This job was 4 months ago.We ordered a cabinet unit and draw slides on a redo of our kitchen. For the issues that Leatherman was directly responsible for they were fine. However they subbed the job out (because it was not big) to Oscar Arroyo to install. The initial job was done well but I had to get my old cabinets re-leveled for counter tops to be installed. Oscar offered to do the job and and did fine which I paid him for but he had me order new cabinet skins to finish the job. Leathermans salesman Elroy ordered these thru Miller Hutch which I also paid direct. When they came in I reached out to Oscar and at first was told he was on medical. Further pursuit a month late bared no response. I reached out to Elroy at Leatherman for guidance and also did not receive a response. Frustrated, I called Miller Hutch and larry, the owner, stepped up and came out to finished the job.Was Leatherman responsible for this - NoWhat could they have done - Follow Up from Email to help me navigate a solution. I did spend $4300 on cabinets with them .Was the Cabinet Sub unreliable - Yes, unless something happened I am not aware of. They got a Very Fair Dollar for what they did.What could they have done - If the job was too small they should have been up front and told me. Not leave me hanging.My impression here was that I got caught up with the sub used. Leatherman just likes to deal with Contractors and Large Kitchen & Bath Remodels. Those are my cautions here.

We had screens rescreened and they did an awesome job. Look like new
