places in the valley and there stuff is always underweight. You cant complain about this because they say they cant do anything when it has been taken off premises but you cant verify the weight there. So you will be charged more for less and have to listen to ridiculously loud music while waiting for them to remember you have been waiting for an hour. I will be traveling to a new place instead of here even though it is the closest to my house by far. Customer service should still be top priority. In any service industry if you wish to be taken seriously as a business.

Recreational comes first here, online medical orders don’t come first, other dispensaries always have a separate line for medical and online from recreational lines which makes it a lot easier for customers

Amazing every time! Everyone I’ve spoken to is professional and courteous. Because of recreational you may end up waiting longer than normal, but I think that’s to be expected because of the increase in business. If you have medical, I definitely recommend ordering online, and just letting them know you’re there to pickup when you check in at the front. Only downside is that the parking lot is really small, so when it’s busy it can get pretty congested.

2 weeks ago I went and bought 1 and got the cart free BOGO awesome right.. Nope the carts were bad They broke and the oil was bad. Literally when I tried unscrewing it from my vape they both fell apart. Yes I paid 31 bucks. But was it worth it 👎

I placed an online order an hour before closing. Order was confirmed. I received a message noting my order had been accepted and to wait for an update stating I could come pick it up. Waited and waited and nothing! I called about 20 minutes prior to closing. The female who answered the phone stated that she “wasn’t working “back there” and had no idea. I proceeded to ask several questions and she repeated that she didn’t know what they were doing back there. I finally had to ask her if she were able to let someone know that they totally blew off my order. This is completely unacceptable. This dispo is way more expensive than the others. I will NOT be using them again. I’ll drive as far as it takes to give my business to a dispo that has their program together, is accommodating and a better bargain.

Higher taxes plus under weight by .1-.2 every time. Great service and product is good. Hopefully there is a plan for waiters outside in the 120 summer heats.

Medical patient, did an online order at 8am, they never replied back to me that it was ready I had to call. When I arrived there was only 1 medical patient ahead of me but they were servicing the recreational patients way faster. Do not go here they don’t care about medical patients at all.

Everytime someone placed an order they had to package it in the back. 45mins i sat there as 1 med patient after another showed up and went ahead of me in line. Good quality medicine, friendly staff . The only complaint is that sometimes the staff doesnt seem to be in a hurry to get people in and out so the wait times can be a little ridiculous even with an express order.

Expect to be welcomed and treated like a patient when going here. They not only have high thc stains with lots of terps and kicks to the lungs. They usually keep at least one of their two high cbd strains on the shelf, which is great for evening out the effects of high level thc. Great options !

Updated review.. just got turned away for no mask.. and rec is fast but medical is super slow. I go in and just get skipped by rec patients. I feel medical should be priority but they are great here so stars arent getting changed. Guess Ill stick to harvest.Pretty disappointed in not being able to take your kids in but some dont recognize its a medical dispensary and not some drug house. Other then that the staff is amazing and the flower is on point.

This place is a joke constantly. I’ve given this place about 100 million chances because they are the closest to my house, but I’ve just got to stop going there for my own sanity. They are either having technical difficulties or they are out of product almost every single time I go there. And it is a complete waste of time. They literally just had no concentrates? Also don’t ever expect to get a deal. They have the absolute worst in town. You will pay full price. Even on freaking holidays.

The dude who keyed-in my info got it wrong. This caused a nearly month-long delay of getting my card. I wondered if he was stoned when he couldnt pronounce Lilac correctly. He seemed more interested in the fact that I was looking at the free merchandise rather than being good at his job and keying my info in correctly! Good grief.Eventually I got word of this error, but I do think that a little composition for my time would have met my expectations after that mess of a day.Other than that, the waiting area was not as private as I would have liked.The art on the walls of the lobby were awesome. That alone would have given this clinic another star, but I think it belongs to the artist behind the pieces! 👽 👌The doctor on staff seemed to rush me and made a comment (repeatedly) about my weight. If he had read my application hed have known that my weight is an issue. I felt too awkward and nervous to tell him what I thought of his remarks, which was that as a doctor he should have been more professional and informative throughout the process. Perhaps bedside manner is truly absent from the modern medical world?

As a regular, this is last time I ever visit this dispensary again. Every single time theyre out of wax or another product or theyre doing things differently with checking out or their atm machine doesnt work. Every single time I come, its never a quick in and out, NEVER. I waited for 20 minutes this morning for my order and there was only one person in front of me. Apparently they dont staff Saturdays correctly because you cant call in and order until more staff arrives. Whaaaat??? You guys realize youre the only dispensary that does this stuff? I will make the drive to Organix in Glendale for cheaper product, better product and better service. I genuinely hope another dispensary opens in Goodyear/Buckeye so others dont have to go here either. Also, I do NOT recommend any Venom Extracts products as the last wax I got from Valley had a strong mold odor and taste.
