Friendly and helpful. I go out of my way to use this store. Estrella Pkwy and Watson stores miss it.
I have visited the store a couple of times and one thing that stands out the most is the superior customer service. I was there last week and the two young gentlemen were going out of their way to help the customers - running and keeping door open for customers, helping them carry the parcels etc.Now I don’t use courier services every day or even every week for that matter, but when I did, this is the best I have come across so far.

This location is awesome! I fully trust them with all my future shipping needs. They were fast, patient, and friendly, and took care of all of my questions!After a terrible experience at the Avondale store, an hour waiting in line, only to not be served or have my appointment honored, and where the employee told me to just go find another ups store (that was the only helpful thing she did for me!) I drove up to this location in Goodyear, and am so happy that I did! They will get all my future business for personal and business!

I went in just before closing on a rainy evening with a large box in hand. The two young gentleman were vaccuming and getting ready to close. I paid for my package and left. Shortly after I received a call from the store. I had dropped a $20 bill on the floor they called me to return it. That is Amazing. I did not even realize I had dropped it untill they called. 5 stars to both of them and the store for a great choice in employees.
Terrible service owner was not helpful at all in correcting her stores mistakes. She said ok we will keep trying bye. Now I am down 300$ plus tax because they can’t correct their mistakes and upload a simple billing info so corporate can cancel the order. Don’t come here wont
Went there today to return a defective item from amazon. Found out I didnt get the type of return that you simply scan and give the item. Was told i would have to pay to have them print the label out. I said I would be back with the label. Came back and then was told I needed to buy a box to ship the item back. This could have been mentioned to me at the same time as I was informed about the label so i wouldnt have to make 3 trips to return a defective item. I went to a different store with both shipping label and envelope.The last time I had to return an item I just brought the item and my phone to be scanned. No need for a label or box/envelope. This is why I was confused as to I was returning another of the same item.
Terrible experience went to ship and item all goes well charged 40$ to ship, the payment I was supposed to receive from the buyer fell through so I decide to call them a and cancel the shipping one hour after I had placed it . It was 2pm they said it was already picked up later to find out that the delivery drivers don’t pick till 5. 3 hours after I have first called. Well they should cancel it right no! They can’t seem to find the billing information so that I can cancel the item from shipping. I’m just here checking all the places the shoes are being scanned through different warehouses. Why can’t they just cancel it from there it has gone through the system and they done have the billing address that’s not right. I have spent countless hours and nothing. Now I am out 300$ plus shipping don’t go to this location not to mention how rude the owner is and not helpful when some employees are trying to go out of their way to help fix the mistake.
Prices are a bit on the higher side. Staff is pretty awesome, and lines are semi long. Not a bad place to conduct business.

The employee working today needs training immediately. He thought that zip codes in different countries were still 5 digits, like here in the US. He kept telling me he needed a 5 digit zip code to ship to the UK, where their zip codes are a 7 digit letter-number string. Then after asking him to enter what I had and see what happens, he tells me a small package can only be shipped Expedited. Something going across the ocean in a bubble mailer would end up costing $100+ in shipping because the only shipping options he was willing to look at were the fastest options. He didn’t even offer International UPS MI services. Please train him and let him know that I don’t appreciate the attitude given to me like I’m the idiot here.

I recently sent a package that had an error in the address. After a disastrous experience with UPS online and UPS Customer Service Intercept Service (for which i was charged $21+), the package still came back to the UPS Store. Doug not only corrected the address issue and got the package back on its way, he credited me for the money spent on the useless intercept service. He got the package in three days time! Dealing with UPS was stressful but THIS store knows all about customer service. Thank You!

They smashed my item and then refused to pay the insurance claim. Clearly the box was thrown to cause it to break. I will never use this store again, beware of this store if you are shipping something valuable as they wont pay when they damage the item!! Dishonest owner beware!!!So they can smash your CAST METAL item and then blame you that you didnt pay them more money for their packing. If they hired people who wouldnt treat your package like they were trowing garbag . They had to smash it hard to the ground to break metal! They simple say too bad you didnt buy out packing and are off the hook for paying a claim. Maybe its time for a visit from the media to see how they are getting away with poor service and getting away with smashing peoples property and then saying too bad!!
Very poor experience. Shipped 2 packages to same location. kid was way overworked. shipped them different methods even after he asked insurance value and all necessary info to ship w tracking to ship both same way. made comment both would be there in 4 to 7 days. 1 month later package still not there. Shipped one regular mail. 1 lb package for $62. Manager very defensive and blows you off told me to call him back when he needed to follow up with his customer. Will never go back to this location. Drive 1 more mile to ship USPS. This store charges double the price as well to ship USPS. Correction I didnt choose the shipping method. your clerk did. He shipped two packages two different ways and told me would show up in 4 to 7 days. 31 days later package is not there. How is that possible? Cant be by fault can it? why would i ship 6 lb box 4 to 7 days and 1lb box regular mail. The sole responsibility lands on the UPS store to inform their clients. He was faxing, scanning packages, talking to amazon guy and accepting drop offs while he was doing my order. Stopped 4 times in the process. When I was ahead of ALL Those ppl. IS that how u train your employees? Bad management. As ppl will see the manager is being defensive just like he was in person and on phone instead of taking full resposnsibility of his employees mistake. TAKE ALL PACKAGES USPS to USPS so you dont go thru what I have experienced. Incompetent ppl and incapable manager of working to solve and understand their mistake.

Do not go here if you can avoid it. I waited in line for 25 minutes to pick up a package. There were only two people in front of me, 1 employee, and 5 people behind me. Poorly managed to have 1 employee during the 5PM hour when everyone is getting off work.
