I have got to be honest and say this was about the worst treatment I have received from a dealership. As a bit of background info on me as a potential lease or buyer, I have an 840 credit score and money/vehicle to trade or put towards a purchase. I called a few weeks ago because Hyundai is running a special on the Kona base model for $119/mo lease with a down payment and that would work great for my current needs. The sales rep, John, is who I spoke with both times. The first time I called him he said he didnt have a base but an SEL and it would be about $170/ monthly with taxes and fees but they would likely be having upcoming deals or sales, so Memorial Day is coming up and I decided to check back or see if they could do better than the $170 because that is rarely bottom dollar, so I call today and they still had the SEL but now he tells me that it will be about $190/ monthly and that they wont be having any sales and that his boss is not willing to have anything to do with the Hyundai deal even if they got a base model in. He then explained with man math why the price was higher on the same vehicle and when I expressed my unhappiness about his incorrect expectations and misinformation and the apparently very poor attitude from his boss regarding the unwillingness to honor the actual Hyundai listed deal or work with me at all, he was less than concerned or interested in making anything happen.I will never understand businesses that set false expectations and play games and treat people like they are trash, and Im someone with a great credit history etc so I would feel truly bad for anyone with a more difficult situation.If you have read all of this, do yourself a favor and pass on this dealer as they have no actual interest in standing by their brand and doing right by customers.Also as an edit, John said there were no base models available within 250 miles and there were 71... if Im able to share photos of the site and search to show this, I will.

I bought my GMC from Goshen Motors and Dan and his team were great to deal with. The service writer Steven was very thorough with my service and suggested things I needed to do to keep my truck in tip top condition. Dave the tech that worked on my truck explained everything he did and why. They were very clean and organized while treating my truck like their own. I would recommend Goshen Motors, Dan T, and their entire team if you are looking for a professional & caring dealership to do business with before and after the sale.

I had such a great experience during such a stressful time. I was updated every step of the way. Things were taken care of in a very professional manner. I needed a new engine and from start to finish it took a total of 6 days to complete. With my car going in at the end of business day on a Friday. I live about an hour from their shop and will use them in the future when needed.

The service department was awesome! They changed the oil, replaced two bulbs, looked at some loose screws, and had me back on the road in under an hour. They even have emergency fit ins in their schedule. One couple came in due to a light on their dash, and were in and out in a half hour. Will definitely keep going there.

I like this dealership theyre generally pretty fair and they arent super pushy like some dealerships. Ive bought a truck from them in the past and loved it. I had a warranty that didnt cover a bad radiator leak but they ordered it for me and sold it to me at their cost and I fixed it myself saving a bunch of money. We are thinking about another car from them currently. Id recommend this dealership if they have a vehicle you like. 👍

Previously pleased. Today, left frustrated. Trunk became inoperable this date. No way to access needed contents of my 2018 Sonata. Pretty important area of concern, right? Material I use for work comes out of my truck. Service rep walked out to look at; tried with no success in opening, just as I had several times earlier this morning. Low on mechanics. Cant address today. Did not offer to at least contact one of the mechanics for his/her potential recommendation of what might be tried, even if vehicle couldnt be seen as a formal service appointment.

Always given good suggestion and taken care of warranty issues well. Have purchased 4 vehicles from them.

I love coming to get maintenance done on my car here. The service representatives are always kind, friendly, & patient. The prices are also decent & there are often discounts or coupons available to help decrease the price even more. Ive been coming here for years, not only for oil changes, but also to get other service work done; and Ive been pleased with the service Ive gotten.

Dont do business with this dealership. They lie to your face about what their standard business practices are. I asked them not to send my deal to anymore banks after two said no. But, they continued to send it to eight different banks. Now, they have ruined my credit for the next two years. Please, dont do business with these liars, or you might regret it. Definitely dont deal with Andrew.

Wanted to special order a truck, gave all the specs, sat in the showroom, and was told to email everything and they would find it. Emailed everything and didnt hear back. Called and I was told that I would get a phone call later that day. Waited two more days, nothing. Called another dealership found a truck on their lot that was very similar to what I wanted to order, and bought it all within 3 days. Wont be back. Kind of confused as I was a sure sale, it wasnt if I was going to, it was I need to buy this now. Apparently my money spends better in Elkhart versus Goshen.
