We purchased a new GE Washer fr them. They were very informative and price competitive. They also were willing to deliver and install the washer. Many retailers are doing drop ship only.

I called multiple other appliance stores and no one had the part in stock, nor did they offer very good customer service on the phone. When I called North Side, I received “old fashioned” customer service and what I mean by that is you could tell she was happy I called and not annoyed, she was willing to hear my concern and go see if it was in stock simply based on the information I gave her. The hold time was quick because she knew what she was doing and came back confident that she had the correct part.We drove 40 minutes to pick it up rather than order online. I’m happy we did, we were able to support a local business, have the part that day for an equal price of Amazon and when we walked in she had the part ready and I didn’t tell her we were even coming in.Beautiful and clean store on the inside and I browsed their appliances and they appeared to be equal pricing to the local “big” appliance stores. 👍🏻👍🏻

Excellent customer service. When my washer was delivered, plenty of time was taken to go over the features of the machine. Initially, the wrong machine was brought to our house but the person delivering was very pleasant and got the mix up resolved in about 45 minutes. We were up and running quickly! Thank you so much!

Craig Miller was polite and explained the difference between several dryer options. He helped us with our immediate need but was also willing to discuss financing options for future appliance purchases. Definitely better than buying at a box store!

I needed a part for my Kenmore washer yesterday. The Sears store in town didnt know what part I was talking about, didnt stock the parts, and made it clear that I was wasting their time asking questions. When I came to North Side Appliances, they knew exactly what I was talking about, had the part in hand within a minute, and had friendly service. This morning when I encountered a problem putting the part in, I called the store to ask a question and they were happy to answer it for me. That is service done right.
