I love Dunn Edwards paint, but they never have what I need. Out of the last 10 gallons they were able to make 2 because they were out of the base or sheen I needed. Of the last 4 times I have been there, only once have they offered to see if another store had what I needed in stock. When they have paint, its a great store. But lately, more often than not I have left empty handed.

We bought (3) 5-gallon paint from here two weeks ago. We had someone paint our house. Ended up needing another 5-gallon for a room and touch up. Once the painter was done there were two different tones of grey. We called Dunn Edwards to have them replace the paint or for a refund. Was told a salesman (Shanwn) would come to take a look at it. He never showed up out of the two appointments made. Called multiple times afterwards. They told us we gave them the wrong number so they couldn’t call us and someone would give us a call. Gave them our number each time we called. They repeated the number and it was correct. Called again today. Was told by the manager (Ashley) that Shawn was on vacation. She also said they can’t refund us or replace the paint. That it was pretty much our fault and we did something to the paint. Horrible customer service. We literally spend $1,000+ just to have the same quality paint as Home Depot for 3 times the price. Don’t waste your money.

Awesome! He looked up my paint from a sample from 5 years ago, found exact color by taking time to be helpful.

I dont care what you say, its still the best house paint on the planet. The new fast drying caulk is pretty cool too.

Very expensive - $65 for 1 gallon! My neighbor asked me to paint his recently replaced garage door, went thru HOA to find color, Dunn Edwards was the paint used. Can get the same paint at Lowes/Home Depot for 1/2 price. Glad I am not paying for this!

They cant mix the same colr paint from a can of their paint with the mix printed on it. They also keep screwing up the finish on my paint.

They have great quality paint and supplies for interior and exterior paint jobs.

Reps were very nice and patient wanted too see a lot of different colors they were very helpful

The employees are very helpful and they still all follow the 6 feet rule. Will be returning here no doubt!

Great customer service with a vast knowledge on non other than, you guessed it paints. Ive been missing out on shopping here for all my painting needs. Competitive pricing to big box and you get some one on one service with the ability to pick some brains.I do think next time I go Ill be splashing paint on my clothes to fit in with all the customers in there.And the hours are great. 6 am and Im grabbing paint.

As a contractor, theres no other place I will buy paint from. The staff is above and beyond any expectations.

One of my favorite Dunn Edwards locations by far. Staff is very good and always right on top of things.Art has to be one of the nicest in management in the whole valley, but is best because of his awesome staff.

Paint was surprisingly cheaper here than i thought it would be since its a stand alone paint store. I got two different choices of Versa-Satin paint for my kitchen and livingroom. One color was theirs, DE6206 Desert Suede.. and the other color was actually on a Benjamin Moore chart, but they matched it... Palm Desert Tan BM1123. I painted the main walls the light Desert Suede color, and the accent walls and pop outs with the Palm Desert Tan. Quite a good combination of colors, not too loud, but enough to give the room depth.

Did not have gloss or high gloss white spray paint???

Since moving to our home about a year ago, I have had several occasions to use the DE store on McDowell and Litchfield. Always has been a positive experience with working with the staff and quality of fulfillment of paint needed.

I like the fact that they have a lot of parts on the Shelf to look at before I buy. They were also super helpful when it came to fixing my bike which is how many issues and other shops have not been able to fix. It feels great to be riding my bike without hearing noises anymore. Definitely recommend the shop for service.

Worst store to come too they take way too long to make your paint. They say in 20 mins it’s ready and they take over an hour.

If needed match colors or a good paint? This is your place.Too bad sometimes they dont carry spray machine parts, like 3/8 hose, swivels, cons, spray gun or tips.

Husband took on the monumental task of painting our house. They helped us with getting the paint we needed and I even ordered the paint and had my husband pick it up. Great service.

Walked in to see what the had in store and was treated like I was a thief. Did not steal anything and the cameras will prove that. So far management hasnt been helpful either. If you dont look like their regular customers dont expect to be treated well here I guess

Went in looking for help to find a color palette for painting my master bedroom & bath. Browsed the color selection wall for a little while and was finally asked if I was finding everything ok. I said no and that I could use some help. They said they would be with me in a moment. I waited at least another 25 minutes without a single person coming over to help. There was more than one person working in the store and I waited patiently but couldnt justify wasting my time with no service what so ever. When I went to leave the asked again did you fin everything ok? I said no as I mentioned before I needed some assistance. The employees stared blanking and shrugged me off and went back to the people at the desk. I am beyond discouraged and will certainly never go back
