Individual workers dont want to do their jobs for students and make assumptions about material they know nothing about.

Today I went in to purchase a cartridge for my printer. The young girl at the cash register was extremely nice and tried to help. She radioed that I was in need of a HP 64 black. Some woman behind her very rudely stated I dont have it, I wont have it and I cant even ship it to you. I understand things are stressful right now, shortage of people etc. I am in the restaurant business and I totally understand. However, please learn how to speak to people. I wont be back, even if you do eventually have my cartridge in stock. If anyone is looking I found them at Target.

I prefer the clearance section of staples. I generally go to this section first and see if I can find anything of interest. Its got folders, phone accessories, bottles, sometimes even journals. And then I go elsewhere to complete my shopping. Between Michaels and staples, if I know I can get something at staples, Id rather go there directly. Michaels makes it so confusing because they are always changing sections on sale and temporary aisle spaces that its difficult to find something in a hurry.It was funny today, because I got staples email for 3.99 planners and when I picked up, it charged 4.99. there is such a subtle difference between the two, plus the label said 3.99, I still ended up not looking closely. For $1, I didnt feel like troubling anyone, but the cashier was courteous and he understood the confusion and was able to help me quickly. Thank you for a wonderful service, and hopefully I can return soon to buy more. Enjoy shoppers!

The customer service was great! The general manager was very nice and helpful picking out a keyboard for my computer. She let me open boxes that didnt have a display to try before I bought one.

I dont normally write bad reviews but The customer service was TERRIBLE! I waited for like 10 minutes on a Thursday morning (not because they were busy, there was like one other customer) then when I asked for help with printers just stunned silence, I asked if it would be compatible with my computer I dont know was the response... they obviously just wanted me to order online and not come to the store and bother them, then they didnt have the printer (which was in their Ad on sale!) in stock so I had to order online anyway. Waste of my time, I wanted some help and advice, I got more information from my 3 year old than the employee 🙄

We bought printer ink. They have a redemption program for the old containers, to lower the costs. I love the fact they have a nice restroom to the left beyond the cashiers! Kind clerks, always helpful.

I have used their free same day printing several times. While they guarantee printing within larger time frame, I have always gotten what I need within 2 hours.

I dont like shopping at the Goshen Rd store because they dont carry the Brother 203XL color 3 pack or single color ink cartridges and many times they are out of the regular size 203 color ones. Why cant they get these? They have a ton of other brands. When I ask the response is we only get what Brother sends us. Well order the ones people use!!! I can get them online so why not available in store? Im going to find an online place to order from and it wont be from Staples!

Jerry was the associate who helped us. .we were shopping for a new printer. He was excellent showing us what would work best for us. We bought a printer, he explained the warrantee which we also took. Good representative.

The Young Lady who worked in the printing department needs a life check as I over heard her talking about another customer which was truly unprofessional, she could of helped the young gal instead of mocking her. other than that the other staff were exceptionally helpful .

For the most part staff is friendly and helpful. I walk mostly into this store to drop off shipments. The UPS counter staff is not friendly whatsoever and dont seem very willing to help.

First off I really like Staples but this one is a bad experience. Their print shop used to be super, now its a pain. Just to get copies made it will be tomorrow before we can get to it. There seems to be an attitude of defensiveness instead of how can we fix this.Plus when I called later to speak with the manager I had to listen to a lengthy sales pitch before I could choose which dept. etc. I own a company and my time is worth something too; I am weary of being treated like a number.Staples, you can do better. I shop in Staples all over the country and this store has a real employee handicap.

Went to store to have invitations printed after calling and getting details about what I needed as far as resolution size etcetera only to get there and find out that my invitations couldnt be printed because it had a Disney character on it. Didnt even get an apology or warning that I would need a license release if I wanted to have them printed total waste of time.

I went with the intention of purchasing a printer and supplies, but after the way my very pg daughter was treated over returning an item that didnt work, I left empty handed. Condescending, judgemental attitudes are not good customer service.

It is not a good experience that the manager, a person in glasses, did not know his name, asked me to make some copies and was in such a hurry that, according to her, he did not understand me and bothered me, he did not attend me well or let me finish explaining a very bad service people who do not know how to treat Hispanic people if I speak English and if I understand it and according to it they did not understand me.
