I bought a Grady White in June 2021 and started using White Rock. Can’t say enough about this company, they helped work through my problems on my boat and Taylor went out of his way to help me with other minor issues. Pricing is extremely reasonably and the quality is Proffesional. I’ve brought my boat back multiple times, they say two weeks for service but I have my boat back in a week maybe 10 days. Highly recommend this company

Ive been renting boats on Sebago Lake for the past 25 years. I purchased a new Manitou pontoon boat from White Rock. Unfortunately the boat was severally damaged in a storm last August. Steve did a awesome job repairing it. Replacing all the siding and both tubes. Looks brand new now. Steve was very responsive in regards to returning my calls and answering any question along the way. White Rock was on it from start to finish even dealing with our insurance company. I highly recommend White Rock Outboard!

I have a 17, 1985 Chris Craft I/O and have been a customer for 7 years now. These guys know what they are doing. They are efficient, reliable, pleasant to deal with, and do the little things above and beyond what is required. I would not trust my boat to anyone else.

White rock did an outstanding job winterizing and shrink wrapping my 2020 tracker bass boat. If it says anything, they even rolled up my summer boat cover and put it away neatly under the shrink wrap for me. Ill be going back for sure.

Had my boat in and out in two days and now Im ready for fishing season. Highly recommend.

BE AWARE OF WHITE ROCK OUTBOARD- the worst company ever. I brought 2 -4 wheelers in for small repairs and 3 months later and a $1000.00 bill I finally got them back. I cant say anything good about this place. I dont want anybody making the same mistake I made. If you want fair and honest service, DO NOT TRUST WHITE ROCK OUTBOARD!!

I cannot speak to the sales side of White Rock Outboard, but I can say I had a negative service experience. I dropped my boat of 9/6 for a simple tune up that I was told would be done in a week. After hearing nothing from them I called again and was told it would again be done in a week. I was told this for 2 more weeks until I decided to wait. When I picked up my boat on 10/29, I was told the lower end on my larger motor was bad. A 7 week wait for a simple, 1-2 hour job that I was told would take 1 week. When I did pick the boat up it was filled with leaves and acorns that will take an afternoon to clean out. Lost a customer.

This place I highly recommend because my mums sled is in bad shape and is not fixable and they told us that and it was gonna cost 95 dollars but the nice guy at the desk didnt charge us anything because he felt bad and those are the kind of people you wanna deal with

No customer service, no one greeted me or asked if I needed anything looking at snowmobiles. Won’t go back for boats either. They lost multiple sales from me!

Drove 2 hours to look at a car I’ve been talking to Steven about for a week, only to find out it had been sold last night. Didn’t even have the decency to let me know even though he knew I was coming this morning. I was told I could check out the other cars on the lot, yeah, thanks, I won’t be spending my money here.

I bought a new machine from these guys and have had nothing but problems with it and the dealership. It is a money pit to fix. They do not even know how to get me a part that I need since they do not know the part number. They did tell me they only sell machines, not build them. They do not even stand behind the products.

Very poor customer service. We went into the showroom to look at snowmobiles, we were not acknowledged at all, even though there was no other customers. We were not greeted, nor did they ask if we needed help. They lost at least a snowmobile sale and a boat sale!
