Majority other than 1 employee is always rude, and visibly show the bad mood they are in. Which I get it work can be tiring and stressful, but dont let the costumer feel that energy. Then I call tonight and the phone rings until it goes silent, then I hang up and call back and the line is busy. So seems like they went and took the phone off and left it off.
